I had an appointment for a tire repair at 12 noon, the parking lot was full, but that managed to get me in right away. I ended up needing a new tire, due to the location of the nail in my tire. They got me out in less than 45 minutes, thanks to the girl tech who worked on my car. The customer service at this location is phenomenal, this was my first visit at this location, but now I can see why my Dad takes his fleet of work vans for service several years now. Asanti, my Service consultant has a great attitude & so helpful! Thank you guys for your help getting me in and out so I could get to work on time. You guys are amazing!

Do Not Trust Them! Use to be my mechanic of choice, but it seems like new staff changes have put my car at risk. They change the oil recently but forgot the washer so I had an oil leak. They changed the alternator 20 months ago and it failed recently. Manager makes it seem like new cars have too many electrical options which overworks the alternator. Doesn’t make any sense! I don’t have the only car with electrical options all need cars have electric options buy a better alternator! So to me the part is defective. They then tried to over charge me for brakes! Tried to sell me something I don’t need! I wont let them near my car again! Already found an honest replacement!

Terrible experience with this store. They dont honor the appointment time. I dropped in my vehicle around noon but they have not started the work until the end of the day as they are swamped with many work.My question is cant they figure out by noon if they can take up new work to honor an appointment ?I had to call and followup few times to get this information and picked the vehicle without completing the service. They dont have the courtesy to call and inform that the delivery of the service will be late.When i called the store around 6pm, the person who picked literally yelled at me saying that I am the only person available in the store and the work is not done, come and pickup your vehicle if u want and cut the phone. He didnt offered to answer any questions.How would such companies with terrible customer experience survive in this neighborhood ?

Took my car in at 7am for a nail in my tire to be patched. Said it would be done by late morning. Called at 11am and they said I was next. Called at 1pm and same answer. Called at 3pm, same answer. Went down at 3:30pm and saw my car hadn’t moved. When I walked in and asked they immediately took it to the back and told me they couldn’t patch it. Waste of 8 hours for me… they just kept lying to me about when it was going to be fixed. Seemed super nice, but apparently it’s not sincere.

If I could leave zero stars I would . Set an appointment for 11 am arrived at 10:55. Not many cars were waiting. I sit here at 3pm writing this review . No update or anything . I’m came to get my brakes inspected and changed .

Just be prepared to wait for an exorbitant amount of time. I wanted a vehicle inspection service and had to come back 3 times after waiting for long period of times. On my second visit, they had only one staff that could perform the vehicle inspection, which is understandable. The gentleman left for an extended period of break. All of a sudden, its the end of his shift and I had to come back another 3rd visit. Customer service and attitude is horrible here.

This place is terrible! Please save yourself and don’t go! I had an appointment at 10:00. They called me after 1 hour 15 min and said they can’t help me because they don’t know where the tire lock is!! I thought you were a mechanic!?!? What do you mean you can’t find the tire lock! I hate to say it but they do not know what they are doing there!

There’s only one word for this store- negligent. Two months ago I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. I drove away and realized the tech didn’t reattach my skid plate, took the car back and got attitude from the staff. Today I went in to get a nail patched and was told I need to buy a new tire bc the outer wall was worn down because.. they didn’t rotate my tires two months ago. On top of that the staff was short with me and slammed my door and broke the door handle. Sad bc I’ve been going to tired plus for two decades but this store never again.

I was pretty patient with these folks, but to summarize: (1) over a week late, (2) surprise over budget, and (3) did not resolve the issue.If the issue was just (1) and (2) I would be fine, but (3) means I have to hassle with the warranty company to explain to them that this shop did not fix the issue as well as find another place to look at my car again.They were really nice over phone, but this has become a boring inconvenience.

