The service at this store is so bad it doesn’t qualify as customer service of any kind. If you’re lucky, the staff will just ignore you, but most of the time they’re rude and disrespectful. I’d rather walk around barefoot for the rest of life than buy shoes from this store.

I just want say the Staff was very helpful. The time we came around 12pm. The two guys were outstanding. Raises needed during this pandemic.God bless everyone.

Change the store closing hours to 6:50 pm. Not professional AT ALL. Thought I was talking to someone in the street and not an EMPLOYEE to footlocker. I don’t care if the store was super slow that you guys have to start closing up early, you guys should consider the fact that some people manage their time around your closing hours.

Gill is the absolute best! I had very specific requests that he did not have to honor, but he went above and beyond to do so. Excellent customer service. It’s rare to find these days. He made me feel like I was working with a family friend. The other gentleman in there was also very pleasant. Immediately greeted me when I walked in and took care of me.
