Hi My name is Bianca!! I have gotten Ice cream from this Oberweis a lot of times and had really Good Service!! Very nice staff not like the one in Park Ridge!! The manager (Rick) was very nice friendly and a Great Manager to deal with!! I wish All the managers from Oberweis be like him!! Keep up the good work Rick!! You can even see the workers we’re happy to work there!!

Weve been buying Oberweiss skim milk for a few weeks now and the quality is very good. My partner and I decided to grab some milkshakes at the Oberweiss near our place and it was delightful. The whipped cream was amazing. Definitely say try it.

Delicious and rich ice cream. Love the (house-made?) waffle cone bowls. This location may have a less than stellar drive thru mic or rushed staff something as they kept telling us to pull forward when we were still in the middle of our order. That said in the end they got the order right and all was well, just a bit hectic on that end. Would visit again.

It was awesome and weird to get my beverage here when I ordered next-door. I love the concept of working together.

While the ice cream was fantastic and the young lady that took our order, Andrea, was efficient, that was all that was enjoyable about our visit, as we were walking in all the tables outside had not been cleaned up, we walked in and the garbage was piled up and observed ALL tables were dirty and had dishes on them, we brought this to Andreas attention, she smiled and said she would have someone take care of it. A young man named David, came out from the back and asked what table we would like to sit at, with a terrible attitude, I stated that whichever ones are clean because they were all filthy. He cleaned 1 table, only ONE, and went to the back. When we arrived there was 1 couple there and 1 person in the driveway and 4 employees at 1035pm, so they werent busy. Once we received all our ice cream a family of 5 walked in and then an older couple, I realized they had no where to sit, so I waited until their orders were taken and saw the team leader, Thomas, I expressed to him that the tables were still filthy and that his team member only came to clean 1 table off. He smiled and said he knew and that they had a pretty busy day and couldnt get to it, I told him we brought it to the employees attention and they were all still dirty, and now they had other customers that needed a place to sit, he said they were swamped and brushed it off, when again it was almost closing time. I let him know I would be contacting someone the next day, again he didnt seem to care. The older couple that came in ended up sitting at a table that was dirty. Closing time came & went and still nothing was being cleaned, my children asked Andrea for a to go container and she was moving things and cleaning the back while the other 2 employees came out and grabbed a drink from the place next door and used the restroom. Still no cleaning had been done, and I noticed David just standing at the burger place next door speaking with the one employee over there. We went to purchase some milk and went to leave, David was still talking, so I went to get his name and left.

Good ice cream, good service. Decent location. This one has a drive thru and is shares with a burger restaurant called The Burger Joint.

Best ice cream waffle cone, which appeared to be handmade. Side of fresh fries, and its lunch! Excellent stop on way to airport.

Quick and accurate. It shares the building with a burger spot so youll get the occasional whiff of a grill. Ill come here and typically get their mint chip shake and just love it. They add their oberweis milk and homemade whip cream. Its just delicious.

Milkshake had good flavor but was far too thin. It was runny right away.

Staff was very nice and quick to take our order, the Blueberry pie ice cream is to die for! The ice cream is very rich and good! I love this place!

Early Sunday morning, I went in to get ice cream with my two kids, the lady at register seemed not trained well for her position. She even did not greet us when I said “Hi” and ask what flavor to recommend, during the process of ordering, she seemed very mad or arrogant especially when passed the order to us. We used to go to the store on Lincoln ave, the staff there were very polite, for sure will not go back to this one anymore.

Came in to pick up ice cream for my family, it was our first time. As we walked in the lady at the register immediately greeted us and asked for our order. As I was reading the menu I asked for a chocolate shake, immediately she asked anything else? I ordered 3 shakes and 2 banana royal and was asked anything else after each item ordered. After I said no thats all she immediately gave me my total which I paid, she then turns to the following client for the next order.I asked what kind of ice cream was in the banana royal, she then turned to the back and asked the other employees to wait. She then pointed at the ice cream options and I was able to order. At the same time I let her know she rushed me through the order. As I was waiting I realized there where also options on what toppings to add, so I asked the person preparing banana royal what toppings she was going to add, and was able to ask for what I wanted. While I was making these changes the person who took my order told another worker “hold on he’s making another change”, so I decided to let her know that she didn’t ask me what kind of ice cream or what toppings I wanted. She had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t tell her after she rushed me through my order. The worst part is that she is most likely a manager because she was wearing a different color shirt.

I had a really bad experience with the employee name Eva. Instead of admitting her mistake, she showed attitude for no reason. She was not friendly and did not show any sympathy for the wrong order. The manager of the place also seemed to be defensive as well and taking the employee’s side.

Coffee milkshake is incredible

If the namesake was not such a (have nothing nice to say) this place would get 5 stars. Staff is great, ice cream is delicious, chocolate milk is good. Sometimes i give in and get the ice cream then have something to eat as i hate my decision.

The employee with the name Eva was really rude and messed up our order twice. She made it a big deal and made it seem like it was our fault. We paid $40 for ice cream like come on.

These are pretty amazing. $2.49 plus tax for grade A 5.3 oz of Greek low fat yogurt that’s unlike any other yogurt! Me and friends loved them at the graduation party we put together for our friends twins.

Chocolate peanut butter ice cream is a must have. Quick service. Good amount of outdoor space.

