Love this Michael Kors location at Old Orchard Mall, they have a big selection and the News item

I came here to return something and the store is closed.The timing shows the store closes at 9 PM on Sundays and today is Sunday the 28th of August 2021.I am here at 8:30 and the shutters are down.

Hours listed say they are open at 9am ... I am here with a online return telling me they don’t open till 10 ... ok I’ll come back but now I won’t be spending any money In here today ... thanks for the great service standing out in the cold ... maybe adjust your online time to what time you really open the week of Christmas and not make people stand outside ! U just saved me a lot of money today ... ty

This is the place, right here ppl they have the most beautiful things in their store. They are so friendly and helpful, I mean these guys go out of their way to help you its so heart warming when you get customer service like that.......

I bought an item from this store and payed cash,nobody told me at the time of purchase that If I will decide to return it they will send me a check withing one or two weeks. This is the weirdest policy ever,nobody does that. When I came to return it the manager of the store told me that the only option is the check sent in the mail and she showed me the piece of paper that showing that this is their policy,it was stocked behind things,so nobody can see it. I called to customer support and they told me that I can have a check or store credit...again nobody told me about store credit option. Very unprofessional and unpleasant people...they made me feel like Im shopping at the gas station,poor customer service and knowledge about their policyes.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I gave them a description of what Im looking for and they have me lots of options available.
