If you are not interested in the stores good variety of active shoe wear, the other apparel options are not impressive.

The staff were helpful and nice.

The sales associates are so friendly and helpful here. I only came in to get laces for a pair I already own. Would have just grabbed any of them on the shelf but they took the time to make custom laces for me. Definitely will be back to this location when I’m ready for a new pair.

Associate was very helpful. Order shoes online however they were a bit small, and needed half size up. They didnt have them in store but he was able to exchange them and Ill be getting the new ones via mail. Super helpful

Good store but limited selection of inventory

Very kind staff. I had purchased steel toe boots from Aurora outlet mall timberlands, for my partner who was not with me at time of buy. the staff in aurora had given me soft tor instead even though i watched them grab from steel toe stack. did not want to drive all the way back and found out I could return them in Old Orchard (had planned to exchange but they dont sell steel toes here) never wore shoes besides partner tying them and realizing they were wrong kind. I guess shoes shown wear because almost couldnt return them. aurora store I would give 2 stars but this store is the best for understanding.

While visiting the Old Orchard mall we discovered the Timberland store as we walked through the courtyard. Our family enjoyed our experience here and we ended up buying several items at the his store. This is a company store that carries all the latest models available. They carry an assortment of boots and some clothing. It is a rather small store but it is well laid out and the merchandise is well presented here. The staff were freindly, knowegable and courteous. Location is clean, well managed and well staffed. I would recommend this store.

Customer service is horrible. Big attitude problem and Not helpful when I called looking for help after I spent a lot of money with Timberland. You need to train your associates better.

Shopping experience was horrible. The staff had no idea how to provide service, they were slow and acting semi-annoyed/totally indifferent to me wanting to try on shoes and spend money at their store. At checkout they gave me a pair of shoes with marks all over them and I had to ask for them to be exchanged for a clean pair. They did not realize that was the sensible thing to do either. Staff and store manager all need training.

Horrible experience I never thought that buying boots will give a terrible headache the staff need to be more friendly the guy in the store that particular day omg he was rude not polite at all,my boyfriend ask him to get a certain type of boots and every time he ask something he keep look at us like were not good enough to be at the store. I was about to ask him if he was mad or something but I didnt I was wanted to get out of there.

Store has a wide variety of timberlands and I love coming to shop here but damn the employees have absolutely no clue how to sell to customers. I asked about accessories like shoe spray and etc and they looked at me like I was from another country!
