This place is amazing. When I drove for Uber I used to stop here at 3 AM just to talk to the ex-commander. He was a well-read fellow who couldn’t sleep because of COPD. Now he worked as security not employed by Walmart but by dome security company. He told me that if you stay perfectly still through the night that would b enough to rest your body. I suspect he’s dead now. God Rest His Soul.Anyway if they don’t have what you want here ‘YOU DON’T NEED IT!’

I only rate it 3☆z bcuz of the automotive canter. Theres always at least an hour wait! Even for just a simple tire rotation. I even ended up doing the oil change myself! As for the shipping center.....I LOVE IT! Its always stocked! Its always clean... theres always someone there if you need help 5☆z for them!

Went for quick trip since this store was close to my job. Wish they had more sleep check out registers.

My friend had to do a return here, we waited in line a little. Had a furniture return and was not sure if they could help us out. The manager I believe, named John, came out with a cart in the rain, helped us unload and do a quick and easy return. Couldnt ask for better service. Thanks!

No humans at the registers! If you have a shopping cart full of stuff the self checkouts have very little space to place already scanned items. This is a classic case of they are taking our jobs. Just like in manufacturing if one person is watching over ten machines taking the place of ten people who is to blame? Now 1 person is working and not 10 and the deep pockets grow.

It’s Walmart; not much to add really. But this one was pretty clean inside. The parking lot needed the carts cleaned up and organized.

Horrible check-out experiences. All self service check-outs. Third time at this newly remodeled store. I will not be returning.

Recently I bought tires for my car with balancing and installation after looking around several very popular tire places I found out I got the best tires at very good price and the car is running so good, one more thing I got done was fuel system cleaning which I have never done in 47 years of my driving for only I believe $20.00 the car got so much power its driving so good its unbelievable......The best $20.00 I have ever spent on my cars...its amazing......Thank You Walmart....I am very happy......

A solid store. You really cant beat the prices, and the selection is pretty extensive. A lot of items were not stocked, but thats kind of to be expected these days.I still dont feel great supporting Walmarts garbage business practices. But, a boys gotta eat and you can do it stupid cheap here.I got a pretty quality frozen burrito, so thats always a plus.

I find everything i need in the store. From pharmacy to home goods to fresh vegetables.It’s 24/7 witch is great.I love the self check out, so comfortable and fast line.The customer service is good. The only thing I don’t like is the long lines.

Walmart store is very neat and organized. They have very competitive prices. They have most things one would shop for at a big name store like Walmart.However, on this day that I visited they did not have varieties or the type of traveling bag I was looking for. I later found something close to what I was looking for at a Ross store nearby the Walmart store after visiting two other Walmart store.

Havent been in a Walmart for a very long time. It was looking a little like stock was low on essentials but other wise there were helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere..really! No I am truly being serious. AND we found ketchup!! The good stuff..Heinz...havent seen that at Costco in ages..bought quite a bit! And one more thing..Kudos to the poor woman employee who was trying to fix the multiple messed up self check out stations! She was LITERALLY running between them trying to reset them so they could work!!. I really hope that she gets more than minimum wage for working so hard..i felt that her effort was above and beyond!!

Do I love Walmart, definitely not. Especially not on a busy Saturday. The shelves were very under stocked, the parking lot at this particular Walmart is ALWAYS a nightmare. The employees seem to do the bare minimum. Just my opinion, but this has been going on for years so Im not going to blame it on the pandemic anymore!

Out of all the locations in the Chicago area I see. To like this one the most. Clean, have a lot more to choose from then most Chicago locations. Thats why I like driving the extra miles to come here.

What happen to all the cashiers? That is how cheap they have become. They rather have all check out than to pay people a decent salary to work for them. On top of that, I could not even find what I was shopping for.

Good place to shop, they have lots of goods you can buy, good for a quick stop if youre having an emergency. The place itself is lacking in quality as it feels like they dont try to take care of it well. It makes customers like me stay away because it doesnt have a good vibe while shopping at the store. Also hard to find what you need.

