Our experience was top notch. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. Within 5 minutes my teen was trying on different style scrubs. Within 30 minutes we were out the door with a mission accomplished! I promise we would have been there all day if we had to try on each type to see what worked for her. They knew exactly what size and style would work for her! Thank you, Scrub Stop!

My job started giving us uniform shirts this year. I went in and told the lady who I worked for and she said she knew what top I needed. I bought 3. Turns out the shirts she told me I needed were not the same as the ones my job gave me. No biggie, I figured I could at least get store credit. The lady who owns this place was TOTALLY rude and told me I should have known what I needed and gave me a bunch of attitude about bringing my shirts back when she told me they were what I needed. Ill just keep them, be out $140 and NEVER go there again.

I just started my locally owned cleaning service, and went in to try on some scrubs on. The service was great, they answered all my questions and dealt with my indecisiveness like professionals. They didn’t try to push or up-sale me, they listened to my needs and delivered. They helped me get my logo formatted to be embroidered on scrubs, and also assisted with getting embroidered company logo t-shirts made. Ive been getting my scrubs here since I started my own business. As a newbie in the world of buying scrubs, I found it to be very confusing differentiating between styles, sizes and colors. Thats why I appreciate the amazing help i recieved at Scrub Stop from the owner Toni. She was able to help me find the right style to fit my body type, the right fabric for all-day comfort and easy maintenance, and the right colors to match my businesss brand. I tried shopping online, and visited other stores, but i just did not find the product knowledge, expertise, and level of customer service shown to me by the friendly folks at Scrub Stop. And their prices were cheaper than what i found online to boot! Its always better to support local shops.

I had always purchased my scrubs from the shop in the past Even way back when when they were located on Brown Switch. I went to get my first set of scrubs for the first time in about 4 years as Ive been in adm. therefore there were no need for them. The owner and her assistant were extremely helpful and knew exactly what size I needed just by looking at me.. I would recommend them to everyone.

Went to get my first set of scrubs today and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door, they have a vast inventory and I didn’t really know what I was looking for just yet, but I was helped by a lovely lady who asked questions based on what I wanted, she even asked if I needed a petite length because my legs are a little shorter than the average! I’ve never been asked that and usually have to hem my pants to fit, so I was VERY pleased with the help I was offered. The quality is very nice and the prices are very affordable, definitely coming back to this local shop and I recommend this to everyone seeking medical attire!

I most definitely would recommend the Scrub Stop to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable shopping experience. The ladies here are very helpful and patient, I had never bought scrubs or equipment before and they spent a very generous amount of time guiding me through my list of things that I needed. They have a very large selection and the prices are very reasonable; I spent much less than I had anticipated. I am glad that this shop was recommended to me and will be going back here for all of my uniform needs.

I love this little store. Why shop at a big box store when you have a gem like this in town. They always have the colors I need and brands I love. This shop has my favorite kind of employees, friendly and helpful but not hovering. Scrub Stop, you get two thumbs up from this nurse.

Always helpful but the staff isn’t always the friendliest. It’s like the customer service is hit or miss. I’ve been going here for 4 years or so. Sometimes they seem too stressed out or something and it shows. I’m not sure what it is. Otherwise this store serves its purpose. I would rate them average with room to grow.

This store was everything I needed in a scrub store. The price was competitive, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They even suggest a nearby tailor for a custom fit. This is where Ill be buying my scrubs from now on.

I am new to town and needed to get scrubs for my new job. They didnt have my size so they offered to order it for me, it would have been cheaper and easier for me to order it online but I always try and support small businesses when I can. BIG MISTAKE! When I picked up my order on a Thursday, I didnt even open the bag until the following week. I found out that the jacket I received was too small, and when I tried to go back in and exchange it seven days later (not try and get a refund, exchange it for something else) I was treated so badly that I will never go back there again, and I hope this review warns you. The manager claimed that the jacket I was returning was not the one I had purchased, that this one had a different sheen to it and she would not return it because it was not purchased here. The tags were on, it had not been worn, and I had my receipt. I could not believe it. Please, save your time, money, and hassle and order online. Stay away from this place! I will encourage all my employees to do the same.

I had the misfortune of going into the rudest small business I have ever encountered. I was not welcome and I was dismissed as if my money was illegal currency. I work with many women who wear scrubs and you can rest assure that I have told them to bypass your small business. I had to pick a star to write this review so you get zero stars !

The scrub stop in Slidell. Ive been a health professional for 26 years. I recently went to Scrub Stop in Slidell to purchase lab coats and to try on a particular brand of scrubs. After being approached by the owner Toni and explaining to her what I was there for, it became quite clear that she was willing to help me with the lab coats but that I was not welcomed to try on the scrubs if I was not going to purchase them from her store. Then I had to endure her rambling on about why she felt the way she did. I have never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally by any business owner that I have ever encountered. My first mistake was ever walking in to this business and my second was buying the the lab coats even after being treated in this manner. If anyone needs scrubs please do yourself a favor and go to Bayou scrubs in Madisonville. Their staff is truly professional and will assist you even if you dont plan on purchasing scrubs from them.
