If I could leave this place zero stars I would. Called the store this evening and reported that yet again the aspen bedding had given my pet rats lice. I reported time and time again that the bags have been open the one woman was nice enough went back and got me another bag that had been sealed with tape. Three previous times before that I reported open bags on the shelves and the person would go tape it and then put it right back. So tired of this!!!!! The woman said I could expect a call Monday. So what I want to know are they gonna pay to get all my rats treated for their negligence. Do better Tractor Supply!!!!

A mix of a hardware store, animal supply store, and home improvement. Prices arent the best, but often the quality is higher, so it works out. As you can see from the photos, theres something for every bachelor party..Is also nice that they have Preventive Vet Clinics a few times a month. Makes it easier to get vacs for pets.

Just went to Tractor Supply in Skowhegan and a employee named Tod was wonderful! My husband and I lost our generator which helps when our solar panels charge power to the house. He was very kind, had the generator we needed already tag sold by the time we got there. Wonderful service!

I gave up on Tractor Supply in Skowhegan......inventory is sad, out of everything, taking my money across the street to Campbells ....cheaper and they dont run out of EVERYTHING.....this is a very sad Tractor Supply store.....waste of gas money driving here

I like the store, its not the best parking lot, and getting a cart is sometimes impossible and you have to wait for someone to round them up. Seems if they had a better cart system, things would go a lot smoother, No one wants to wait for 5-10 minutes while someone fetches a cart just so you can use it to grab a heavy item real quickly. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars..

I hadnt been in here for a while but I stopped in today looking for a tire to and wound up not only finding the tube I need but three pairs of jeans for less than 15 bucks a pair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I was surprised to see how much they had for items. Just about everything you need around the farm Id say. From feed and soil to chainsaws and woodstoves to clothing and accessories. As well as tools wrenches lighting needs they really got quite a line of things. thank you Skowhegan Tractor Supply for helping me get what I needed today!

Love love love this store! Always has all my pet needs and if they don’t they get it fast. Staff is always so helpful and friendly! Prices are fair. Huge selection! Definitely recommend!

I enjoy taking my herding dog in with me when I have to pick up things. He even remembers where things are. He enjoys greeting the staff (he thinks theyre old friends stbthis point). And the pet bath and grooming station is great to have so close.

Some clean vest would nice. No one around but the cash register person. He had on a vest that should be burned. The name on it was Krista, he said it was not his name.

Is this store going out of business??? There’s nothing on the shelves and if there is it’s maybe one or two items. Online inventory counts way off saying things are in the store but you go there and they are not. In order to get anything that you need from this store you must chase the delivery truck in because if you go the next day the shelves are empty again. Great staff at this store, very poor corporate management.

When you cant get parts to service your mower from the Sears Outlet that you purchased it from, try Tractor Supply.The staff are always courteous and willing to help.I will not return to Sears Outlet for excuses, they only cost me money.

Convenient, and has more selected items for your pets and other outdoor animals. Instead of having just Walmart as the primary choice. Agway is another great store across from tractor supply.

Its a great store with a friendly staff that always has a smile on there face n greets you at the door. My Dogs 🐕 food is always there and so is my cats 🐈 litter

I was followed out of the store today by a person named Ethan, he stated he was a manager and rudely requested my receipt and to look at my merchandise. Once you purchase your merchandise it belongs to you. He was very rude. I have never ever been followed out of a store and asked to see my stuff/receipt. It was very very embarrassing. Ill be calling headquarters.Update: Headquarters stated that following people into the parking lot is not company policy. Reference call #1324101. I will be following up tomorrow. They apologized to me and stated that they will follow up with store.

They have a lot of what a farmer would need from chickens to medication. They have a large selection of medication for dogs and many food options. The cat section is smallerThey also have tools and clothing. They have a cool selection of knives as well. Something for everyone even toys.

This is honestly the only Tractor Supply I’ve ever been to, but I’ve been going to this one since I was a kid. They’ve fed almost thirty years of different dogs, cats, horses, and chickens for my family. The staff have always been knowledgeable and pleasant, and never once have we been steered wrong by their advice. What they don’t have in store, they will order for you. Their credit card is super easy to set up and perfect for those pet food or gardening/farming emergencies. I can say with confidence that this Tractor Supply has always been a reliable store with helpful staff.*My only issue with this store is the horror story of a parking lot (especially in winter. It’s dangerous) and the fact that everyone just leaves their carts out there so you have to hunt for them.

Way cheaper than a lot of other stores. Able to weight out items like bolts and screws in which other stores would be $3.99 a piece.

Seemed empty feeling and uncomfortable to be there... Prices for cutting materials were outrageous sadly wont be going there again unless its truly necessary. Much cheaper to shop in Waterville for the same product.

Great place to get welding supplies, and tools, just wish they had more lawn mower parts.

As a grain and farm supply store one would expect a level of service similar to any other feed/supply store - you place a grain order and there should be a bay you go to where they load your order. They are not equipped or willing to do this. They told me to just grab feed/shavings from off pallets in front of the store that were stacked well above my head. They dont have any carts to haul grain and are actively unhelpful in assisting with loading heavy items in the store. I thought I would try out the online ordering/in-store pickup to see if that worked better but the lady working dragged my order a few feet out of the stockroom and then left me to haul 500+ lbs of feed through the store and out to my car. I guarantee if I had slipped on the ice or hurt myself loading it I would sue for sure. Im not interested in getting hurt trying to shop for my horses and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The one in Rumford needs better service to customers.

Its a handy place for a farmer. Not all things are farm quality strong and I have gotten moldy grain in the past but overall Im happy to have a local Tractor Supply.

Tractor Supply CO. In Skowhegan is fantastic. The storeassociates are friendly and very helpful. The store itself is always well stocked. They offer everything from clothing to live ducklings. The prices are decent and the quality is average to above average. It is easy to return items and they offer perfected customer cards for free which save you money based on dollars spent. The inventory changes with the seasons making it very convient from a geographic perspective.

Duncan was one of the most knowledgeable young men I have ever encountered. I had many questions as did my husband and he answered them all and provided us with more information on the side by side.

Love the fact that I can go in and find the nuts bolts and such and get just how many I need. And then be charged by the pound and not some package deal.

One register open at 1:00 pm...9 customers waiting in line. So I left my 6th spot and continued shopping. By the time I made it to the back of the store another employee was called up front to assist.

It was one of the worst experience I have ever had at a tractor supply! They had no carts I asked a man that was working there. He said he would get me one in a minute, so I waited, I waited 15 minutes as he walked back and forth by me laughing with a coworker. I was there to buy 8 bags of dog food, cat food and cat litter. We have a dog kennel and buy a lot. I walked out with one bag!
