Lazy customer service. I didn’t even ask for anything to be looked for in the back or lifted, just a simple look something up in the simple in the system. Ended up going to Mall of Georgia to make my purchase.

Its a standard Bed, Bath, & Beyond. You can tell that their fortunes have fallen from earlier in the decade but have improved from the worst part of the pandemic. The stores have started to lose that fire-sale quality

I didnt like how the manager spoke to the young cashier, she was the only cashier checking people out with at least 6 other in the line beyond me...meanwhile the manager was standing up front folding towels...all the young cashier ask her is where she could get more papers to wrap the breakable that I was purchasing....rather then help her out she act like she was being interrupted to answer a quick question...Thank God another cashier was approaching as I was leaving 😉..manager name Tammy dont say you heard it from me 😉 I know she have a hard job but the matter in how you speak to others say a lot about your character..ijs....rt.....

My favorite store, but the customer service is not what it used to be. I was treated very rudely because I had to get a refund for something I ordered in the store which ended up being out of stock! The morale of the store has gone down tremendously over the years! Do better management!

I had to find my own pickup order, nothing is in order at this location.

When In there to find out, what happened to one of my comforter bed set. The sale rep was really nice and tried to help me, but she called on her manager cuz she couldnt get the tracking # in the system. Rude manager comes over starts to bark at me, telling me what to do before even knowing whats going on. So I tell her I dont care about that item anymore just give me a refund and Ill just get something from your store, as i walk away i told them have my refund info ready while i get another bed set. After I finished my purchase, I asked for the info, rude manager says you walked away, hold on let me pull back up ur info again, so I had to wait other 10 mins while the sale rep pulled it up and rude manager was no where insight, wanted to get her name.. Love shopping here but this rude manager made my experience not so good... Sad

Visited Snellville and had to end up in Stonecrest. I was looking for hookless shower curtains. I checked on line and it said some were in Snellville however, when I got there they could not find any in the store. Should have gone to Stonecrest first. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I shop here all the time and wouldnt go to any other bed bath and beyond store. Its close to where I live and I always get great service even when items arent as expected.

Didnt have a lot of selections. Shelves were bare. Couldnt find all that I wanted but the little bit of Clarence stuff was a treat.

Hey guys,I visited the store in December. I thought I could find a good deal on large plastic containers to brine meat or proof bread, but Bed Bath and Beyond didnt have any. I was disappointed that no one offered to help me. I was there for fifteen minutes looking and no one approached me. Also, Bed Bath and Beyonds price on merchandise is too expensive for me. I like great deals. I havent had a Im buying it moment at the store.

First time visiting this place and I like it, just that when I went in, they were out of quite a bit of stuff. Nice place to get bathroom essentials or anything else for the house.

They dont always have items in stock, but are more than happy to order for the customer. I do love the fact that their coupons never expire when used in store - definitely a plus!

I went to this location today and asked the manager Jacqueline to look up an item in a different store and she refused to help us saying that you can call the store yourself. Luckily Rajini at the front was kind enough to help us call the another location to reserve the 3 items. Rajini provided excellent customer service and is a valuable member of your team.

The lady at the cash register was so helpful.

I was able to buy exactly what I wanted. I was given great service. I was in and out in no time.

I was only able to find one, sati, white pillowcase and a very nice salesperson assisted me with ordering a second one. We did it in the store to make sure I ordered the correct one and I received it at home in two days. Great experience!

Large selection of kitchen tools yet can be hit or miss finding products that are advertised as in stock.Prices are only good if you have their coupons.The overwhelming smell of scented candles, potpourri etc.force me to limit my time in the store.They seem to consistently hire & train well, as the employees are always helpful.

We found everything we needed that was on the wedding registry. The store was all clean and neatly organized. The employee that checked us out was very friendly and helpful as to were to go and wrap the presents for free. I was impressed with the wrapping section and glad it was there that was one less expense we had.

This store has employees that are very helpful with whatever you need. Ive never had any trouble finding help in the store. And they were very helpful with my returns. Always get me in and out with what I need. Always a pleasure shopping here.

They always have top quality products, 20% off coupons, plus their price-matching promise makes it a great deal! Youll get the same item found at Walmart or Amazon for the best price, but you dont have to worry about the possibility of shoddy quality. They also carry specialty home items that you can find almost nowhere. If its not in stock, theyll have it shipped to your house for free when you order it in-store.

Nice store and staff. I found some great things on clearance. I think a lot of stuff is over priced though. But that is just my frugal personality.

The stock within Bed, Bath & Beyond has yet to be replenished. It is obvious they are trying and everything else is going well.

Went there to look for bathroom items, store looked a little empty (products wise) but nothing out of ordinary. Clean, signs posted.

I went in to get a Chromecast found the display in the back of the store. But you only get a piece of paper to take to the front. Then it took them like 20 minutes and 3 people to locate it. I feel like they may need to work on their system. And maybe put the display closer to the front. It was on sale for $5 off, but Best Buy had the same listed price BBB was just a little closer. Also not BBBs fault and not included in my star rating, but the parking lot was a nightmare. On a Saturday with so many stores there were so many people and cars. You should definitely pull in by Bath and Body Works or the movie theater not down by Target.

I went into this store yesterday. I walked up to the customer service counter where I was the only customer and asked the 4 employees standing there what the price of some chairs were outside in front of the store. One of them said he was helping someone else and would help me after. Another mumbled..I don’t know..$29..$49. I kept standing there for several minutes, long enough for them to check out 2 more customers, being completely ignored. I finally asked if there was anybody that could get me a price on those chairs. Oneof them mumbled something under his breath and picked up a scanner and walked outside, told me $19.95 and turned around and went back inside. No offer to help me with the chairs. I left. Sad because they have lots off cool things and I would’ve bought 4 of those chairs. Hopefully this is not the norm.

Had to return something because it was missing parts. Although theyve changed their return policy a bit, its still not a hassle! And, the employees are always so polite and helpful!

This location is always clean and well organized. I enjoy shopping here!

Their prices have become more competitive. For kitchen, they have everything. They display bedding on full size beds. Cool Wi-Fi gadgets to candles and much more.Our store has become a tad messy recently. I compare it to last year, it was pristine always. Employees are wonderful

They had advertised Products that we wanted In stock and great prices.

I found exactly what I was looking for. Basically a shower head filter. The staff was very friendly and kind. The store smelled so lovely. It did not look chaotic at all.

Great deals in the clearance section and we found the kitchen gadget we needed to prepare Easter dinner.
