Oh how I loved it when the cashier said you don’t have to wear the mask!! Finally! Just made me and my sisters enjoy our treat a lot more. I got the Nutella flavored frozen yogurt! With all the topping options, it was delicious that satisfied my sweet tooth!

The smoothies are so good!. A bit pricey but you get quality ingredients and that costs more

$9 for a modest swirl in a cup with a handful of m&ms? Pass.

So disappointed! We kindly asked to try sample cups, the lady give us only one for 2 people. After couple of minutes another customer asked for samples and she give her 2 sample cups so she was in her ethnicity, not satisfied with customer service. That is just my opinion. They need to change their hours on google. I came at 9:30pm because it said they closed at 10pm but I got here the door closed and the lady said they were closed. I’ve been here before around 9 as well and it’s closed too. Please change your hours to avoid any inconvenience.

Love this place as one of a close by go to frozen yogurt cafe. They always have a variety of flavor in stock. The toppings are also great as well. Staff is always nice and friendly. If you ever want to sample out a flavor, they always give small cups for you to do so. They also have delicious smoothies that are healthy and low in calories which is a plus. I have tried about 2 of them and they were great!

Ok staff and good safety precautions. However, the fruit toppings were old and it was only 12 noon. In fact, one of their strawberries had mold on it.

15 minutes before closing and this is what I see? I drive 15 minutes to enjoy before the 10pm close but at 9:45 all the machines are full empty. Dont tell the world you close at 10:00 when you really shut down on a cool night at 9:30ish. And the workers are even worse. They say the manager tells them to close up early when no one is around. They are rude and taunt me to contact the owner. I do and in hours receive a $10 gift card. The owner says action will be taken. In a few weeks Ill test it again on a late night (and use my card) and report back.FOLLOWUP: Returned to the store and all the machines will ready to go up until 10pm. The early close problem has been corrected. Also, the server was genuinely happy to have us back and was glad we had a better experience. Well Done

I liked this place very clean, service was quick and outstanding. My sugar free frozen yogurt tasted great with healthy toppings. Best in the area. My friends are vegan, they had a Acai bowl and dairy free yummy smoothies. Definitely revisiting soon to try fresh juices.

I was delighted about my first experience at Red Mango. Outside of your normal Fro-yo combinations they have a smoothie bowl similar to oatmeal...gotta try that next and tasty looking smoothies. Yogurt is made from clean ingredients and flavors change often.

Full array of Delicious choices to choose from! From frozen yogurt to smoothies this place rocks for creating awesome flavors with an assortment of toppings and mixtures! Service here is outstanding and quick especially considering the high volume of customers. This location is well managed and kept clean! Your yogurt is weighed so if your eyes are bigger than your stomach get prepared to pay a hefty price! This is a luxury treat so expect the HIGH prices!

Definitely want to love this place but upon tasting it could tell one of the ingredients had gone bad. Not because I switched out the ingredients which is why they claim it tasted bad but because something was actually past the due date. Would like a refund or a new smoothie, upon calling they put me on hold without asking and now no answer. Will try to call back later. Still got love for healthy smoothies.

Really cute ice cream spot with yummy ice cream!! I love the idea of homemade sprinkles!!I had the almond coffee and it was extremely rich. My daughter had the pineapple and it was so refreshing!

Permanently Closed

The customer service was really horrible.No greetings. One of the workers kept making us feel uncomfortable and seemed like he wanted us to leave. Really expensive for yogurt. Not enough flavors or toppings. Flavors and toppings were really bad. Very limited flavors. Highly prefer Forever Yogurt!!!!!!! However, it is open quite late which is why this is 2 stars.

Its 7 july 2020, the timing here mentioned is 11 am to 9 pm but its 11.20 am and the store is still not open Yet and its not me only who is waiting but a lot of customer came to store and left since you are not open and for a proof check your camera if you have it as it will prove it to you

My wife and daughter love it but they need to change up their flavors more often. I dont think Ive seen any other fruit flavor there besides mango in about two years. Would it be that hard to put out a strawberry or pineapple yogurt from time to time???

They arent supposed to close until 11pm. An employee was putting the chairs away and just asked, are you guys done? at 10pm, hinting for us to leave. When I asked him about the closing time being at 11pm, he said he had to clean the floors. You cant kick people out like that, especially an hour before closing.

I went to get some frozen yogurt in and out and one of the employees decided he was going to walk right behind me mopping the ground everywhere i stepped. He stood next to me while i was paying until i left. I asked if he was just going to follow me around with the mop until i walked out to which he answered yes. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I don’t think im going back and it’s upsetting cause up until now i have had good service there. It’s very disappointed.

If youve done froyo but never Red Mango, you probably think theyre all the same. But Red Mango really is a notch better. Worth getting excited about!

The place had a good environment...but i didnt like the selection of flavors... but I picked one and added toppings to make up for it. They have a lot of topping choices compared to other frozen yogurt placed.

I don’t like this place at all!! they have a very bad customer service!! The manager didn’t ask me about the reward card that’s because she didn’t care about the business!! The smoothie was is too pricey around $9 for the 4 oz of cup!! so I won’t recommend anyone to go there!! Very disappointed!!!!

Ive visited a few times. My last visit finally had fresh toppings. Previously, either some toppings were finished or toppings looked to have been sitting for a while.

This location is very dirty, minimal seating. This place is way pricey, I paid 6.90 for a 16 oz (small) smoothie with no extra boosts or anything. This is overly average for a froyo place and it’s absolutely filthy. Half of the flavors in the machines were empty and they only had 5 flavors displayed.

I drive passed Red Mango - Skokie while leaving from work headed towards Edens Expressway (Interstate 94). And it has always interested me to stop in at some point. On a different date, I took notice of another location which is in Wicker Park, which I had planned to visit while cycling in its area because it is a lot closer to my neighborhood, but that would have been in the summer months instead of cold winter months.Furthermore, one afternoon while at work, I asked one of my clients if he wanted to check this smoothie place out called Red Mango and he said yes! Prior to driving to its location, I kept thinking to myself that it would be crowded due to the items they sold, but we walked in to a half empty juice bar.As for the menu at Red Mango, it consisted of several smoothie & fresh juice flavors with the option to add your choice of a super food or protein boost. I took interest and ordered the Banana Peanut Butter Protein, and my client ended up ordering the Strawberry Energizer.With Red Mango being half empty we received our smoothies in a timely manner. My client enjoyed the Strawberry Energizer, and I enjoyed my Banana Peanut Butter Protein, which I quoted to my client its taste being similar to Cap N Crunchs Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal, but in the form of a smoothie.I would love to return to Red Mango in the future, whether it be at this location or Wicker Park location because it is the next best thing to a Jamba Juice, so why not? And besides, Im highly interested in putting together a tasty acai bowl combination after seeing some of the pictures shared on Yelp. I highly recommend!Thomas G

Red Mango would have easily been a 3 for me, but this is a kosher location and do not have some ingredients that made Red Mango stand out from the rest (ie no mochi, no Graham cracker crumbs, etc.). The yogurt is still the fantastic quality that we have come to know and love, but the absence of many ingredients has prevented me from returning.
