Really appreciated the customer service here. I had bought a Amazon gift card here that tore off at the claim code, and even though it said no refunds I was told exactly how to call customer service from the employees here so that I could still have it applied to my account. Really appreciate them going the extra mile!
First time in there. It wont be the last. Nice to just walk in and pick stuff up.
Lots of good random stuff.
It was nice, however online is better as a Prime member. It was nice to be able to shop in the store to see what things really look like before you buy. I love the discounts we get as Prime members! I didnt even realize how much we save as members.
Poorly lit, badly organized and full of clutter.
They have nice products, but I wish there was some incentive to buying there in person, like a discount of even 5% . Im glad they are super millitant about mask use and sanitation.
I like it. Also the location isnt at the cheese cake factory it is on the other side of the mall near the Macy.I think these stores would do good in the city as like convenience stores though rather than in a mall. I came here to buy a kindle and it took like 30 minutes just figuring where this was
Easy to return items. The staffs are friendly and helpful. If you need gifts, definitely recommend.
Watch out, the team automatically enrolls you into a Kindle Unlimited trial that converts to monthly billing without your consent. Shady and absolutely disgusting business practice.
The store seemed like walking into my Amazon app had a alot of kool things it worth the walk through and I like that I can also see the product first before I buy and they take your returns too sweet
Gus was really amazing by help us with eco-devices I bought five devices and I asked him plenty question and he was really helpful
