Quick trip in and out with everything that I needed to fix what I was working on. Very well stocked store. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give it zero rating I would. I called at 2:44pm this Sunday. Nov 10 2019. They had the part I needed to fix my 86 yr old grandmothers furnace. The man who answered the phone reminded me they closed at 3. I said I understand. I got there at 2:56--door was locked and lights were off. What happened to 3pm? He also said he would even wait a few mins for me when I explained I was on my way.Im very disgusted and will never go to your family run establishment again. Off to Agway who will now receive my families business.

The store isnt the same since Dennis Cowette retired, he was so knowledgeable and set this store apart from big box stores. They need to work hard to find someone to fill that role.
