My 2021 Tesla was involved in two accidents within a week of each other badly damaging the front end and entire passenger side. My Tesla looked totaled. Bi-County Auto Body was so thorough and efficient and replaced out all the parts (and they were intelligent enough to know which Tesla parts could have been damage which were not visible like the underbelly structure). They were Phenomenal and very efficient. Their entire staff was so professional kept us fully informed along each step of the process. Worked with our insurance company. But most of all, when I received my Tesla back (on time as promised) it was restored to its original state. It didnt look like it had ever been in two back to back accidents. It was perfect. We would never use any other auto body shop! They were suppose to paint my Tesla front bumper. First picture is them adding touch up paint, looks absolutely horrible. Second picture is apparently them “painting” the bumper. I went to another shop and their telling me that Bi-County did not even take the bumper off it looks like. Stay Away!

Recently needed a repair on my Tacoma tailgate and fender flare....tailgate had a dent and paint damage...fender flare had a scratch. Both sections needed painting. I was very happy with the results, tailgate and flare look factory and paint was a perfect match. I dealt with Traci from the estimate to pick up, she was extremely helpful and professional, made the process stress free. Would definitely recommend!

I had an out-of-the-ordinary set of circumstances occur when I brought my car to Bi County Auto Body, but the way in which it was resolved was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them myself in the future if needed.After I was involved in a small fender bender, I took it to Bi County for repairs. My insurance company totalled the car and because I had been happy with the car up to that point I decided to buy it back from them. This process took a couple of months, and when I came to collect the car to allow my buddy to repair and respray the damage, a large number of trim items from the door, front bumper and engine bay were missing.Despite many attempts to find the missing parts, they could not be located and so John, the owner of Bi County agreed to pay me in full for all the parts and hardware I needed to repair my car. Clearly he could have fought against me but was a real stand-up guy and was only apologetic for what had happened.In short, a quality body shop, owned by a man with real integrity.

I needed auto body work done to my Tesla and as this is a certified Tesla repair shop, I brought my vehicle here. From start to finish, I could not be more impressed with the service. Not only did they finish the repair quickly, but the car looks brand new. I also appreciated the service updates texted directly to my phone which let me know how far along the repair was. The work was perfectly and timely executed, but they were also extremely informative on a few elective pieces of work I inquired about. They really seem to be in the business of doing what is right, not just taking your money.

Wow! Have been here before but this time they really were phenomenal. My Jeep needed a bumper replaced and they got the part within a couple days and put it on within a couple hours instead of needing it the whole day or more. My car was also disinfected and sanitized! Great - especially amidst this pandemic. Not only that, I thought I was walking to someone else’s car because it was so clean and fresh washed! No other auto body has ever washed my car as a courtesy. I was going to take it after the work was done but they went above and beyond and saved me that hassle. Thanks so much for amazing service and the front desk staff is incredibly friendly! Took excellent care of my car.

Hands down best body shop on L.I. My mom used to go there for ANY car problems and theyd treat her like family. That goes a long way. They are a bit pricey HOWEVER you get what you pay for. I spend a lot of money on my car and I want it to look good. You WILL NOT find a better, more honest, caring shop anywhere. I refuse to go anywhere else and have been there at this point 4-5 times with 3 different cars and every time I drop it off, it comes back better than before the accident. They will take care of your car like its their families car. Down to cleaning and detailing. Im happy to have these guys business card handy with me whenever I need. My most recent visit was due to someone hitting my 2013 Camaro SS and the at-fault parties insurance tried to screw me over BAD. Bi-County reassured me that they would take care of them and make sure my car got fixed properly. All I can say was I had a smile from ear to ear when I pulled up to the font and saw my car shining brand new in the front. Thank you guys so much for the continued work that you do. They are the Golden Standard for body shops!

Reliable and professional service, someone crashed into the back of our car. The staff at Bi - County Auto Body helped with the insurance problems, they helped with a car rental and most important did a great job with repairing our car. The car looked amazing when it was finished. They seamlessly took care of everything making the best out of a our bad situation.

There definitely isn’t anything enjoyable about getting your car keyed but I have to say the staff at Bi-County did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle. They coordinated perfectly to have a rental car waiting for me on arrival so as soon as I finished my paperwork I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the turn around time to get the repairs completed. In all honesty I got my car back so fast that when I received the call that it was ready I thought they had the wrong number. I can not say I am looking forward to my cars being damaged in the future but hands down I know what shop I will be returning to if needed.

My girlfriend and I drop the car off last Saturday, to get our car repaired and we just picked it up quite quickly last Thursday. Poor quailty work. Got my tesla back from the dealer who gives their body work to thease guys. Worst paint job I have ever seen its rough and dry. Alot of over spray. Place is a chop shop stay away.