I went for an oil change. When I saw the work order in my email, it was mentioned as Synthetic blend and when I enquired them, oil change was not yet done for my car and I have been told my car is already with synthetic blend. When I called my previous dealer and referred my previous invoice with my previous dealer it confirms that my car was with Full synthetic and it was not with synthetic blend. It’s my bad decision to do the oil change here. When I enquired them, they could have corrected it as oil change was not yet done but front desk technician completely covered with a lie. Work order was generated before someone inspects my car so do not know how technician come to the conclusion that my car is synthetic blend or full synthetic

Great service from these guys per usual especially Liam at the front they always try to look out and take care of your vehicle with the suggestions especially on what needs to be looked at first as priority and what you can maybe wait on because ofcourse some repairs can be costly so I like their honesty lol . For my little Honda being a vintage 98’ lol they fixed up my front end over the last couple months from tires, front/rear struts, cv axle and brakes, rotors and etc!!! Driving great only let them, my private mechanic and Honda touch my car and they’re a reason why my car is still rolling over the years as well just hit 330,750 miles :-)

Been going to the dealership from which I bought my and have been charged a lot of money in addition to waiting for at least 3 hours before I get my car tuned up or serviced. A co-worker told me about TP and so I decided to give them a try.Firstly, I was very impressed with the manager. His level of professionalism and care parallel none other to date. So impressed that I asked for a couple of his business cards to distribute to my family and friends.Secondly, the time frame for the oil change and tire rotation was pretty quick and thirdly, the price was very fair. I will be back for sure!Finally, ask to speak with the manager. He is a great guy and family man!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible customer service. Can in at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday for a tire change. The person working clearly was ready to go, claimed that he could not offer any service and told me to call in to make an appointment on Saturday. I called Saturday and the woman working told me they don’t do same day appointments and couldn’t see me despite having open appointments. Either a lazy or incompetent staff—either way terrible customer service.

This store wont even help someone in desperate need of changing their brake pads just by loosening a few bolts so i can do it by hand by myself. Sliding pins are extremely overtorqued and I cant remove it. Brakes are rubbing on the rotor badly. It not like i am asking for a free service, I dont mind paying for whatever couple of dollars i have in my pocket. You should be able to help customers in need, but the cashier kept talking about the policy and he wouldnt let anyone touch it, not even to help someone going through a struggle to make sure their car stays on the road!

Tires Plus always gives top-notch service. I recently had a major leak that they correctly diagnosed, order the parts, and repaired within a couple days of me bringing the vehicle in. I was kept informed of the progress and charged a fair amount for the parts and labor. I will be a loyal customer!

I showed up 10 minutes before they were closing, didnt think they would do my oil change, but they did so professionally and with a smile. Loved it.

I had a catalytic converter put on my car at this location. The catalytic converter for my car is very expensive so I paid $1200. 3 yrs. later the catalytic converter has gone bad. Minde you I have had no check engine lights this whole time indicating that the car was a s running lean or rich. I called to check on the warranty (I should have asked this at the time of repair) I was told they offered no warranty on these repairs. Be sure to ask about warranties before getting your car repaired here, you might change your mind.

Have taken care of my cars pretty well. Although a bit pricey for brake jobs. Yes my car is a bmw i8. But the price even compared to actually going to bmw was quite a bit higher

I brought the tires for my wifes SUV from tire rack, who shipped them to Tire Plus for mounting. Service was good and professional. Will use them again.

Worse experience Ive ever received. I called for tire repair and was told the systems were down and I didnt need an appointment. I arrived only to be told something different than what I heard. Then after calling customer service to complain, they agreed to do the service free of charge. I then asked the Store manager Joshua how long approximately and was told 2½ hours. 2 ½ hours later and they havent started on my car and the worker told me it would take another 2½-3 hours. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. Customer service is little no help. I called twice and had to get a supervisor because the representative was being short with me and told me that since I didnt have an appointment, I had to wait. meanwhile the store manager guaranteed I would only have to wait 2½ hours. Ive been here since 930am and it is now 12. I wish I could give less than zero stars

Guy told me it’d take 60-90 minutes so I decided to just wait. 130 minutes later and they’re finally done.Slowest tire change I’ve ever had!

