The Customer Service representatives and Cashiers were absolutely courteous and friendly. The place was beyond clean. I felt like my patronage was acknowledged and appreciated.

Had the best time here! Soooo although we pride ourselves on home decor, Ive never shopped here.... No reason, just not in my direct route. Went looking for a lampshade, but came out with decorative pillows, chantille throws, wall decor..... Oh and forgot to get the lampshade! 😂😂😂 Will be back...

The person at the checkout was a wonderful older lady who seemed to be needing help as the price tag on my item was missing. 4 staff members walked past her and dismissed her and one of them kind of yelled at her and made it seem like the older lady was dumb. I like the items here but the staff needs to be more helpful to each other at least.

A lot of nice options. Went here for bedsheets. A little pricey on some items.

Some departments were well kept. Others were in disarray. The Christmas half price counter was combined with Valentine’s and other items. This made purchasing confusing.

The wife finally found those $1000.00 egg swings she has been searching for. We paid $299.00 a peice, bought 2. This HomeGood had a lot of unique items. Just try not to sit on the furniture because it may not be full assembled.

Worst home good, it’s like all home goods have similar but little different merchandise. It’s the service and the environment one shops for. Please skip this location, rude employees especially the keyhole one front desk/cashier. I would give recommend tucker, Decatur and buckhead best selection and sweet service…

I must say it was my first time in home goods. I was amazed with all the products they have. I will definitely be shopping there more often . The staff is friendly I recommend everyone to go check them out .

I absolutely love Homegoods but the stores get different merchandise at different times so what you see on influencers pages may not be available in your store. The furniture maybe broken. Check it thoroughly because Homegoods will only offer 10% off which is really disrespectful.

This was my second visit to the store and I loved it every thing down to the furniture was very affordable. The staff was very helpful the workers greeted us at the door...I will definitely be returning ..

This was my first time in HomeGoods. I thought the store would be more organized but overall I liked what the store had to offer.

Love this place can find some really good buys...my only issue is that the isles needs to be a little wider. They have the one way signs on the floor which is ok but when it is crowdes it is hard to move around esp if people are nkt paying attention.

Homegoods is one of my favorite stores, but yesterdays experience at the Tucker Location on Lawrenceville hwy was not pleasant! I got to the register and realize one of my items were cracked on the bottom, and the supervisor only wanted to give me $0.99 off! Which was not even 10%! Ridiculous! The company missed that sale because I politely told them that they could keep that item!

This locations lack of customer service is truly a problem...After spending close to $1000 here on Saturday, I get home to find that one of the chairs legs I purchased was broken. I came back in the next day to hopefully exchange it but they didnt have another. After getting the run around and waisting time coming back to the store twice I asked if they could fix it or discount it. After much aggravation, Tara did take $9 off which was the right thing to do.

Poor customer service. Long lines with only 2 cashiers working while others are standing around. Manager walks up, looks around and walks back out. Duh!!

The store was clean and organized. They had directional arrows for all rows (however, not all customers followed them). The reason for the low rating was for the level of customer service. It took less than 5 minutes to select the two items we went to get. It took 30 minutes for us to get through the long line to check out because they only had 2 registers open for 25 mins, then a 3rd was opened. There appeared to be plenty of employees available so I dont know why it took so long for another register to open.

Lines are so so soooo long here but the value you get for what you buy is definitely worth the wait. Unique food items, contemporary decor and furniture and cheap household goods.

This place is packed full of knick knacks. Quite an enjoyable experience. The cashier seemed to be in autopilot and did not care. It is rediculous that at every turn they are asking for donations.

I love this place its my favorite place to shop because the price are amazing and the selection are great. I always get what I want especially the glass vase are my favorite ones. I loved it. Also the employees who works at Snellville location like Kristi and Alyssa are my favorite ones because they are so kind and sweet and so nice. They always have the smile on their face and always willing to help you whatever you need at anytime. Great customer service and keep up the good work.

Typically I have good experiences at home goods however the last time I went into the store I I picked out a very pretty photo that was framed amongst several other items. took them to the cash register and the cashier rung everything up when she got to the photo the manager walked by and told her that we couldnt sell the item for what the sticker is priced and added $10 to the ticket. because I was already set on buying it I agreed to pay the 10 additional dollars but looking back I wish I would have said something I feel like it was definitely false advertising and I should have gotten some of my money back very disappointed in the manager I dont remember her name but she was blond and thin. If I ever get the chance I would definitely love to speak to someone about this matter.

Nice size store with a large selection of small goods, though furniture was not plentiful. They did have some items on clearance. Some items were priced as I would expect, but other things were a little pricey.

The store and staff was great BUT my husband used the mens restroom and apparently someone couldnt make the stall and had a bowel movement in the urinal. Make staff members should check the restrooms more often because the smell was outside the restroom.Overall for a late afternoon the store was nice, cool and of course great products.

Home goods has some great items and decent prices, clean, and staff is always polite and helpful. The store is usually cluttered however and all the smaller items are usually stacked on top of each other.

Great place plenty of stuff for your house at a price that wont break the bank.

This store has such a wide variety of unique items, that I could stay in here forever! My husband still talks about the large tiger statue he wishes we would have bought at the time!

HomeGoods on Hwy 124 in Snellville is the worse store I have shopped in. Customer service is horrible, the store is always a dump and the employees/cashiers are rude and lazy. You are better off driving out of your way to visit another HomeGoods. You will deal with better employees, have a cleaner store and better inventory.

Hardly any seasonal in stock and their main aisle directional arrows were confusing and made me want to go to another store

Not impressed! As big as this store is youd think they would have a better inventory. Just looks rundown, but believe theyre going out of business.
