I was very surprised when I went in. The store has been completely reset. It has a very fresh and open appearance. Unfortunately, I did not have time to browse the isles as I would have liked to, but I will do that at another time. I would have rated this higher, but the clerk was not very helpful. As a result I have to return my purchase as it is the wrong size.

Julie from the store was very helpful and went out of the way to find ways for me to save money! Signing up for the Beyond plus program was something I didnt think Id do from home but going to the store and after a purchase, it basically paid for itself and Im expected to get a gift card for future use in mail. No more needing to clip coupons from the mail or saving email with specific time frames.I think it will be competitive alternative to amazon or target. Free shipping and discounts you cant beat!

I love this place. The staff are very helpful! One thing I love is the Bed Bath and Beyond Plus. If you shop online or in store, it saves you money. I ordered gifts for a bridal shower. I saved a lot of money.

Places like this have got to stop doing this to the elderly. I walked in after not being there for a couple of months and there was a big open space in the front of the store. There has always been tons of stuff there before. I continued to walk around and couldnt find anything where it used to be. Every thing had been moved. My biggest fear hit me I have Alzheimers. Nothing was like I remembered it. Would I be able to find the front door? Could I find my way out? WHERE IS MY CAR? BB&B you need to start giving maps to old people when you do this.Lucky for me you have some nice beds to sleep on.Oh! Buy the way the showers worked real well.

Although its a big box store, the young lady that helped me not be overwhelmed did a stellar job. If every employee was as great as she was,retail in brick & mortar would live forever.

They changed the whole store. There are brands we loved using. They stopped carrying them. Now their new home brand is NESTWELL used to be Waumsetta. Meaning they have sheets, towels, shower curtain, blankets is the known brand of quality goods. I never heard of them, so Ill try another well known brand I trust.We were looking to replace contour rug on the floor in front of the toilet. Toilet seat cover which sits on the toilet seat. In a Burgandy Red. Nobody has the color she wants. If we cant find it. Shell have to go online. But we have more places to check. But we found 4 items for bathroom and 1 Mens hanging tie holder in Black velvet which Im using to hold my necklaces, rings, bracelets. I think it will work just fine.

Love Bed Bath and Beyond, they have a great variety of home goods, helpful and friendly staff when you need them.

Much smaller than others and sales associate didnt know their merchandise. I went back to find her to let her know that I found what I was looking for after she told me they didnt have it.

My coupon expired so they wouldnt issue a new one. I told the cashier that I needed the hair dryer but she didnt care. I went to Target and bought the same one even at a cheaper price. She didnt even care. I will never shop there again!

The shop was not crowded during the long holiday weekend and they lacked some items. But I think it was the holidays and nothing to complain about the store. Had a good experience shopping there.

Typical BBB, cleaner than most, pretty good selection and friendly staff. I was surprised/disappointed that they didnt have more than one option for cookie cooling racks, no good microplanes, and no small food choppers with the string pull (best kitchen utensil ever) - made by both oxo and zyliss

I have so many different kinds of perfumes and I cream face cream motions are you wash stuff for your hair to choose from some of the smell great some of them don’t smell so great so definitely smell them before I buy them

Bb&b came through for me on my search for a pillow protectors. I had recently purchased new pillows and I like to use the protectors but was not able to find them anywhere for purchase. So I checked bb&b and found them at an excellent price.

Fair prices and great selection is my overall comment. Coupons received in mail and flyers were big savings . Everything from shower hair traps to SodaStream makers and supplies. Whatever you are looking forThey have economy and top brand choices. My go to place for bath and kitchen accessories.

You are looking for housewares bath and bedding items,if you cant find it at Bed Bath & Beyond it probably doesnt exist. I have had problems only with ordering .they are able to get items that I need but the ordering time seems not to coincide with when I need the product. However, Its also wonderful they allow you to wrap your items with very nice wrapping paper free! I know the store is in trouble but I hope things work out. Thank you

Very nice store. Workers are very helpful. They have a lot of stuff and most of it is orderly. This BB&B is close to me.If I really want to go to a big BB&B. I go to their store on Golf Rd in Schaumburg, IL. It is huge so wear comfortable shoes and plan to spend a good hour or more there.

Was a little disappointed, went in to get an espresso machine. Only see the really expensive ones or nespresso.

The woman at the checkout on 9/23/2019 ( forgive me for not remembering names) at about 8 pm was excellent, very patient and helpful. I have not shopped at BBB in a while, but I will come back soon. The gentleman in the bedding area was excellent also.

Picked up an online order and the woman at Customer Service seemed bothered by my presence. Seems like most of them are bothered by customers.Didnt bother to look at my receipt or ID just pointed at a cage and asked, which one is yours? And what did I order? I was so caught off guard I couldnt identify my order. Other than that experience, the store is AWESOME and I love their products.

Used to be overflowing with merchandise. Much better now. Aisles are cleared of junk.

I bought a Shark lightweight 3XL dust cup for heavy duty cleaning in October. It just stopped working - good thing I didn’t donate my Dyson that I thought was so bad!!This Shark has got to go!!! It’s horrible!!!

Always something interesting here. Looking for a can opener today and they are 5 types. I could spend hours walking around. Great linens and cooking accessories. It is my first choice for household stuff and bedroom/bathroom stuff. Great prices too.

This is a great store to find just about any utilitarian item you could imagine which must be the Beyond part of their name! This location is located in the Village Crossing mall and can be seen from the street just West of the Best Buy. This is a very large store that has a large variety of innovative products for your home. Large variety of kitchen accessories, bedding, bathroom, dining goods and much much more! The staff here are friendly, knowegable and courteous and will help you with all of your customer service needs. Checkout here was quick and you will usually see mutiple lanes open. I recommend this store!

This place is a visual overload but they will almost always have what you need. Shirley in the drapery department is a wealth of information and super helpful.

This store that I once enjoyed shopping at is going to hell. Half the shelves were empty and products that are available at other locations arent in sight here. The staff was rude as well when you found one

Bed Bath & Beyond This store has amazing things but too pricy.!!! They have to consider consumers theres people that cant afford their items. Thats the reason why a lot of their stores are closing people cant afford them.!! Plus they apparently put their items on clearance when you go see them,CLEARANCE what CLEARANCE??? Too expensive.!!!

They gave my my 20% back.Afterwards I walked around the store. They have so many awesome things. Its hard not to spend $$$$ when you go in there. Be warned.
