Very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The Doctor did a great job explaining the examination and process to me as im a newbie. The staff was very clean and helpful and did a great job following procedures enforced during covid.
Doctor was very through with exam and answered all of my questions . Just a little upset that I was told that they take my insurance before I made appointment. I paid what was asked of me and I wasnt told that it was an out of network visit until I went to order contacts. I even asked at check out when I was told my cost was $85 dollars is that with my insurance ? She said yes .. I like the convenience and friendly staff but I would never have paid that kind of money for an eye exam knowing it wasnt on my insurance 😡.
Excellent. Answered all my questions. Dr Melissa Parker is great. Very thorough eye exam. Highly recommend.
