Up-scale mall. We all know how’s Westfield mall are this one same like quite, good restaurants, good people, numerous shops and great Insta structures. It’s a open mall shop so if you are not inside the shop you will be out of roof and we all know how’s Chicago winter is so make sure to plan according of you don’t want to frizzing in cold 🥶. But all over one of the best shopping mall in Chicago

Its a good mall. You have alot of options for shopping and they have some good restaurants also their. It was very easy to get their, we took 201 and it stopped just on the back side of mall. They also have cmx theatre.

Flowers, murals, beautiful outdoor spaces for walking or sitting. Good vibe! Favorite spots are the bakery, rolled ice cream shop and Amazon store.

Went to Shack Shake to eat. Was not crowded got food fast. My first time eating here was really good and fresh. My family really enjoyed the food. Pricey but this is the case these days, at least it was very good.

I LOVE Old Orchard Mall so Much!!, ..Not only the Great Shops, ..But All the Decorations are so Gorgeous!!!!... if you are on a Festive Spirit Mood or if you want to be on it, ...You Can’t Miss it!!.. and the Best thing is that it’s FREE!! :) they have a Fire place 🔥..and water fountains ⛲️ ....plus all the Christmas trees 🎄 ..Hanukkah decoration and a place where you can take a Picture with the Grinch !!!!..and of course all the stores, 🛍🎁I was like WOW! They did a great job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

Despite the loss of major anchor department stores at other malls, Old Orchard seems to be holding onto its Nordstrom and Macys tenants. It has a good variety of other stores. I was particularly impressed by the number active outdoor merchandise options. There is a multiplex movie house and numerous restaurants.

Open mall, best for summers and in winters you would need proper gear to shop here.

Prejudice white folk everywhere. The store me and my son went in sold baseball caps and jerseys. When entered there was a white chick standing behind the counter, she did not greet us, but ten minutes later a white couple comes in and she greeted them so loud I said something, I told her wow 😲 we didnt get that greeting when we walked in. She claimed she did but she didnt, so, I wont go there anymore.

Nice looking outdoor mall. High end mall so dont expect big discounts. A nice place to walk around in and enjoy the scenery and window shopping.

Nice decorations. Music playing, seems festive! Lots of people. Some places like Cheesecake factory were closed but offer other services to deliver. Corner bakery is order inside only, seating outside. Rediculous sales going on @ Macys and Rogers n Holland!

Excellent open air mall. Ended up wanting to sleep here because it looked cozy during nice weather lol. Highly recommended

Lots of great stores but most are pricy. Walk outdoors between stores. Center has places for outdoor games including baggo to play for free.

This mall has kept up its outdoor charm and beauty. It is always evolving with new stores and new designs. A good place to shop or just hangout, walk and enjoy nice coffee, tea or dinner.. Place has good restaurants and fast food place on site..

Its a great place to go for shopping and walk. Great variety of shops, (prices medium to high) Always clean, there is a pond with koy fish, playground for kids and a big variety of restaurants. Coffee shops including Starbucks, etc. A great place to spend a hole afternoon.

Love outdoor malls like this. Get to enjoy the day if its nice outside and the shopping is really good here with a good selection of stores. Easy to get to and youll always get good parking no matter what time of day it is.

The mall is beautiful and well cared for. We loved all the flowers, fountains and pond. Also more comfortable seeing mall security walk through one of the stores we were in.Very clean as well. Cudos to the grounds staff and overall management.

Wish I had been able to spend more time shopping here. They have so many great shops. Enjoyed their restaurants.

Well, I have memories of OO from the early 70s. Things have changed since then in many ways, but OO is still very nice in an age when malls are dying. I think the outdoor format will serve them well.

Window shopping n relaxing with joe donuts n Starbucks coffee in the afternoon. Sitting area on the park are clean n not to crowded. I really like the outside mall on summer..part of my walking exercise.

Cute open mall, we went for the delicious rolled ice creams at Safron, there was plenty of parking space and the mall very clean, not to crowded so we enjoyed our ice cream sitting outside sunbathing.

