I was able to try quite a few different degrees of firmness, as well as different brands of mattresses to find the best fit for me. The prices were competitive and the service was incredible.

Tom and Mark are the best! They made me feel confident about the mattress I purchased, and even pulled out a measuring tape so I could have a visual of how high my bed would sit with either a low profile or high profile box spring. They’re both so friendly, informative, and provide quality customer service. I may even come back to purchase some pillows. VERY pleased with how my experience went here.

We had a bed emergency and Mattress Firm came to the rescue! We had ordered a platform bed and mattress in May of this year from a furniture store and delivery was set for September. The bed was delivered and it was defective and we found out they no longer make the bed. We declined the whole order and there we were with an empty bedroom. We went to Mattress Firm on a Wednesday evening. They had exactly what we were looking for (a firm king hybrid mattress) in stock. It was on sale, and they delivered two days later, complete with box springs and frame. The sales person, Edith, was lovely. She was professional and friendly and we were in and out of the store in less than a half hour. I could not be happier with mattress firm and I highly recommend them.

We originally ordered a mattress and bedframe from the Pleasant Prairie WI. location and it was awful. But we contacted Skokie and the woman was fantastic, put the item on hold and even sent an email for us to pay and pickup later. Really great customer service.

Edith was super helpful in giving me an education about mattress in a box options. Even went I went home to think about it snd found mattresses on the site that weren’t in store- she was available by phone to explain differences and styles. It was great. When I went back into store- Tom helped me complete the purchase efficiently. It was a great experience.

After doing months of research and testing mattresses at different stores I just about gave up. I figured I would give it a try again and went to Mattress Firm in Skokie. It was there I found 2 people with the knowledge and patience I had been looking for. They even let me lay in the beds of my choice to get comfortable. Not the lay down and get up either. I stayed in the bed for about a half hour before I decided it was the bed for me. Marc and Edith were so pleasant I will send everyone I know who needs a bed to their store. Jace has amazing customer service! We bought a queen size mattress for our main bedroom and needed a full size for our guest room. Jace worked with us to get us the best possible deal AND delivery on our move-in day about 3 weeks out. When there was a mix up with the order that delayed out guest room mattress delivery, he called to let us know and make it up to us by upgrading our guest mattress for free!! Mattress Firm is good stuff, and Jace helps make them so!

Very clean and showroom looks great! All new tempurpedic models are on display along with Intellibed, Purple, Beautyrest Black hybrids and Serta I-Series. Sealy and Stearns and Foster new models just arrived and look and feel great. I prefer the tempurpedic luxe breeze soft model and have never slept better. We stopped in this morning looking for a mattress that we could have in time to move in on Friday this week. Tom and Jay were very helpful. Once we picked out a mattress, Tom did everything he could to make it convenient for us to get the mattress with no delay. Once it became clear that it would be a hassle to have it delivered to our home in New York, Tom gave us a great deal on a slightly nicer mattress we could take home today! In all, we were done within half an hour and we have a great mattress ready to go. Cant say enough great things about our experience - in fact, we sent our sister there this afternoon to get her own mattress.

Very bad service!My wife and I bought a mattress as part of the 4th of the July sale with 4 pillows. The mattress and pillows were supposed to be delivered to our new apartment on the moving day, but when the day came the pillows did not arrived.We called (around 1pm) the store and spoke with Jason, who notified us that the pillows are out of stock (we heard that for the first time, but apparently they were out of stock for more than a month 😠). He told us he will check what he can do - and never returned to us 😡. My wife called 3 times to check about it.Since it was getting close to closing time (8pm) we decided to physically go to the closet store to our new apartment and try to to find a solution. We spoke with the manager of State Street store, who tried to help but didnt find a solution. We eventually used our coats as pillows through the night.Next morning we went to another store in Skokie and spoke to Aaron. Apparently we were supposed to get a perk from purple that wasnt even offered to us (😠). Aaron helped us and got us a ticket for two pillows (purple ones) one in his store and another at another.Although some people from the company (other stores) did there best, we had a very bad experience overall.

One of the best overall customer service I’ve ever had. I went into the store not really having too much of a clue as to what I wanted at all but an hour later ended up with exactly what I needed & then some. Jace definitely helped me out a lot & I would easily recommend anyone to get help with any type of sleep related problems over here. I don’t know exactly when I’ll be getting a new mattress but I do know it’ll probably be at this place again.

I recently purchased a Queen sized mattress @ the Mattress Firm Store in Skokie Illinois. My experience there was absolutely wonderful. The store was clean, bright with good lighting, the selection of mattresses was more than adequate. My sales person was Josh Dore he was not only friendly, but very patient and took much time showing us different options that fit in to our budget. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase and he went above the expectations to make us feel comfortable. I did infact purchase a Queen Sized Pillow top Mattress. I will definitely be returning to that store for my future mattress needs, and I will recommend family and friends to shop there as well. In conclusion all staff members were wearing masks and practicing social distancing practices during Covid -19. GO THERE ITS A GOOD PLACE !

My experience was very good. There is a strong selection of beds at every price range. I was helped by Jace, who is also the store manager. Jace didnt push me into higher price ranges and in fact did his best to fit me with what I was looking for and save money where that could be found for less. I came into the store to purchase a mattress that I saw on their website for around $400. However, it didnt go smoothly for me as the salesman there, his name was Jace, was so rude and difficult. Its been a little hard for me lately and I just wanted to buy a $400 mattress for the time being, but the salesman kept pushing me to expensive mattresses that were above my budget and he was acting so rude that I was looking to spend $400. He was really disrespectful and I am never shopping here again or with that salesman.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had.1. I came in to see if I can get a twin bed quickly for my son and in the store were two mangers, one elderly and another one. Both were so rude and made things uncomfortable. They kept removing their mask to talk and that made me uncomfortable because of the COVID concerns.2. The two managers were regularly arguing and fighting. I just felt stuck in the middle and it was hard for me to shop.3. They were constantly pushing me towards expensive beds and kept telling me to finance even though I didnt want. Never have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable when shopping. Horrible!!!

I haven’t ordered a mattress in years. But I moved my 96 year old mom to a new assisted living center. I left the old bed where she had lived before. I didn’t have time to shop around in this era of Covid-19, so I ordered the mattress and box spring online. Unfortunately when I ordered I neglected to say that I needed a “low profile” box spring. So when the mattress and box spring was delivered it was too high for my mother to get in bed. Instead of calling online again, I called the Mattress Firm location in Skokie. I spoke with Jace Starwin who assured me that he had a low profile box spring to replace the original one that was delivered. The next day I met Jace, who was extremely professional, and understanding. Not only did I order a low profile boxspring, but another and better mattress for the same price. This mattress originally was twice the amount of the mattress I purchased, but it was on sale. So all that was necessary was to do an exchange. I paid a small fee for assembly, and the low profile box spring and new mattress was delivered in a few days, the crew, took the original mattress and box spring and assembled the new. As someone who has been trying to purchase furniture for my mother’s new apartment durning this Pandemic, I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I was with the service, professionalism, and budgetary considerations that I received from Mr. Starwin. Jace Starwin is an exceptional sales person!
