Completely incompetent. Instead of redelivering my package when I asked they returned to sender. They also wont do a single thing to fix it. Never using ups again

Always excellent customer service and very friendly. Not too many businesses are genuinely friendly but they are here.

Thomas was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The store on 41st had color printer issues so I came to this one right before close. He stayed a half an hour late to make me 20 laminates. He never complained and was really friendly.

Tried to bring an Amazon return to the store. Unhelpful staff. I told him I had never returned something through their store before… I was a palled at three after fee after fee. Just not down with that. Will never come back to the store again

Staff (Sabrina and Anthony especially) was great in helping me satisfy a cable company that their equipment had been attempted to be returned so I didn’t get charged during the pandemic time. They went beyond what I hoped for in trying to resolve this issue! Thanks again!

This is the best store in the city to have a mailbox. They are always super friendly, helpful and professional. I love how clean and organized it is, plus its an amazing location! If you travel a lot, they will hold or forward your mail. The ease of picking up mail after business hours also makes it worth it, especially if you have a job and cant make it in during the day. I highly recommend the team here.

Hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was so positive and friendly and the teamwork this crew has is outstanding. I felt like i was such a pain but they reassured me that they are here to help and they did just that!!! Thank You sooooo much Sabrina, Besty and the nice gentleman that was there too, forgot his name.

Quick and easy service.

Great if you only need to drop off packages, if you need anything else from them they cant help and will bluntly tell you it is not their problem.Even heard them tell a lady that $60 for 3 day service was better than the post office which would have been roughly $12. Tracking, insurance and less than half the price - how is UPS better?

Unbelievable customer service! The young man was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Was able to do my printing and even cut the pieces I needed. He took pride in his work and produced high quality products which I could NOT be happier with. I will return to this location for ALL my printing needs. Thank you so much!!!

Great location and helpful staff. To those reviewers that wanted this UPS store to serve them water I would say you obviously went to the wrong business and must have been looking for a restaurant in the area. This is a business that ships packages and not one that servers drinks.

The Manager is always sincerely nice and always helpful. I go to this location because I know Ill always be served with a smile and he always thanks me and sends me off with a warm good-bye.

My experience at this UPS Store was great. Walked in and greeted right away, they helped me with what I needed and answered my questions. I have no idea if theyre pricing is steep as this is the only shipping store Ive been to recently.

Horrible Customer Service, this location is making its own shipping rules compared to ALL other UPS Store locations. There are a couple of other locations in the area, I suggest that you visit them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!

They dont have courtesy to provide water to their customer even if they asked for.

My parcel was not delivered timely and left for 3 days to be delivered.

Paul(store manager) is very rude and doesnt have a courtesy to provide water when I asked
