Travelled 30 minutes out of my way to be treated with “sorry we missed ya be back in an hour” sign on the door. Very disappointed. A big chain store can’t hire enough staff to cover breaks/lunches?

The associates in the store are extremely unprofessional and clearly not well trained. When I came in to pick up an item that I paid for in advance, the item was not ready and I was told that I could not return it while I was at the store. I had to wait 24 hours and drive back to Old Orchard in order to get my money back. In addition, I was moved out of the line while the associate helped the customers behind me and only then looked at my case. I received an automated e-mail that clearly states that if I do not pick up within a week, it will be automatically cancelled. Why was I not told this at the location, I am not sure. I call it the most unprofessional customer service ever! Shame on the manager.

It’s the holiday season and there are a lot of customers. There was a line for check out but it took forever. It was a little upsetting to see three to five extra workers just talking and chit chatting over shoes right in front of a cash register, not even bothering to help out the one girl. What kind of customer service is that?

The people at this Pacsun were super helpful and informative. I had a very pleasant experience there.

Love this store! Super cute clothing and really nice people, theyre always greeting me with a nice smile whenever I walk in.

Really poor customer service. Walked in and there were three employees working. No one said hello or asked if I needed help with anything either. There was only one other customer in the store. This lack of enthusiasm and friendliness made me bring my business elsewhere.
