If you need a question answered this store usually has at least one employee very knowledgeable. Or they fake it to they make it. No really they look it up on the trusted computer to compare products. Describe what each ingredient is and give you their opinion. They are not hurt if you dont take it either. The store is clean and well organized too.

This place does not always have what Im looking for

The VS was ok. The manager behind the front desk was apparently walking the young lady through protocols on what to do before and after closing. He didnt sound too pleasant and dont think it was necessary to speak in such a voice to her. He was speaking so loud that I heard everything he was saying. Not very professional.

Jazmine is great! Knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind. I was having an incredibly difficult 48 hours and literally went in the shop 3 times because I kept getting the wrong item. She was lovely throughout even when it turned out they didnt have exactly what I was looking for. Id go back just for the customer service.

Absolutely unappreciated the unprofessionalism and not keeping your word. Made what should have been a very easy, order online and pick up in-store type of experience full of hassles and ultimately what wound up being an order that got restocked. When you tell someone 14 days and it’s only day 10, and the email says it’s day 10. I called to inquire and now the wording changes and you tell me you don’t want to argue words...I’m going by what you told me, what do you mean argue words?

Watch this people when they offer you a subscription...I remember subscribing and after a few months I decided to cancel it so I did and they charge my credit card again...they did gave me my money back but I had to go to the shop and return the item that actually got to me you know the one they charge me for but it was a horrible process.

I went to this store after work and got the answers I wanted to and they had great people working in the store.
