I Just purchased my beautiful car and of course got chips and dents the first year! I had seen the great reviews on M and I Auto shop and when I walked into the office, I can tell a great deal about a repair center from the very first interaction you have with their staff. I felt totally confident that my vehicle would receive the best possible repairs, my insurance claim would be handled smoothly, and I would experience the highest quality customer service. That is the exactly how my experience with M and I auto shop went! Mike, Michael and the staff really do magic and made my car look great! SO HAPPY I FOUND THEM!

Amazing, professional, organized....I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are professional, consummate, HONEST, and the nicest staff Ive ever dealt with at any auto facility I have ever been to (and I have been to many in the past). I have had two unfortunate incidents in which I had to bring my car there. They are very understanding of how dents and accidents can be troublesome to say the least. They do their best to assist you and give you peace of mind the entire way through. Thier staff is always able to handle my collision repairs with ease. I am so thankful to have found a place I can actually trust who is fair, and does a great job!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Today I stopped at M&I and met Mike and Joanne (forgive me if if I got your name wrong but she was the pretty lady at the desk 😊) They were wonderful! Today was the first time I went there on the recommendation of the Kia dealership. I had some dings that I wanted them to look at before bringing it back to another dealer since my lease is up. I figured that dealer would charge me a fortune and wanted to see how much M&I would charge to fix them. Mike asked me to hang out a bit and he would take a look. 20 minutes later he gave me my keys and all the dings were gone! How much? NO CHARGE! I was amazed! I can guarantee that if I were to need a body shop in the future I would DEFINITELY use them ! Thank you for being so kind this morning. You really made my day!

Everything was great about this shop from walking in and dropping off my car to the ease of getting a rental an picking up my car. All repairs were done quickly! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend M & I!

I was devastated when I got into an accident . My car was towed to M & I and Mike the owner had stayed in touch with me and took care of everything . He told me it was done but I didnt have a ride to get it that day, Mike said that he would pick me up . He absolutely went out of his way for me and when he brought me back to his place I could not believe my eyes . My car looked better than when I bought it . I strongly recommend going to M & I if you want great service and unbelievable results . You cannot find good people these days and Mike really made me feel like I was important .

My insurance company had recommended M & I . I was able to drive my car home due to a small accident on 347 and was able to drop it off at the body shop at my convenience . When I got my car back it looked brand new . I will definitely recommend this place .