Be careful! Salesmen some salesmen tend to oversell. If your vehicle needs lots of work, get a second opinion fast. Dont feel pressured to get major work done there. Josh, the manager, was fair and very professional. He worked with me to get the initial problem resolved.

You are better off taking your vehicle literally anywhere else in Smyrna.They wont even bother to call you and tell you that they are not doing what they have said they are going to do for your car. Very professional! I didnt have an appointment and just walked in for an oil change. I didnt wait at the front desk for too long. A guy showed up immediately and he was very friendly and helpful! And he answered my questions and gave me recommendations. Thank you! I walked in and out about 45 minutes. Not bad for a walk-in. They have coffee and water. They also have a kids playground in the waiting area by the corner. Very nice.

They made a real effort to provide good service while keeping my repair costs to the minimum – I didnt feel like I was being ripped off like at other service centers.They offered clearly educated and helpful information about what had been done, and what more I may need done soon.I was mostly grateful for some of the repair work they did which was quick & easy (like changing the air filter), for which they charged me just for the part.I felt that was so fair and generous of them, not to try to charge me for something that didnt warrant a big charge.Their prices are very good, and their quality and guarantee of service is wonderful.Their wait area was clean, with TV to keep me entertained.Plan to go back for all my other work!

Absolutely appalled by this tires plus. I usually go to the one in Austell who always help me. Today I went to get air filled on my tire three male employees were standing around when I pulled up I said that I need air in my tire. They rudely informed me that there was a line and that I needed to wait, they laughed basically in a way to make fun of me. Three of them were standing around for about 3 minutes in that time they could’ve easily filled my tire and the other people that were waiting. There was no indication on this line. I am a young women, I don’t know how to put air in my tire... these employees were extremely unprofessional and rude. I left with no plans of ever returning there. If you’re a young women I would suggest going somewhere else where they treat you with respect.

Disappointing experience at Tires Plus Smyrna!!! Wish I can rate 0 stars.Staff is friendly in this location (my service advisor is a super polite guy). Took both of my cars the past two weeks and service was good.However, last time I was there to get the driver window fixed, got charged $130 bucks for just taking a look (fixing it wasnt guaranteed). Completely overpriced, but I really needed it so went ahead and paid for it anyways.Turned out to be a window regulator issue that would cost me $518 bucks, so they said. My service advisor told me the initial $130 should be included, so would be paying only the difference. Asked him what if I got the part by myself but he refused saying we dont install third party parts. He offered me the option to pay the full amount that day or pay the difference on my next visit (they didnt have the part in stock).Got the window fixed the next visit, and they charged me $518 USD! When I reminded my advisor about the difference thing, he said the part costs $518. Here comes the interesting thing: Went ahead and checked the price of the window regulator (same store theyd ordered my part). Realized it costs $253.99, so Tires Plus charges the DOUBLE for just the part?I get it, they have to charge installation fees and all, but Id already paid for the initial diagnosis, my advisor could have at least waive that, but he didnt. Trusted him and got sadly disappointed. Never coming back to this location. If you ever end up there, please be EXTREMELY CAREFUL specially when discussing reparation costs. Please dont let them trick you.

Needed an oil change and plug on tire due to having a nail in tire.They took my car back and came back a few mins later saying that I needed two new tires. I let them know that I wasn’t able to purchase new tires at the moment but maybe at a later time. They took my car back and I waited almost over an hour before they sent a service tech to me to let me know that were not able to pull my hood to do the oil change and also was unable to plug tire. They waisted my time when I could have took it somewhere else and I was late for work! I will never bring my car here again! I give this place 0 stars! Maybe you will have a better experience but for me it was horrible ! I was very upset.

