2pm appt. Checked in at 1pm they gave me dock and at 2pm shipping is knocking on my door telling me the load will be ready at 6pm. Why you schedule a truck to pick up something when you dont have it ready. And delivery is scheduled for 7am next day. Stay away from companies like this one.

Lazy people, over 3 hours of active loading and still not finished. Door closed, not picking up the phone. Only God knows what they are doing over there... Not a good experience in here!

Easy place to find and get into. Shipping is at the corner of A Ave and Algonquin. The docks are not too hard to get into. They got me loaded in about an hour. I dont know if they have any facilities. The people I talked to were nice. Its across from the airport so you can watch the planes take off and land of you want to pass time. Id pickup here again.

I guess the issue is with shipping...cause i had a good experience in the receiver side...they took me 3 hrs before my appt...😁😁

Other than needing a new driveway for rigs to drive around, the place is fairly clean and organized.

They are by appt only and even tho it says call # just go inside its a caged area they dont answer the #

It took them 40 minutes to tell us what side of the building to be on and get us into a door. This is the first time here and good thing we were here 45 minutes early for our appointment. I guess they expect you to park in a door before you go into the building and call them. Nice lady at the unloading side.once they started to unload they were really quick.

Nice people unloading... appt only but maybe a chance to receive before... overnight parking allows... shipping maybe a different story... No store around to eat but I saw truckers dropping trailer and come back like this 🤢 from Loves truck stop
