I just wanted to praise the lady who answered the phone at Schmitt Music for me this morning. It was about 10 minutes before they opened, and she answered brightly anyway. She was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. (Im last minute figuring out my kiddos instrument for this year.) The interaction was so pleasant, it made me think of how things used to be before 2019. Thank you for that! 😃

You cannot beat the customer service you get here! Everyone is really friendly and will answer any question you have. They didnt have a drum book that I was looking for, so I went to the other music store in town, and was disappointed in how I was treated. From now on, Ill just order something from Schmitt if they dont have it in stock! Thank you for all you do!

I was a little apprehensive when I brought my son into the store to find a cello to use for music lessons at his school. I have minimal knowledge about musical instruments. The staff member that helped us knew exactly what he would need and the payment plan was easy to understand.

We worked with Jason while getting my daughters Cello rental. I loved how he spoke to her just as much as he spoke to me! He made sure she was well informed, and that she understood how important it was to take care of the instrument. She left feeling so excited to start playing!
