I booked a complimentary 20 minute facial here for this past Saturday with Paige. I weathered the beginning of hail and snow to make it and I was glad I did!The appointment started with a slightly warmer than room temperature aromatic tea and a 5 minute conversation about my current facial routine. Paige took the time to listen to me and tailored my mini facial to address problematic areas with 5 different products. My skin was glowing afterwards! And at the end of it, she offered me another cup of tea and that was that. There was no sell and I loved it! I hate being pressured to buy when Im not familiar with a product and this was by far the most comfortable and educational experience I have had.Thank you to both of the ladies that helped me! I will be coming back because of your customer service.
