I have my 3 cars service here. A 2016 Land Rover, Toyota, and Subaru for years. They are skilled, competent, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, easy to deal with. Their price/ cost is fair. Angel and Seth are very reliable. You can trust your cars with them.

So far it has been a pretty decent experience. They have a whole list of items to check on with just a basic oil change. I did call ahead to save a spot for myself but I managed to get in right away. Price wasnt bad for the oil change. Very reasonable for the location. Good/friendly people and locally owned/operated. First time here but I will probably come back depending on what I need next time.

I had a great experience and highly recommend using G&G Automotive. We came in because of weak cooling and the dreaded Service Engine Soon warning.Repairs were quickly diagnosed, clearly explained, and quickly completed at a fair price. Walking through the estimate I understood the logic behind Phets recommendation and that he was practical and sensitive to cost too.Phet even followed up a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs.Highly recommended.

I always recommend this place. The highest praise I can give them is, they are honest (and they do good work). Ive been quoted much higher prices by other shops, but they get the job done at lower prices. Theres truly an absence of BS when I get work done there. The main guy, Phet, is a straight shooter. Thats hard to find in this industry.

Went in for my 1st time today looking for a quick oil change and was not disappointed. Setting an appointment with fast and easy and Jaylene from customer service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Turn around time was incredibly fast and performed within the time estimate given. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody in the area.

Easily the best hidden gem in the Chicago area. Phet is the best at getting you going again. He wont overcharge you, and hell tell you the BS that other places are feeding you.

When my car broke down Phet was in touch every day to explain what was wrong with it and how the repairs were going, and he takes the time to explain it in a way that even I, with very little car knowledge, can understand. They are completely honest in their work, very reasonable prices, and do everything in their power to get you back on the road as quickly as possible and keep you updated every step of the way. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received that I had to. I HIGHLY recommend G&G!

The guys are great. They are all so nice and personable. Phet always takes the time to walk me through what is going on, gives me an honest price, and gets my car in asap. I used to work down the road and if I needed to take my car in, I would then just walk to work. Every time, Phet or one of the guys would offer to drive me and pick me up. They are so busy and the fact that they are willing to stop what they are doing to get people to their next destination, is some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. I live in Des Plaines now and still bring my car to G&G.
