First and foremost I’m throughly impressed with their customer service. I was directly working with Philip Palmer, his attention to detail, transparency, and ability to meet all of my expectations was impressive. Philip was able to work around my busy work schedule and was able to have our engagement ring ready in the short time frame. I would highly recommend working with them.

I broke my wedding band when it was suddenly caught on a doorknob. Susan was able to repair it quickly and fixed my engagement ring as well. My rings look amazing and brand new. We will return here for any future jewelry needs.

For our 15th anniversary, my husband upgraded my engagement ring diamond. I brought the diamond in to find a new setting. I am SO happy I went there. Eva helped me get my ring resized and I am so happy with it! I originally wanted the ring to get sized up just a little bit, but the material of the ring took that option away. So, we sized it down just a little bit-which I didn’t even think about for some reason lol but I am over the moon happy about it. Eva was so friendly and told me about how they’re a family owned business which I think is so wonderful. Her piercing placement is absolutely perfect because she takes the time to thoroughly measure each side for symmetry.Cindy took a lot of time to help my daughter feel comfortable and showed an extreme amount of patience. Her method of piercing is very hygienic and she works quickly- ideal for a little kid.Cindy also pierced my ears during the same visit and did a fantastic job. Cindy helped me replace a faulty setting. She helped me choose the perfect setting and took a lot of time to explain the process of setting my stone. I was very nervous about keeping my stone secure in the setting and she was meticulous in helping me find the option that would be perfect for my stone. My husband bought me a diamond and ruby ring here for Christmas. When we were in Florida the entire top of the ring fell off. I brought it in to Sandburg and the we’re very apologetic and fixed the ring up and reinforced it by adding white gold and didn’t charge me. Very nice people working here and super helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I began to look around and when I found something I was approached by one of the salespeople. She was extremely friendly. She made suggestions and helped. I asked to place the piece aside and I would come back later that day, she agreed. I came back and she even found a chain I liked more which was a better price than the one I looked at earlier. Beautiful cross pendant and chain found within minutes. Not only that but the price was unbeatable. My daughter got her ears pierced today at Sandberg Jewelers. Christy did a spectacular job of keeping my excited daughter calm. She explained every step in child appropriate terms. The facility was very clean and calm, and they cleaned everything before, during and after. I would go back anytime I needed anything. I was impressed. Bonus, they were reasonably priced!
