Amazing customer service! Cameron really takes her time with you and offers great deals. I went from paying $198 with T-Mobile to only paying $63 with Cricket and I have the latest iPhone 11 pro max with insurance! Cinthia taught me how to use the referral program and last month my bill was only $13 from just referring two of my coworkers! You guys it really doesnt get any better then Cricket Wireless!

I called to cricket and asked them if I had a phone could they connect it with them and they said yes. I took my galaxy s20 5g up there and they would not do it saying cricket policy is that if a 5g phone is purchased anywhere else they cant do it. Well you should have never lied in the first place. All it was about is cause I didnt spend 1,100 dollars on a phone they have when I bought the same phone new for 639.00. Dont lie to people like that cause you lose clients. I will be changing my 2 other accounts from yall to another phone service.

I am very happy since I switched from Boost over to Cricket I have always been an android person but I had to take advantage of the iPhone SE promotion for only $50. Cinthia took her time to transfer everything from my Stylo 4 to my new iPhone and taught me the basic functions that iPhone has that android doesnt.

I got the service I need but they were very impatient with me - extremely unimpressed with the service offered towards me. . I work in retail, and I can relate but be reasonable and patient when it comes to customers please...

The manager at this store is not a good manager!! I tried to switch back and was very rude!! Good luck working with cricket. Not good phone deals!! And not good customer service!!
