Usually really helpful staff, today the two associates working had no time for questions and were more interested in their private conversations. They were out of a product that I use, when I asked for a couple different options they couldn’t be bothered.

The day the store is supposed to be open, was the day that I had the world series starting and the clerk decided to leave at 6 and not show up until end of the night at 9 or so. I was there at quarter to 7 went to the next door Bed Bath & Beyond Wheres Donald my business 7:15 and the store clerk never showed up when he posted on he be back by 7 p.m. Bad business, bad supervision. Anyone know why they dont have numbers running up the hill. Vitamin Shoppe sounds a whole lot better now.

Awesome customer service. If you’re there when Sam’s there, he’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and supplements. Overall great atmosphere.

Great customers service very knowledgeable about the products grab some vitamins for me and my wife after going to another GNC on Clark (the worst) that ripped me off. Caroline and Phil looked out for me and ended up getting two for what I paid for one. I will only shop at this location from now on!

Employees are so rude and no one care when you ask. This is really bad customer service and one of them he told me to go online and buy without even he try to look for the product that i need. This the 2nd time I visited this location and it will be my last time. I wish If would give them 0 star

Management is very poor and constant profanity throughout the store even with children inside. Not even close to my favorite GNC. The Wilmette location is by far more helpful.

There were 2 employees are so rude and they don’t care about the customer when they come in and when I asked them they didn’t care, also they were talking between each other and they keep laughing all the time one of the worst location I ever been there.
