Picked up new car. Just a few minutes were spent be sales rep showing basics. Should have been an hour and not 15 minutes and then rushed to leave. Low performance for the cost of the car.

We went here for a test drive of the Model Y. We are already a Tesla owner so not much interaction needed. The car was there waiting for us to test and we were given 20 mins to test it. Worked out fine. We didn’t need more time than that. Communication with Nick was good. He was responsive and able to answer our queries. Spoke with other staff as well.Wow the service area was busy but we do t have any experience with them. We didn’t have a problem with parking unlike in Syosset.

Large facility but it looks like temporary makeshift building . Is that large space supposed to be a showroom? Floors are not done. Customer interfacing staff at service need to be better trained. Dont ignored the people standing in line... They are not going to go away until you serve them. You should not high passive personalities to work in customer service. High tech cars but mediocre staff.

A lot of space and all the staff are super helpful. We were able to get a test drive on the same day, super nice to drive and they let us drive it on our own for 20 mins.

Best Tesla service center in NY. I live 20 minutes away from two service centers but drive 1.5 hours to Nesconset because the staff here is so helpful and responsible. Whereas I have nothing but headaches at other service centers, this place always fixes my problem, communicates well, and even has loaners! Absolute rockstars 10/10

So far, my first impression can only be based on my interaction with the phone reps. Their utter lack of returning phone calls and disregard for timeliness, or more specifically, the complete lack of timeliness in returning phone messages. Now go from there.

I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model S Long Range online and picked it up at this location. The car was brand new and giving to us with a broken trunk. The trunk would not lock and remained open no matter what we tried. The dealer took the car back into the building and said it needed a new door motor. We were told it would take around 1hr. 2 hours later I was told just 45 more minutes. Then finally 1 hour later I was asked to take a loner car. From our 12pm pick up time we received the car at 7pm. When I returned at 7pm everyone had left for the day and the woman that originally taken the car back lost our 2nd key.I was given a $200 gift card to teslas online store and told that a service representative would drop off a key the following day . I was hoping this wasnt normal practice for tesla... Fast forward to today and I dropped the car off for a camera error code after making a appointment 2 week ago. I was told they know what the issue is and it would take 1hr to complete. I came back 1hr and 45 minutes later and I was told that the mechanics didnt even look at the car yet. When I said why not the representative said maybe you didnt notice but the shop is really busy today. Needless to say I was extremely upset with that reply. I informed him that we had a loss In the family and my wife and I were needed in Staten Island asap. He said he would put me on the waiting list and we would be next. I own several cars all high end (BMW & Audi) and have never been treated this way at any of the dealers. I paid 90k for the car and expected a little more respect for my time . This is a huge problem for me and my wife. We are worried about how we will be treated in the case of a more serious repair. It seems the staff is made up of kids that do not know the value of time. I will be trading the car in shortly for a Audi Etron where the customer service is far better. Update I was just told that the car will not be ready until 1pm I have been here since 945am for a 1hr repair. This place is a joke and Im so disappointed in Tesla.

One of the worst dealer experiences I’ve ever had. We were waiting 40 mins for someone to come and talk to us and not a single employee would talk to us, but they were going up to every other customer coming in after us and asking them what they were there for or how they were doing not a single employee greeted us or acknowledged us we even asked if we could talk to someone and they invited us to the door to leave if this is how Tesla is ran I don’t want one the entire dealership experience turned me off to buying a car from them ever.....

I picked up my Tesla the other day and it went great. The team at this Tesla center were professional and courteous. I was in and out in about an hour. Today, I had an appointment with service to install the homelink accessory. They said it would be about an hour and I was out of there 40-45 minutes later. Awesome 👌

This is the worst I have ever experienced in repairing my Tesla model3. I made an appointment to repair the rear ceiling glass at this repair center. Before the repair, I and the store worker looked at the problem at the same time. After reconfirming the problem, I left the car in the repair center and got a lonar car. After the repair is completed, I return the car and take my car. At this time, I found that the damaged glass had been repaired, but the middle ceiling glass at the junction with the damaged ceiling glass had cracks. This is a problem that did not exist before I confirmed the problem with the store worker. When I picked up the car, I found out and told them about this new problem. They told me that the problem occurred before my car was repaired. This is very unreasonable, because the obvious glass break was not found when checking the problem. I can only repair this problem at my own pocket. For a Tesla owner, this is unacceptable. Because this is caused by a mistake in the maintenance department, this should definitely not be the owner of the car. But the repair center does not have a camera, so they can tell me for no reason that this is not their problem but mine. If you go to this repair center to repair the car, please be careful. This is also the part that the repair center should improve.

Horrible experience. Noone wanted to help me. Was there for 2 and a half hours trying to fix an issue that tesla created. Its not fair that I have to pay for teslas mishap. Now because of it, I have to pay for my lease and reinsure it due to teslas miscommunication. Very disappointed

Be attention!!The service center here is disappointing. They are good at creating extra problem intentionally to ask you pay for that. They are not responsible. There is no camera here. They will break your car and blame on your fault because you can’t find any evidence here. And they know it works. And they will give you some kind of discount and take you fix here. Their attitude is the worst. They don’t respect you and never listen to you. They hanged up my phone and didn’t answer me anymore. They will let you have no way to go and force you to follow them. For everyone goes here,remember take pictures of your tesla before. I m so regret that I chosen this service center and I m so sad that I was treated so bad here. I don’t want others be trapped too. So be careful !! Remember!

I am impressed with the reception and check in. But very disappointed about the service progress of my car. I left my on 3/28 at 10am expecting that service will be completed by end of the day (5.00pm) on Sunday. Did not get any call until 3.30pm. Called and spoke to Anthony and he told me will give status by 4pm. Called me back and told me maintenance wont be completed on Sunday and car has to be left there until Monday and offered me a Uber voucher instead of loaner car. No status after that on Monday. Today I called multiple time and left messages without any call back. This is pathetic and not acceptable.

Order a model S car . they tried to give me a used car with a knew car price.I find a lot of younger adults are working at this location. they all have a different answer to logistics . it seems like they are making stories up to as they go.when they dont know what to say the refer to Elon likes this . not true. Elon like to service but cant do it at this location

Respect of tesla owners, here I would like to remind everybody, if you want to on this site tesla maintenance department for repair your car, please you in the key card to tesla employees must bring your vehicle before a picture or recording a video store, otherwise, they in maintenance of your vehicle when damaged in any one place, they will be totally deny their damaged parts, will damage to the damage problem as customer! Be sure to keep proof of the original car!The other staff in the store are very friendly, but the attitude of the maintenance department needs to be improved

Thank G-D we got another service center on Long Island!!! Syosset had to support both Nassau and Suffolk and was overwhelmed. Smithtown made waits for service go WAY DOWN. Instead of waiting a month for an appointment, you can get one in about a week. And the service there is professional and of high quality. They also have a great coffee machine if your repair is one you can wait for. I highly, highly recommend using Smithtown!!!
