I am new to the area and stopped in to see about having a ring customized. This is a fantastic store with a big variety of tasteful jewelry and other gifts for every price range. I received help from Melanie and Linda who were both super nice. I will definitely return!

My fiancé and I went into Champagne Jewelers to look at their engagement rings. We were looking for a very specific type ring. Having looked at the larger places in town and not having found what she was wanting, we really thought we would have to have one made or settle for a ring that wasn’t really what we were looking for. When we walked in, the lady who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Soon, another lady came in from the back...both ladies were kind and extremely helpful. I spotted a ring that I believed was close to what my fiancé wanted. When they got it out of the case and handed it to her, her face lit up! It wasn’t just a ring, it was THE ring. It was a unique style that we had not seen one like online or in stores. All it needed was resizing. Plus, they gave me a Black Friday discount, even though there were no signs saying there was a sale. We are very happy with the ring and the service we received!

Linda and all of the team at Champagne Jewelers could not be nicer!! I was almost intimidated to go in and ask for repairs on two inexpensive pieces that my friends brought to me for repair (I do craft beading and know how to solder) but it was beyond my capabilities. But the folks at Champagne couldnt be more cordial and welcoming even though it wasnt a big ticket repair. They called me to let me know when everything was ready and lets just say, it was priced more than fairly!! Very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend their customer service...and their jewelry...exquisite!! Rarely have I seen such quality and creative pieces - and Im a vintage jewelry collector!! Highly recommend that you walk in and look around. Champagne Jewelers has a no-pressure approach and a beautiful showroom with everything from High School Grad rings that I would be proud to wear, to the most delicate pearl and gemstone sets. Breathtaking designs!

Great products within a wide range off prices. Check out the fabrege eggs they offers. We bought a candle here that has jewellery hidden inside. Just burn your candle and wait to see your prize. If you need a good and unique gift, this is the place to go. The staff is amazingly friendly and will help you find whatever you are looking for.

Ownwer/ Manager does not have customer service skills, ordered ring, ring was suppose to be in 6/8 weeks took weeks later after @owner/manager receipt has 6/8 weeks, called shop she never returned any phone call, for 2 solid weeks, when taking the money it was fine but when receiving my product it was ridiculous, mean while if you need a class ring DO NOT GO here terrible service.
