I love their candles and their candle covers! Their candle scents are always the best! I love their candle jars more than anything! They always have the best, especially during holidays.

This Yankee Candle is my favorite! The staff is so kind and helpful. I always go to this one for that reason.

This location is great! Alyssa was absolutely amazing! I went in with my friend Jessica and we had a blast! I come here often and I’m normally helped by Julie or Linda, however Alyssa was great and has amazing customer service!!

I checked to make sure the store hours - online it states open till 10pm. I drove 45 minutes to get there it was 8:45. A customer stated they believed the store was closing at nine. Which is fine I still had a few minutes to get in there and get out. However the door was locked I called the store Because I could see customers shopping. People looking at me but nobody saying the store is closed for the night. When I called I spoke to a girl who totally couldn’t answer the questions and panicked and handed the phone to Alyssa.However Alyssa had plenty to say the bottom line is I don’t know what to tell you! there’s nothing I can do about it. we’re closing early because of the holiday but come back tomorrow. Not even an apology sorry for the inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager on duty. Somebody needs to hone in on her skills. I get it’s busy and it is the holidays. Very frustrating! Not to mention the I rolling of the eyes and facial expressions I was standing on the sidewalk looking through the windows watching her behave like that. I even told her I was on the outside calling such arrogance! Please know I have been to that store many times and never have had an experience like this before. As a matter of fact I found that most people that worked there went above and beyond.

Best fragrance and selection ever. Awesome prices if you shop smart. Ive gotten large jars for avg of $11.50ea when buying 4-8 candles with coupons! They make awesome gifts where they would cost $27ea regular price!
