The store is staffed with knowledgeable and customer oriented individuals. I was impressed with the care given across the board to each customer who entered the store. Years ago this was not the case.

Dont ever by an engine or electrical parts from auto zone or third party nu tec. Pontchartrain store has a very nasty Manger.

I went in this morning to return some items that my wife purchased the night before one employee made a comment why didnt return it to the original store kindly I replied saying all the auto zones are the same and he gave me a negative comment and kindly I told him dont do those types of comment I was trying to hold myself together then I ask to get a air filter and he sent me to go look for it myself after 7 to 10 minutes looking for it with a lot of bad thoughts in my head I decided it time for them to look for it and the time I came back to the register he already had a different customer I pretend that didnt bother me and kept my mouth close once I was standing on the waiting line a different employee ask me if I need help I replied I dont know and I pointed to the the guy who was supposed to help me well I dont wanna keep going because its to long after all that they gave me the wrong part and they made me go get my car registration just because they they never asked me what size engine they just assumed judge yourself if it was right or wrong what happened to me this morning I wont let that change the mood Im in this morning with love and happiness I am very sorry Google asked me to review auto zone because I went back to being frustrated and humiliated when I was writing this comment. Just because they still my favorite store Ill give them 5 stars just because theyre my favorite store

After providing the sales person with a compedators add for a battery, he game a full 20 second laugh as the face mask hanging around his neck giggled. He then went on to explain to me that the battery in the add had a yellow topand that he could sell me one with a blue top for even more money but i would indeed have to pay the additional $50.00for the lesser quality battery. Needless to say but I walked out, watching to see what happens.

This Auto Zone is my go-to place for parts I may need. The employees here, unlike other places around town, actually know what the hell theyre talking about and have a good knowledge of the products they sell. Stephanie in particular was very helpful in assisting me with figuring out what part I needed, and I was out of there in no time.

The only place I go for auto parts

Just went in to buy a couple detailing items from this store. Their card system is acting up but instead of saying anything, they continue to run my card charging me multiple times then he tells me to call my bank as if it wasnt their machines acting up.

The employees are knowledgable and very willing to assist. I love going to this one when i have to go and get things for my car.

I love this autozone location they have the best customer service. I have been helped tremendously on multiple occasions by there associate Stephanie. She and her fellow employees are extremely knowledgeable and all deserve an award for there amazing professionalism

Tried to buy parts with a check from my church to help a church member. Telecheck declined the check. The bank shows $3000 in the account. We were on the phone in autozone for an hour . Telecheck approved the check but then sent us to another phone number to get a merchant ID number to approve the check in the store, but we have now been on hold for over 15 minutes. We now have 2 lines calling in. And we were told another 4 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Was a good help. Which was good being that there was only one person on the counter .

Staff was very helpful. Looked up my part number, showed me a less expensive bulb than I had picked out. Saved me about 6 bucks. Good people.

Always have excellent experience with this AutoZone. Customer service is first rate, and theyre always looking to help customers beyond their primary needs. Went in and was helped by the store manager, Justin Klein, I believe was his name, who was exceptionally knowledgeable to the issue I was having with my car. He gave me an incredible deal on several parts that I would have otherwise spent a fortune on. I have been using this AutoZone location for over a decade and cant speak highly enough about it.

I am 73 yrs. old. The staff here not only sold me the right bulbs I needed for my car, but put them in-no charge. Wonderful Service !!!!!!

These guys are always extremely helpful! If you need a battery, they test your old one to make sure it is the battery, not alternator, then will show you what options you have - get the best they have - and they will replace it for you!! That is great service!!! Really cant ask for more!!!

Before CoVid: Each franchise are poorly staffed. The employees are never customers oriented. Systems need updated from store to store.

The manager was very kind helpful and knew everything in the store. He got me in and out with exactly what I needed in no time at all, and it was right at closing time, and he was still just as friendly and kind as could be.

I dont know about all AutoZones but I have to say this one has got to have the most friendly people I have met. Only store I ever go to.

Mr. Dave employee assisted me in finding out why my engine light came on and he did it fast and easy. He came out and got the reading off my car and their system immediately showed what part I needed right after we got back inside. Mr. Dave was courteous in my experience. I was driving from Biloxi(resident) to Slidell for a doc appointment, and this was the nearest AutoZone. The AutoZone here is a very good location and I was in and out in less than 5 mins.

My girlfriend bought a new battery from this location and had it installed by autozone employees. Not much later her car failed to start due to the terminals have a loose connection. When i went to the store to address the problem i was told several times that i was wrong and thats the way the batterys fit and that if it was loose it just need a shim. I then asked why wasnt it shimed in the first place and was given no answer. I left and went to OReillys and was helped immediately and was able to fix the problem in no time. I would not spend your time or money there only if you are willing to be talked down to and belittled even if you know you are right
