I wanted to say Thank YouI just purchased a new pre-paid cell phone from your Smithtown, NY store... and I have to say I was quite satisfied and pleased with the transaction.The store associate was pleasant and well-knowledged in the products I reviewed and questioned. After spending a good 15-20 minutes with me, I was quite happy with his answers and opinions, and this made my purchase much easier and painless.He was very, very helpful and attentive, and never left my side until my purchase was complete.I am also in a sales position... I am a service-plumber, and deal with customers in their homes directly. I understand what it takes to give a customer a great service experience and complete a sale.After my purchase, I walked out of the store with three things in mind...1) I was happy and encouraged in the fact that I bought a good phone for my needs.2) I was pleased by the ease of the transaction, and the knowledge and skill of the sales associate I dealt with.3) I was comfortable with the price I paid.If someone is to ask me what did the phone cost you?My response to someone could be...Uhg... I paid 170 for a knock-off smart phone... I hope its better than my last one.Instead, my response IS...I got this awesome waterproof phone with great features and a great package with a reliable carrier and it only cost me 170...The difference in answers is a direct result of the store associates customer service skills; that made my experience comfortable and satisfying.If this phone had cost me double what it did... I would have still been happy and satisfied that my concerns and needs were addressed professionally, politely and promtply.
