Whoever that was that was working at 12 pm on Sat Oct 2, really didnt want to be there. What an attitude. And if u need correct change, maybe put a sign on the front door. Sallys has been so hit and miss. Last experience was great. This one makes me not want to come back
Just stopped in to buy one thing. As I enter the clerk at the front is looking me over to see what I have in my hands. She instantly moves to the front aisle to begin straightening things that do not need to be straightened. The other clerk moves behind me and asks me if I am looking for anything in particular. I tell her I am at the section I need to be. So, she continues to stand there looking at me shop. I just politely leave as I dont like being treated like a criminals. This will be my last time here. Ordering online from a different company is in my future. Sallys has gone downhill.
Selena... truly an employee Sally Beauty should appreciate and recognize. She has such a customer-oriented, friendly demeanor. I went to this location this morning for hair color. She answered all of my questions and picked the supplies I needed to accomplish my goal. These days a smiling face (even while wearing a face mask) and warm personality is often rare. It was really nice to be welcomed into a business and given the type of customer service Selena provided.
I have been going to Sally for a long time. Most of the time it was African American employees that knew nothing about Caucasian hair care. And I have seen Caucasian employees that knew nothing about African American hair care. Well.... enter Kleche. From the moment I walked in she was super friendly. Small chit chat. But the more I talked about my concern, the more I realized this lady knows her stuff in coloring and covering grey hair. Truly a fantastic experience and she deserves to be recognized for her customer service. Never felt like a black white thing. Just one woman to another! Awesome job Kleche
Sophia has provided great customer service each visit. Management is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggestions for my hair care needs.

Last few times I’ve gone to this store, Shakreeta assisted me and was super kind and patient. Her customer service skills are awesome and I noticed her wonderful assistance helping others as well. I’m shocked because you rarely find customer service oriented people these days. Thanks for the great experience.
Just stopped by this location before closing time and their doors were already locked. If youre going to close at whatever time you feel like it, change the time on the door. I pulled on the door three times and no one came to the door.
This sally’s is misleading. Says on the door that they open at 10, when online it says there open at 9. Fix the times online cause people don’t want to come out in corna times. ridiculous. Won’t bother coming here again.
I do my own hair dying at home & found everything I needed with the help of the knowledgeable staff. My hair turned out Great & No gray!
Looked around for almost 20mins and no one asked if I needed help when they clearly saw me, this is the third time coming here and this has happened to me. I had to go to a clerk twice to ask a question about a product and she basically just told me what it was for, without any further help or suggestions. Poor customer service.
I love shopping at Sally Beauty the prices are reasonable and the products are great. However, I have had more than one problem at this location. The customer service is terrible, the employee was using talk to text on her phone while checking me out, I came in AN HOUR before close and she told me I better hurry and get out. The next time I came in she was still very rude and using talk to text on her phone. I contacted Sallys customer service, as did a friend of mine, but since they do not seem to care about how we were treated I am writing the review. There are other locations that have great customer service. But the lack of care from customer service makes me not want to shop at any of the stores again.
There is a hand written sign on the door that says on break. Staff came to the door and said she will not be open for another 30 min! Very ghetto! Will not support this location anymore!
They really treat you like a friend instead of an annoying customer. Although, they never have the one color I need manic panic cotton candy its just never in stock.