Best ice cream in Illinois, loved Cashew Honey Almond, BLACK cherry and many other flavors... They have a lot of other food like Cinnamon Rolls, which you can enjoy at home warmed, Cottage Cheese and many other you can take it with you. Really spacious place with lots of fun activities to divert attention of kids... Hats off, guys keep it up!!

And the burgers are totally worth the visit.Theres a nice outdoor patio which comes in handy during nice weather. Parking is usually pretty good.Two thumbs up!

I love and ice cream place that has a really good cookie dough ice cream. And this place really does. I also enjoyed the vanilla that was used in ice cream very creamy, and had a nice sweet cream taste. In addition to that I did get a burger at That Burger Joint which is connected to the Oberweis ice cream. Both very good the burger wasnt Superior or anything but it was a good burger

Due to the masks amd plexiglass installed between the clerk amd the customers they ask you to speak lauded. It would be just easier to turn down the music that blasts they the speakers instead.

Flavors are good for everything that we ordered, but it gets really sweet when you take more than 5 sips of the milkshake, the chocolate wafer has plenty of chocolate in it.... but the brand is too sweet for my taste. Its more of a one trip per summer of milkshake... milk and chocolate milk ped gallon are great though.

The ice cream was really good, but the staff was really low-energy and didnt seem very happy I was there. I was also surprised that it was such a commercial-feeling chain, but maybe thats just my ignorance. The chocolate cake shake was delicious, but expensive.

A Burger Joint with Oberweis can only be a great combo. Burger fries and an awesome Oberweis shake - what could better? Enough parking and good service. Bring the kids, theyll love it!

I used to work here and they paid me under minimum wage. Corporate treated us really unfairly and even treated the managers here unfairly. The business itself is pretty racist and at the time I was working there, put the Mexicans and African-Americans on the burger side. (Out of all the managers in all the Oberweis in the country only one is non-white). They thought I was Mexican and wouldnt let me work on the ice cream side even though I was hired the same day as a person who was of a lighter skin color than me, who conveniently ended up on the ice cream side. They purposely put model minorities and white people on the ice cream side. If you care about human rights AT ALL, you would not support this business. By the way, Jim and Joe Oberweis are also openly racist and paid undocumented workers $3.00/hour just a few years ago. You can easily look up this information. (They also dont pay their own Illinois state taxes and instead receive tax breaks from Florida). Dont let another white man profit off other peoples hard work.

Very clean facility. Food is amazing, the serve is great and the workers are very good. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I even met the Assistant Manager, Travis I believe. He was great to talk to and very chill. I will be back many more times.

Good dairy products and ice cream, but when asked to put ice cream in glass the way their picture shows it, cashier said it would take longer because glasses needed to be washed. Thought this was an ice cream parlor style establishment. I saw many patrons being served in paper cups not very environmentally friendly.

All I had was a strawberry milkshake ( I know plain Jane) and it was pretty good. I was not to hungry but would have got ice cream as they have a pretty good option. They also have the burger joint and again if I was hungry Id dig right in. Next time I guess.

This is truly my favorite Oberweis! Employees are courteous and professional. Their dairy products are high quality and they always have a wide variety of options to choose from. 10/10 will return!

Food was expensive for what you were getting. It was all made fresh though. It was tasty but not something I would eat more than once. Staff seemed a bit cold and not really friendly. Nice touch tunes box for enjoying music. Rather a disappointed visit. It was nice to get an Oberweis shake here which was very tasty.

Some of the best ice cream and milk that I have ever had. EVER. If you have ever thought to yourself, How good can milk be... Its just milk. Well, go here, buy some Oberweis milk and be pleasantly surprised. The ice cream is really fantastic.

Ive passed by this place many times and finally went in. Absolutely delicious ice cream. The decor and atmosphere are basic and utilitarian, so youre not getting any type of experience when you go here. I guess its made for families who are on the go or dont care about the vibe.

Clean, clean place, with staff enforcing mask policy. Two customers did not have masks and immediately the cashier took out two masks so the customers could make their purchases.

The employees are always happy and smiling. One of my favorite places to go to for creamy ice cream! The Chocolate Peanut Butter is my go-to and its fantastic. Knocking off a star because we found hair in our ice cream one time although it hasnt stopped us from coming back.

They really have the best milkshakes. They taste different- higher quality and fresh especially compared to the gross desserts you find at Mcdees. If you wanna let yourself go, this is the place to do it.

Yes, the food was good. However, as I went into the building I couldnt help but notice that there seemed to be quite literally only ONE person doing all the work. Obviously they must have hired more then one person so Im assuming that none of the other employees are helping? It is probably extremely difficult to be doing everything by yourself. I hope Oberweis reads & fixes this :)

I just spent $8 on an average burger $3 on soggy fries and $2 on a bottom less glass of milk. Its 5:30pm Monday the week of Thanksgiving. There were only 2 customers ahead of me and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. The bottomless milk is at the other counter I was told after I found both the milk dispensers by the burgers empty. The staff was as helpful as they could be but there doesnt seem to be any training or customer service. Oberweis, if youre going to venture into a burger place, Im sure you have the resources for a better business plan, management and training... this is nothing on the staff, this is a problem needed to be addressed at the top. On a good note the milk was still the stuff I grew up on and delicious.
