If I could give this location a negative 100 I would. Visited this location around 8pm on a Sunday night. It was very quiet with just 1 employee there with a customer being helped with a return, and myself with my boyfriend. Mind you we are regulars at cvs and always use the self checkout. anyone that knows, self checkouts they are always finicky and naturally the one we used was too and beeped for the “associate is on the way.” The cashier (Alicia) came walking over rolling her eyes, where we apologized and she proceeded to slam her key tag on the scanner and aggressively hung up her keys and didn’t say a thing. We brushed it off and just continued to scan our things when it happened again, so we tried using the other self checkout as to not bother her since she made it seem like the first time we were such a Burden. At that point, she came storming over again saying “we are using it wrong and can’t use another register” in a nasty tone. We again said well something is wrong with that register, can you just void that transaction so we can use the other” where she again slammed her keys even more aggressively on the scanner.saying we are using the scanner wrong.” Naturally at this point I’m irritated. As someone who is a manager as well as my boyfriend I understand when things are crazy/working under stress. But the store was dead, and this girl was nasty from the beginning. We had asked to speak to a manager (which again we never do) but this cashier was completely unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with the public when she has no interpersonal skills what so ever.

They lost my pictures off a disposable camera. I’m so tired of the snotty little brats they hire to run this store that don’t take anything serious. My husband had to reschedule a passport appointment because the bratty girl who took his picture couldn’t be bothered to do it correctly and cut off the top of his head. And now they lost my pictures!!!! That I will never get back. And there is absolutely nothing that can be done.

I’m giving 1 star against my will, unfortunately 0 is not an option. I have never in my life felt compelled to write a google review for a CVS, but this is hands down, by far the WORST not only CVS but Pharmacy store on earth. I waited at an empty register for 9 minutes while a line formed behind me while the aloof cashier was standing 10 feet away playing with price tags. Just to be extra obnoxious, he pointed to the self check out and said it was open. I asked if CVS was going to mail me a W2 at the end of the year like the one he gets, other wise I wanted him to ring up my items. Absolutely awful.

The pharmacy is inadequate Every time I call cannot get thru and put on hold for over half hour. And when I finally get thru they said no prescription and find out my dr called it in over 24 hours. Horrible service

Pretty much like any other CVS but at least with this CVS the pharmacy employees are really rude with bad attitude problems.The pharmacist seems okay tho with the black hair....

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Every time I go there its a problem. Pharmacy staff has an attitude problem. Shorted my medication by 30 days and never took responsibility. They can never fill all my prescriptions at once I always end up waiting 10 mins for them to finish the job they should have done right to begin with.Every pharmacy tech there needs to be fired and start from the ground up.

This store and its STAFF is OUTSTANDING!! The PHARMACY STAFF ESPECIALLY go above and beyond to help me with my orders all the time. You all need to remember that they are not machines and are people like you and I who are preparing very IMPORTANT medicine, which Im sure you want them to get correct! So the next time you feel like complaining about this staff; Stop and think what have you done to help them. Did you call ahead? Did you allow ENOUGH TIME for them to prepare your order? Might they be SHORT HANDED that day like you get at your job,Im sure. Do you have your ID and form of payment, bag option ready when you get to the window? And also remember, people like to be treated the way you want to be treated. So be kind, friendly,and moreover Patience!

Pharmacy put me on hold for an hour twice this week . Their automated service has wrong information and I have tried several times to stop the automated service through the one 800-number. I tried to speak with a manager and the manager decided that she was going to talk over me and not listen to me. I thought the point of speaking with a manager is that they listen to you. All I wanted her to do was put me in touch with somebody at the pharmacy so I can stop automated phone calls three times a day Dissatisfied with the pharmacy, with the management, and with their lack of care. Total disregard for their customer. This is a pharmacy that I have trusted for the last seven years

This is the worst pharmacy in Suffolk County. Prepare to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a single script. The staff can often be rude, inefficient, incompetent, and as mentioned, incredibly slow. I have had nothing but problems with this CVS and I would give no stars if I could.

I work at a physicians office. I called 5 separate times to clarify a medication but no one ever picked up the phone. I stayed on the automated line for at least a 30 hour each time.

My mother received a rather injury after falling on the concrete, and failing to break her fall. Joe, the cashier at this location, was a great helped. He showed me each item I needed, recommended me others that I have needed, and generally empathized with my situation. Really great guy, Thanks !!

JUST CALLED AT 11AM ON FRIDAY AUGUST 16TH. SPOKE TO A GIRL TO ASK A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION. SHE WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE TO ME IM EMBARRASSED FOR HER. THE MEDICATION IM ON IS A MAINTENANCE MEDICATION SO I GUESS IM FROWNED UPON FOR IT. LITTLE DOES SHE KNOW MY STORY. SHE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME. ILL BE STOPPING IN TO GET HER NAME. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THAT WAY. AND BTW IM AN GRAD SCHOOL GRADUATE COUNSELOR, SO I DONT JUDGE OR MAKE PEOPLE FEEL LESS THAN. MAYBE SHE SHOULD LEARN A THING OR 2.

The pharmacy department here is constantly rude. My fiancé asked for help finding an over the counter product that he didn’t remember the name of and the girl behind the counter replied “well if you don’t know the name, how am I supposed to help you?” He asked to be pointed to the aisle where it might be located and she just repeated, “if you don’t know the name I can’t help you.” He then pulled out his phone to try and look it up since she wouldn’t offer any help and she asked if he was just going to block the register from other customers. There was no one else in line. Other times I have gone here and was told they didn’t accept my sons insurance, very rudely, which I knew wasn’t true as I have used the same insurance company for myself at other cvs locations. Rather than argue with her I just paid the $20 for his prescription. Another time my doctor sent a prescription over and told me to stop on my way home and when i pulled up I was told it wasn’t ready because it was only sent over a few minutes ago, which wasn’t a problem but the way she said it was. She told me to give them about a half hour so I arrived almost two hours later and it still wasn’t ready. I used to use the cvs in Nesconset but switched to this one as it’s less than a minute from my house. I will definitely be switching back to Nesconset location despite it being an easy 20 minute drive from my house due to the rudeness nearly every staff member has shown me.

Tried Calling the pharmacy during there hours but they decided to change the closing time without updating there webpage maybe they should have sent one those text messages they send letting there customers know that the hours were changed. Ridiculous! Wish I could is my local pharmacist

The worst pharmaxy ever i been on hold for an hr and they hung up on me. Now im on hold for 30 mins and noone picked up yet. I used my house phone to call store front end while on hold to ck if they have phone probs. I have pnuemonia and need my meds. Waited 3 days for authorization on meds... I rather go to walmart... and drive a half hr would take faster. It is ridiculous! Bad service! If i drop dead i informed my family to sue cvs.

There is less and less on the shelves everytime I go in there. This afternoon, the cashier couldnt figure out how to accrpt a coupon! I went to Walgreens, where I was able to get what I wanted for less than I would have paid at CVS with the coupon!

Polite staff, open 24 hours, has a bathroom, but first place to ask me to leave my bags at the cashier since my visit to B&H a couple years ago. And I visit CVS in the city every two days on average.

Just waited for a half an hour at the window of the prescription drive through. I rang the call button. A rep said he would be right there and never came back. Rang again after 15 minutes, no response. I had to leave to get back to work. I’ve never experienced worse service than this. Unbelievable. Avoid this location!
