The BEST! I’ve been here a couple times before and had a great experience and yet again I wasn’t disappointed. I was supposed to come Monday to have my trunk latch looked at because it was stuck in the open position and my trunk wouldn’t close. I got off work early today and went by to see if they had time to look at it, they were able to fix it and show me how they did it in case it happened again. They are great to their customers and always so friendly!

No one ever answers the phone or returns messages.But the work was done well.

When I called to get a general quote on my daughter 2016 honda civic for repair, I was very impressed with how the call went, I then drove my car straight there, where I was greeted with a warm welcome, and immediately the guy looked at my vehicle and said we can fix it, pull it up, they began to work on my vehicle, and I can truly say they did an amazing job, very very friendly, well organized, and very family oriented, I will be back for more service in the future. These people went the extra mile when they repaired my 2007 Ford Escape SUV, it needed major work; a huge chunk of its frame essentially rusted away. They were very helpful on the phone, taking their personal time to look up my car and get my work order set up. They were communicative about cost and time frame, and really helped me out with the cost when they didnt have to, as this was a major repair and I paid out of pocket. Walker Smith got us in immediately and took great care of my daughters car after an accident so she could get back to college. She was safe, along with the car looking great again. A year later they got me right in and took COMPLETE care of my car...from getting a new tire in a day, rotating my tires, checking everything over for my safety- understanding- and comfort, to an alignment and getting all the bells and whistles off my dash! There is nobody else I would recommend or trust.

A bird decided to build a nest inside the grill of our SUV and we couldnt reach it on our own. Other body shops were going to charge us $100 to remove the grill and the nest, but these folks did it for free. Honest and kind people. We just accidentally found our new local body shop.

Walker smith body shop is the real deal, they took great care of my car. They worked with me as I had to pay out of pocket after a car accident. They picked up my car from tow yard and started the work when I was able to work enough to come up with the payment. They didnt rush me and I didnt rush them. They did a great job and the car runs great. I am so thankful that they were referred to me to by the guy that works for tow yard. You Walker Smith have a customer for life I will for sure send my family and friends to you guys. Once again thanks a bunch!!!

It was a pleasure working with the Walker Smith Body Shop. I came to them for an insurance claim after talking with several other body shops. They provided me advice for some other repairs I wanted to do. They recommended that I purchase and helped me specify used parts for the non-insurance work. They inspected the items on arrival. One part arrived damaged. Ron helped me resolve the issue with the supplier.Service, even with the issue was rapid. I was interested in the process, and the entire staff was patient and explained various aspects of their business to me.I heartily endorse this business and the people who work here. The advice, service, and work done was of the highest quality.

Cant say enough good things about them. They did a wonderful job on my vzn after someone rear ended it in a parking lot. They worked with my insurance and got the job done right.

We have used them before numerous times, always with great results. A couple of years ago, they replaced our entire left side of the car after being side swiped by a semi truck on the interstate. They worked us in very quick because the driver door was almost inaccessible. They did a great job. And then just recently we were hit in a parking lot and we stopped by just to see if they could do a minor fix on the front bumper. The guy grabbed his bag of tools and came to the car and fixed it immediately. We offered to pay but they refused to accept anything. Id definitely recommend them for any type of body work you need on your vehicle.

I was promptly attended to by one of the female staff members on getting to the premises. She inquired what my problem was, asked if l was Insurance referred or self pay? She then promised that one of the guys will come and assess the problem with my car as soon as possible. In less than 5minutes Shannon came to take a look and he was so helpful; answered all my questions and offered solutions to my car body work issues. I was referred to them by Snellville Garage to help with a hood latch that wouldnt work properly. I called Stephanie at Walker Smith about 9am this morning and she said to come on over. I went right over and they immediately looked at the hood latch. Lee knew what he was doing and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Thanks a lot yall!

This is the best body shop Ive ever been too! The owner is the sweetest man and does awesome honest work!! I hit a RED shopping cart thing in a parking lot and paint was transferred to my WHITE Tahoe. He fixed it in 5 minutes and it looks brand new!! Definitely a place you can trust!! I will definitely be coming here for all my future body shop needs!!

This was my first time going to any body shop and Walker Smith was awesome!! I hit my car on my garage and the paint transferred to my car. They made me feel at ease about the problem and fixed it right away at no charge! I offered many times to leave a tip, but they were super sweet and declined. Recommend them all the way.

My dad put a dent in my car after having it for only a few weeks. We took it here to get the dent repaired and we were completely satisfied with the work. The staff is very friendly and polite and love the family vibe here. They got my Jetta looking new again. You wont be disappointed.

I know I should have rated them earlier.... A deer leaped in front of my Lexus on NYE day ... this body shop was referred to me by State Farm and my good friend Shawn with Enterprise Corp.. she said theyre really good and trustworthy . She was right! They put on a new front bumper/ facia and passenger side turning lamp .. new paint ! It looks like new ! They had my car back on Friday after I dropped it off Monday. They did an amazing job on my 2013 Mustang GT had a ugly scratch on the passenger door match the paint perfectly, had some hood decals put on front end alignment, suspension work . This is the place that I know that does everything great job..

I am simply overjoyed with Walker Smith body shop and the help they put into fixing my Excursion! We had a large tree limb fall on our vehicle back in September of 2017. We took it to a closer body shop to our house (not really knowing anything about where to go). After much sloppy work and not ever completely fixing the problems (it continued to leak months after they were done fixing it), I was referred to Walker Smith by our wonderful tire guys at Finish Line (who I would also highly recommend!). Shannon listened to all that had gone on and said hed call State Farm for us about reopening our claim. They agreed that things needed to be corrected and fixed properly and approved all repairs. Shannon and his team did a great job and took excellent care to make sure things were corrected and fixed in the proper way! We will definitely be using them again if we ever need more body work done to any of our vehicles!

AS a shop owner, I like to see what others are doing. I had the opportunity to visit with Lee and Shannon. These guys were extremely friendly and very informational. They have great systems and processes to make sure that every customer is taken care of as quickly as possible and with quality! If you are in Loganville, Snellville, Grayson, or other surrounding areas, this is YOUR Shop!

Expect service and fast work. The only drawback is that people know how good they are so call ahead to see how many cars are already being fixed.