Ive been to Tires Plus many times over the last couple of years, and Ive had good experiences. I mostly go there for oil changes and the free tire rotation. Make an appointment and youll be taken care of in 60-90 minutes. Also, there is generally a coupon you can ask about and theyll give you $10 off. Not bad!Yes, you will pay a price for labor, but no more than a dealership. I have never been pressured to buy something I dont need there, and for the minor things (air filter, etc.) Ive never felt a hard sale and my no has been respected.I was very happy yesterday when, after my oil change had been delayed to almost the two hour mark due to a gasket issue/spill, I was given the service free of charge (without asking!). Top notch customer service from Renee and team. Ill be back later this week for my other car. ;)

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! If you have a BMW STAY AWAY!! I purchased two new tires in which is why I’m giving them a 2 star rating instead of a 1. They replaced my tires in a speedy amount of time, however, they did a wheel alignment and my car is now driving worst than it was before I brought my car in. I was on the highway driving and my car shifted to the left and almost caused me to lose control. When my car was finished the service rep advised me they did not have the proper tools to do the alignment after it was already done.

I brought my new car in for a tire repair. The shop was busy, but they fit me in and got me out pretty quickly. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

I have used this location for over 10 years. Renee was my constant contact during that time and I was concerned when she moved but I am happy to say the level of services has remained. Its a nice feeling to have confidence in a service station. I would recommend giving this location a try.

I bought two tires and when I drove off made it home I was going down an incline I heard a loud noise. So I called back and the lady said bring it back in and while I was at the store I had told her I just got off work and I was very tired. Im a truck driver and just got back from Texas a 13 he drive. So I took it back they pulled it in then said drive it so I heard that loud noise again so I brought it back. So they said the mechanic will ride with you so he heard it as well so he drove it on his own then checked it out they said they think it could be this or that but my brakes was fine so I said I will have my mechanic to look at it he is a certified mechanic who works for Toyota. I told them that it wasnt making that noise before but when I seen those young guys I knew then they didnt really know. My mechanic wanted to look at it yesterday but I had to hit the road so when I get back I will get with him. This is the 1st time this happened to me at tire plus. I get all my tires from you guys, I had you guys put breaks and rotors on my range Rover only because at the time my mechanic was on vacation. They shouldve compensated me for driving all the way home and coming back and all my time spent up there but I think I wont be back anymore.

Dont go there. They told me my transmission was bad and my U joint was fine. Then they tried to buy my truck for $300. My transmission works great, U-joint was shot and dangerous and I got it fixed somewhere else for $100 before more damage was done to my truck.

I understand some people have bad experiences certain places, but I have nothing bad to say about this shop. They have always been completely honest with me, have done great work, and their customer service has been good. One time they told me I did not need my brake pads replaced, even though the Toyota dealership had told me that the brake pads were completely worn down and had to be replaced. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to take my cars to this Tires Plus.

Very Disappointed!!!! I had to take my vehicle for brake issues 3 times. The first visit on May 5, 2017 - I went there on a referral and they supposed repaired what the other shop told them to repair. I dont think they verified what was wrong. The second visit, on May 10, 2017, was because I knew my brakes were still not operating correctly, but they told me that everything looked fine. The last on June 6, 2017 was because my brakes were continuing to give me problems. They fixed the issue, but I ended up paying more than if they would have CHECKED what was wrong instead of taking another shops word (or even mine - I am not a mechanic). So unless you want to pay more and spend time going to them multiple times, I suggest you go to another shop. The manager offered me a store credit... YEAH like I want to go back and get ripped off some more.

Worst service ever

I always brought my cars to this Tires Plus since moving to Smyrna 9 years ago, and Ed and Jimentri were always kind and respectful towards me.However, after the unapologetically rude behavior I experienced here with their manager Joshua today, I will not be going back here.My van stopped working so I had it towed to Tires Plus. Before I had it towed I called Tires Plus to make sure they can take a look at it and to get a quote on how much they will charge to diagnose the issue. On the phone I was told it’ll be just $10 for diagnosis. When I got the car towed in, the manager Joshua said he will charge $100 for a diagnosis because “the people working here went to college and got certifications so they can charge $100 to give their professional opinion.” Then I asked him to see if he can start my car to see if it starts, and he asked me if I think he has some special capabilities that will make my car start.I wouldn’t be upset if he was nice about it, I would even pay the $100 for diagnosis, but he was being very disrespectful. Very disappointed with their service. He said he can’t help me and now I am sitting in their car park, getting my insurance to help tow the car somewhere else where I’ll be treated with respect.