Supervisor and staf (all 3 of them) at customer service (or should I say diservice) center need more training on customer satisfaction. Very rude and very unfriendly in answering simple questions.Went next door to Walmart in Niles, better service and courteous in taking care of my problem. More friendly atmosphere too. Issue solved within minutes.

Probably the worst Walmart store Ive ever been to. Semi-empty shelves (reminiscent of the old East German socialist regime stores) in many departments. Hundreds of shoppers enduring agonizing wait times at four of five open cash registers while Express Lanes are all closed. Bentonville, you have a management problem in this store...

Walmart stores are great all around the country some stores are better because of the work force. Clearly this one has one of the worst staff. If you can come and do the shopping all by your self it will be a great experience. But staff members are unfriendly and the store got the slowest cashiers around.

Great on price, grocery department has to check there expiration date also check the freshness of quality of food that they put up. Other than that this Walmart is ok, but can be better.

I had a ok shopping experience but a bad check out, the checker put everything in the bag but he placed one bag on the carousel so I didnt see it to grab it. $25 sheets gone and Walmart wont answer there phone to report the issue and I dont have the receipt.🙄

Clean large and organized. The two major downsides are that whatever you see on the Walmart website wont always be available for in store pickup. Also the inventory isnt updated very often.

Hours need to be adjusted to be more flexible and perhaps close at 2 am Instead

The hours say until 11pm yet when I came at 1050pm to pick up something quickly they wouldnt let me in they said they close the doors at 1045pm. If you post 11pm that means people can come until 11pm hopefully they are decent and wont do an hours worth of shopping but 11 is 11 not 1045.

Just no.The sporting goods were all in the wrong place so I couldnt find the price of anything. No price scanners or staff to help with that either.The shelves for Gatorade had like 2 bottles left.The self-checkout machine didnt recognize when I scanned a case of water and even though I was first person to have an issue, I was the last person the staff assisted.

Employees literally dont help out and dont know where anything is.

Its not the most organized Walmart around but they do have a good variety. I appreciate the fresh produce. But they do not have a large garden section (with plants).

Worst customer service of any Walmart I have been to. It always looks like Black Friday at a Walmart on a normal day. There is graffiti all over a shelf in one section. The isles are full of customers rushing around and all around stressful store to shop at.

Wallmart is always a great place to get everything you need. Just dont expect anyone to help point you in the right direction for what you need.

There are no longer cashier lanes at this walmart. All are gone. Walmart is finding ways to save money, not that the $15 minimum wage is coming into effect. Walmart has gone from ok service to robot service checkout lanes... With that said Walmart has all the same stuff youll find at any Wallymart, just no cashiers...

Great place to get everything and very clean and organized.

Its big clean and the floor plan makes sense. They are usually open 24 hrs pre-pandemic. So late nite shopping is great no crowd and lots of checkout lines. If its not late at night u will be in a large number of other shoppers. Other than the elderly greater at the door, I have never had any employee offer any assistance or speak to me other than the few times i did self-check, and all they say is the total. Prices are on the high-end.

They dont have enough stock like the other Walmarts and the setup is kinda different which makes it difficult to find stuff.That being said, I felt like it was pricier as well. Debit pre paid cards are not accepted here. They asked for my receipt going out the door. I said no English felt like a Wal-Mart employee and breezed by.

This is definitely not a short quick trip because you know Walmart, once they pull you in you will probably be there for the next 3 hours. I actually chose this place because of the scenery that I get to look at as Im going and I honestly dont really mind the drive being that I drive all day everyday. This place is clean this place is not in disarray this place has staff who are seemingly friendly they do smile a lot so that made me feel comfortable. I mean it is Walmart so theres not really much more to say... but the only improvement that I could probably think of is you all need a bigger parking lot!!🤣🤣🤣😉

I bought a comb, spicy slasa, shorts, everything is not used/not opened they dont wanted to exchange or return. I preffer to buy at Target. They didnt give me a problem at all!