I really nice place with almost any store you can think of. However, always very busy and very hard to find parking.

Checked out Macys Clearance.We found Great deals.Tops as low as 9.99 and a very sharp dark denim dress for under 15.00 dollars.I did buy a couple of items not on their sale racks.I figure with with all my savings,I could pick out a special outfit with the extra cash.Well worth it!

I love this outdoor mall because it has a wide variety of shops, but even more because the whole place is pet friendly and my dog can come shop with me!

I went to Nordstrom to return an item there were seven to eight people in front of me I waited in the line patiently. as soon as I got to the cash register I was relieved my turn!The cashier said its time for me to go home she signed out, and proceeded to walk away. My husband asked her to please just check us out you just did another ladies return the front of us and it didnt take no time we only have one item. She said oh Im sorry but I have to go and we ask to speak to her manager so she walked over to another checkout area oh, she whispered something in the ladys ear walked away. We waited for this lady and she had three people in front of us as she proceeded to take care of our transaction she apologized she had good customer skills and she took care of us right away and we left I was so disappointed. I was hurt. I felt like I was profiled.

I really enjoy this mall. There is a great selection of stores and very up to date public areas. I would say they should update the bathrooms but otherwise great. The main fountain has a great vibe with the repurpose to be a huge planter (see pic I submitted). Lots of fresh shops for eating and the parking garages on each side of the mall make it really easy to access the shops you desire quickly without long walks from a huge parking lot.

I love this mall and the selection of shops and brands here. A gorgeous Nordstrom and nice Macys serve as anchors as well. Good dining selections. As long as the weather is pleasant you can spend a great day here!

What a lovely outdoor mall! There is plenty of parking and a fabulous selection of stores with some heavy weight anchor stores. The selection of restaurants is also a real treat. We love visiting this mall if we want to avoid downtown! I do wish they have some heated areas to catch some warmth during the colder days. Still an excellent mall to shop and enjoy a day at!!

The mall was busy. It was nice to see people out having a good time and shopping again. Great sales but you have to look for them. You need to pace yourself and look for the deals. It is a large mall.

So many good stores at this mall! Also good restaurants. I do recommend if you are eating there to put in your table if not your gonna have to wait an hour.

I dont like open malls.Didnt feel comfortable.People were rude and condescending in many of the stores.Not enough restaurants.Go to the Harlem Irving Plaza by Harlem and Montrose/Irving Park instead.THATS a GREAT mall. Its an inside mall. 😀

Attractive place, not only to shop but to walk around as well. Always seagulls around, feels like you next to some waterline.

Clean and lots of parking to access by preferred stores.Outdoor mall safe and patrolled with interesting higher end retailers for the most part. I went there for Doctors appointments in Professional building. Easy underground parking steps away from the office. Also good place to walk for exercise from one end of the mall to the other--- with costly diversions that could slow you down.

This is one of the best malls that I visited in a long time. They have a great selection of stores, both luxury and average. When the weather is right you can walk around for hours and then grab something great to eat at the many restaurant facilities that they have.

The pictures are from Cheesecake Factory.. There was a bit of wait since it was a Sunday and around lunch time. The avocado eggroll appetizer was pretty good, Bellagio chicken was good also 😋 and the steak taco.. of course the tiramisu slice and their bread with butter on the side before serving everything else... everything are divine!!!

I love this shopping mall.A lot of families had a great time, enjoying the sun . Everyone was wearing face masks and was keeping distances .I feel safe going for shopping here.

This is a great outdoor mall. Plenty of shopping options. The Zara was great. Given these current times it was nice to go shopping in an outdoor space.

There was a torrential downpour and we had nowhere to go. There was a fair going on and it was disastrous. Everyone was soaked everybodys merchandise was soaked it was just a bad day for the fair. But overall Westfield Old orchard Mall is a great mall and it does deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ instead of ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spent a pleasant Sat afternoon here. Cheesecake Factory right by mall entrance was fabulous and we walked right in for a late lunch.