I had a very poor experience with this auto body shop. I had dealings with multiple people, and no one seemed to be on the same page. It was a very confusing process. They promised to buff out some scratches from an accident the car was in, but failed to do so. They told me what I wanted to hear, but did not follow through on what they said they would do. Then, after getting my car back, I had to bring it to the shop again because of some shoddy work that was done. They needed to repair the repairs they already made. They said to bring it in Monday after 4PM and they would have a rental car ready for me, but that was not the case. I had to wait 1.5 hrs to get the rental. A lot of wasted time, all because they couldnt fix my car properly the first time. I will not be coming back here and strongly advise everyone else to go elsewhere.

Was there picking up my car after an accident. I was trying to get my car to an appointment at safelite and the 2 ladies behind the counter couldnt care less. They told me everyone was on break and theyd get my car whenever they get to it. The only reason Im giving two stars is another employee overhead all this and went on her own, clearly beyond her job title and got my car for me. She was fantastic unlike the other 2.

Excellent Experience.I found Bi County Auto Body through my insurance company claims web site. Based on the reviews and location I decided to use them for my repair when I had my collision recently. The establishment is neat and modern with a waiting area that has large comfy sofas with a coffee nook that includes pastries and fruit. I did not get to use it though since I did not need to wait. The insurance adjuster was located there and there is an Enterprise Rent a Car desk so everything was taken care of right there. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The estimate, car rental, and sign in took less than an hour after I arrived. I received text updates daily on the progress of my repair. When I picked up my car everything was smooth and efficient. The best part, the car looked like new. Like the collision never even happened ( I was rear ended). Excellent work. I was very happy. Highly recommended.

During a difficult time of getting into a car accident Bi-County Autobody is the place to go…..hands down!!! Friendly workers and great customer service is just what is needed during this time period. Traci, Ashley, and Eryn were compassionate, understanding and beyond helpful. I can guarantee you won’t find better service from anywhere like these three wonderful associates. DO NOT go anywhere else besides Bi-County Auto. I’ve been in a few fender benders and I have never received service like they offered anywhere else. I had an appointment at 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:00 am. They even offered me fresh bagels and coffee on a busy Saturday. With automated text message updates about the status of the car, I knew when I would receive it back. There are even a Geico and Enterprise Rental car representatives on site. So the thirty minutes it took from start to finish, even included the rental of a car!!! I highly recommend Bi-County Auto if you ever find yourself in an auto accident. A++++++++

My vehicle has been at this shop for more than 3 weeks. They called me several times a day before I was scheduled to pick it up and gave me more BS on why it wouldnt be ready. Excuse after Excuse. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Very unprofessional operation.

They had my car for repairs for over a month, but they taken their time to do all the necessary repairs needed. They had given the best repair service and necessary body repair needed. Best geico repair services ever.

I got into a minor to moderate weather related accident the end of Sept 18’., and was recommended by my insurance to have my car fixed Bi County Auto in Smithtown. The manager Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He reassured me that all would be well with my vehicle. Throughout the process they encountered some additional hiccups with my car, which took them way, way longer than anticipated to fix. Despite the delays and setbacks, they rectified it even going as far as consulting and dealing with the actual dealership to attempt to correct the situation. (However the dealership wasn’t as helpful- its a factory defect that they don’t want to cover-not surprised- but Bi-County got them to fix it!) If you’re looking for a great body shop, and you want quality customer service; an epic body and paint job, and a shop that will fight like heck for the little guy, and will continue to fight along side of you even after the dealership screws up, then please go to them. I highly recommend going there! I hope I don’t get into another accident but if I do, they will definitely see me again.

Pretty standard collision shop, used them a few times and there were minor problems each time (damaged wheel well liner, misaligned exhaust pipes, etc). When taken back they fix the problems, but it is annoying to have to go through that. In house insurance and labor rate of $60/hr is nice, plus they detail your car after repairs (quick wash/vacuum, nothing crazy.)

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tracy from bicounty . I was kept informed through the whole process and my car turned out like a new baby - looked brand new . Defo recommend .

If you ever need body work, find the parts yourself and find someone who can do it for a quarter of the price this place is going to charge you. I was 17 years old and they charged me $1200 to fix the tiniest dent/scratch in a side panel. They will take advantage of you and write you up a FAT BILL in the end. Just listen to this guys response, he is only reputable to wealthy losers who do not care about spending a couple thousand on a dent or do not have the knowledge to go elsewhere.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the work done by Bi-County Auto Body. I picked up my 2016 Toyota Tundra on the day it was scheduled to be completed and was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and professionalism that went into making my car “new again”. All the staff at the facility made the entire experience palatable. Although I hope I never need their services again, if I do they will be getting the work.

The staff treated me professionally and kept me informed about my repairs every step of the way.

The estimate I got from this shop was way over prized, more than twice as much as the insurance adjusters estimate and two other body shops estimate. I was able to get the car repaired at Anzalones auto body in Ronkonkoma and keep some of the claim money instead of giving it to these people. I can understand a businesss need to make money but these guys are taking greed to new levels. If you care for the leather sofa, tv, free coffee and a sweet talking receptionist in the waiting room, this is the place to go.