Why on earth are you going to a tire store for A/C repair? Half the complaints come from people who obviously know little about cars. You take your car to a mechanic who is certified for that type of vehicle, not Tires Plus. Tires Plus changes tires, anything else and you are risking your diagnosis or repair. Buy tires elsewhere, have it shipped to them, let them put the tires on. They work good at what they are supposed to do, not much else.This is not a speed shop. These guys are trained to do certain things well and whatever else you need fixed, pay the extra to get it done right elsewhere.

Not good service. They broke the oil pan bolt on one of my cars, they replaced it after thinking another shop had broken it. Just today, came there with a wheel from my other car which had a screw lodged in it. Thinking that this would be an quick/easy 10 minute fix I had to wait in line along with other CARS just to get my tire plugged. I didnt get the service done. Such a waste of my valuable time!!

Been there...will not go back. They forgot to replace my oil stick and I lost most of the oil in my car. Oil was everywhere. When I called them on it....I was told that I must have left it when I took my car someplace else to have my oil changed since they would never forget to replace the stick. Well, well, I received a call back from them about 10 minutes later saying my oil stick was there. Apparently the manager knew exactly where it was all along and never called to ask me to bring the car back to replace it. When I returned on my own to get my oil stick, I told them to replace the oil I lost. I made sure I checked behind them when I got my car back.

I was trying to find a new battery for my car and had called 7 places to see if they carried one that would work with my car. 6 places said no and hung up. One said they could get one for me that day and then told me it would be almost $300. I finally called these guys and spoke to Steve who said they didnt have the battery but asked me to hold on while he located one for me - that wasnt twice the price because I am a female. He told me where to go pick it up and then they installed it for me for $15. Everyone who worked there couldnt have been more courteous or decent. Ill definitely be going back in the future!

Service was horrible technician gave bad diagnosis on my vehicle. Service manager told me my tire was unrepairable and tried to force me into buying 4 new tires, they refused to put air in my spare tire so I could leave shop. I went to Goodyear and they repaired tire that tires plus said was unrepairable. Company is complete rip off will never attempt to go in another tires plus.

Unfortunately things at tires plus have changed since the management changed. Not helpful with loyalty discounts, and less helpful with advice for problems they cant solve. Not really the family-run place it used to be. Simple thing like an oil change and fluid replacement had me come back again because they forgot to replace fluids, dont waste your time

A complete waste of time. Apparently there is no difference between an appointment at 10:30 a.m. or at 11:30 a.m. I tried to bring my car in and they were always too busy that I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled an appointment for a simple tire rotation at 10:30 in the morning I had my two kids with me in the waiting room. We sat there for an hour. At 11:30 I finally went up to the desk and asked how long does it take to rotate some tires? He said oh I was just going to get you, we actually could not rotate your tires today because the tread is too low.So you waited an hour to tell me that you could not complete what I had a scheduled appointment for? would not that be the first thing you looked at at 10:30?

I unfortunately broke down right at their doorsreps, but they were super helpful and HONEST! They were not able to fix my vehicle...engine problem...but allowed me to leave the car secure until I figured out where I wanted to take it. And barely charged me anything for diagnosing what was the issue.

Absolutely great service and clear lines of communication. Will absolutely come back for future service, their customer service was excellent.

Today would be the 6th time I have called for myself, employees, or my patients to have this Tires Plus fix a flat tire. 6 times I have been told that they are too busy to help. Since this business is 0.7 miles from my office, I have tried to give business to them. Obviously they dont need my business. I actually went there myself with a flat and they refused to help me or give me air. So, I drove to Sears and they fixed everything with a smile. So, I refer to Sears Automotive at Cumberland Mall. They aim to please and are willing to help. This has become where my employees and myself get new tires as well.
