I got rear ended and Caliber Collision - Howard was able to make an appointment with me the day I called for the same day. They were very responsive and helpful. Lisa made the process very easy to get started. Uly (or Yule - sorry!) was very clear in his explanation of the repairs and kept me updated via text very regularly during the process. The repair made the car look good as new! And it looks like they even tried to fix up other damage (from a hit and run years ago) - not completely but my girlfriend thinks it looks better than before Caliber did repairs. The car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! And it smelled like a new car. Thanks Caliber Collision for the obvious care you took - it was a very good feeling driving out of the garage in my like-new car!

After experiencing a hit and run incident, I was very pleased with the quality of work, the timely manner in which my car was returned and the partnership with Geico rental on site. My car got hit by a neighbor (accident) and my right rear tail light was taken off as a result as well as my rear bumper was damaged. I took my car to Caliber Collision and Lele (sp)? was very helpful from when I took my car in to when I picked it up. Robb was very great at repairing/replacing the tail light. Not only did he do that, but he also went above and beyond to make sure my whole entire bumper was looking nice without extra charge. I talked with him about future repairs (front bumper) and what my options would be as far as that. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who is looking for a body shop that is timely, professional, informative as well as goes above and beyond for their customers!!

I brought my car here after a car accident, referral from my insurance Geico. Was hesitant at first going somewhere new, but I am so glad I did. They were patient, professional and really easy to work with. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Dealt directly with insurance and rental car company so took away the stress of me dealing with it. The quality of work was also really great! My family has used Caliber a few times over the last several years. They have a knack of finding and fixing a small item (e.g. they pulled a small dent out of the rear of one of my cars) at no extra charge that was not included in the accident coverage for damage done (to the front bumper of my car).They are an excellent shop, with excellent customer service, that I would highly recommend.

Lousy customer service. Very rude representatives. The guy that checked the damages to my car inexplicably told my car insurance that the broken glass of the front window was not part of the accident and that its damage was located in the left side when in reality was in the center to the right (the side of the collision). When I was moving my stuff to the rental car, I asked them not to move my car but they did it anyway. I waited for about 10 minutes for them to return my car, and when they did it, they parked it so far away from the rental car. They did not drove my car closer so, I have to do it. I have to away about half hour to get their repair documents copies, and in my way out, there were cars blocking the way and I have to wait until they pleased to move them.

Caliber collision is a great place to take your vehicle for body work. Very professional and polite. I will recommend to anyone looking for good service with great customer service.

My wife and I brought both of our vehicles to be repaired after some hail damage. They made the whole experience so easy! They worked with our insurace adjuster and even worked on getting our rental vehicles. I was extremely happy with the quality of work and outstanding customer service they provided. So just recently when my vehicle was dented I couldnt think of anyone I would rather have work on my car. I will definitely use them again if needed.

When I had an incident my insurance company semi-automatically directed my car to Caliber Collision in Skokie, and I am fully satisfied with the experience. I was able to retrieve my car a day or two after the estimated completion date (it was a month long repair so a day or two is fine with me), and my car looks the same before the incident. All the dents and dings are gone (at least I cannot find any part that wasnt repaired). There was a couple of minor issues in the interior after the repair, I was able to talk to the manager about it and they were able to be fixed properly. Overall I figure Caliber Collision does very decent body works and all the staff members were responsive and professional. I hope it doesnt happen once again, but if I have to go to an auto body shop Caliber Collision is certainly my first choice.

We got into a few fender benders over the winter of 2018-2019, and Abra came to the rescue. The guys, especially Big Jim! were very professional and knowledgeable about our vehicle. The rentals were on time, clean, and ready for us as soon as we arrived. Both times we dropped our car off, we got it back in less than 48 hours. Oftentimes cleaner then when we left it. Highly recommended.

Horrible. the first time, when it was still called collision centers of america, they left a bunch of parts loose and hanging on my nissan. i ended up fixing it myself before trading the car in since i caught it last minute, but as a customer, i shouldnt have to be fixing any of their mistakes. the second time i went, it was under the name abra, so i thought there would be new techs and managent. i thought it was a completely different shop. nope, same techs and management. so i told them about the last eperience and they said they would make sure everything is perfect this time so i ended up leaving another car with them. i get the car back, and had to bring it back the next day because they didnt line the fenders up correctly. then not to long after i brought the car back again because the crash beam behind the bumper was pressed into the bumper and sticking out. and now the paint on the bumper is cracking. this time instead of honoring their lifetime warranty they refused to fix it and started pointing fingers saying thats not theyre problem along with oh you hit something or something hit you while it was parked. well guess what the car is never parked on the street. so save yourself some time and find another shop. the hassle is not worth it and they do some half assed work...

1200.00 bucks to do a quarter panel replacement and paint. Paint not even guaranteed to match. Was estimated a weeks worth of work. I replaced my entire side of my car with original parts in 2 days and spent 200.00. This place is a RIPOFF.
