Just want to thank this this store’s staff, specifically Donna, who was incredibly helpful finding a light we were looking for. Not only did she patiently look in the system, she located one at a different store and called them to put it on hold. PLUS, it was on CLEARANCE! Donna was super helpful with some additional items that were on sale and was as excited as we were with the discounts. West Elm is good quality and design but staff like Donna make it a great experience too. And here is the light we purchased installed.

Do not order from West Elm! They do not make their furniture like they use to. We purchased the Jensen round glass table and it scattered into piece about 2 months ago. I not hear from their third party claims department to resolve this issue in over a month. The level of customer service is not what it was in the past. I am so disappointed. Thank God my two little kids were not home when this happened.

Dana answered my phone call and from there she was amazing and went above and beyond. She was super helpful when I got to the store, very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Much better than the North Ave location. So I will always go here and have Dana help me.

Came to the store and everything looks nice and clean, they had a sale on different items, one person did offer to help on my way out, purchased an item and ordered only others

Amazing customer service! We actually live out of town and found that this store had an item in stock that we needed. Donna went above and beyond to find the product, ensure its compatibility, and get it shipped for us. Highly recommend shopping there!

The only reason I am giving this store one star, is because there is not a section for zero stars. I purchased a comforter last week, costing me $175.00 I wear a face shield not a face mask. I work retail and wear my face shield every day. I was in the mall at Old Orchard where no one said a word to me.i walked into this store and was met by a women who did not even take me to the side to humiliate me in front of customers. You are not allowed in the store. I explained her like I did in this email. I was then met by the store managerWhere I said no one in the entire mall has said anything to me. I said to the manager I’m ready to cry, he then turned around and said what for? OMG!!!!!! A little insensitive don’t you think????

We were at the beginning of our couch hunting journey and had just gone in to test some things out and then we met Drew. He took the time to educate us about what we should look for in our search (not just at West Elm). From size to stuffing to fabric, he knew everything. So thoughtful and fun. Go see Drew!

Horrible customer service. Purchased a chair at the beginning of September. Was told it would arrive between December 1st and 15th. No chair. I called customer service and they said they don’t know where the chair is. They did however charge my credit card over a month ago even though the salesperson said it wouldn’t charge until the chair is being delivered.

I had an absolutely lovely experience furniture shopping here. I came in, saw what I wanted, get helped right away and was out of there in 15 minutes. Ive shopped at other furniture stores where they have sleazy salespeople try and sell you more than what you go in for. However, Samantha was very kind, laid back and allowed me to call the shots without hassling me to get another item. This was perhaps the best furniture shopping experience Ive ever had. Im truly excited to get my dinning room table in.

Extremely disappointed! The store doesn’t close till 8pm but they didn’t let me in at 7:30 and the lady was extremely rude. She said we close early depending on the staff. I saw three staff members and an empty store that doesn’t make any sense. It’s the holidays and this attitude is ridiculous.

Daniella really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed after I had difficulty with some other locations. I cannot give enough praise for her patience and willingness to help me order what I needed.

I had an issue with an online order and called the store. I reached Eddie who seemed happy to help me.He went above and beyond and ending up issuing a refund for my order and located several stores that carried my item. I felt like the situation could have been a huge headache, but Eddie was so helpful and got it resolved for me.

The store is beautiful and the staff is fun and helpful. We have s variety of products—- a recliner, couch, two chairs. Everything is beautiful and holds up well.

Went in they had a sign 75% off i picked up 2 items tag says 4.00 and 5.00 got to the checkout the cashier says 12 for first item i replied it was on the clearance rack. She makes a new tag still says its 12 so i said never mind. What about the 2nd item she says its 10 i replied the tag says 5 she says you can only get it for 5 if you make a purchase what !! No where in the store is there a sign that says that. So false advertising. On the 75 % off. Wow i said forget it 😤

Worst service! I ordered a cabinet early nov for late nov shipment. In dec I still didn’t receive the cabinet and when I asked the employee Angel in the store to help me - her answer was to order a new one that wouldn’t arrive till end of January. She was unapologetic, mean and kept cutting me off. I would never wish this terrible retail experience on anyone!!!

Good selection and the staff is friendly. Delivery was easy for our Crosby sofa and it came within the range that the store gave us.

If you buy something here make sure you take it from the store the same day. Its been 122 days since we ordered a prep counter and still have not received it. All its been is endless emails and phone calls with promises of being called back which never happens.

Never knew buying furniture and schedule delivery was so hard. Had to call 7 times to get the order status 3 weeks after I placed order, still didnt get the clear answer, West Elm, scheduling, and so called hub keep tossing the calls to each other, one tells me theyre ready for delivery the other tells me item is missing they dont even know which, no follow up calls ever, keep telling me Ill get a call which I never did, and now theyre telling me all items are ready it was just a note to confirm the no. of items with customer. WHAT??? after being on the phone over an hour each call I made over the past week, no one ever knew what was going on??? I would NEVER EVER buy furniture again at WEST ELM.
