They have a huge selection of products and the prices on some items are fair. But some over priced. I wouldve given them 5 stars but they follow you around the store like you are gonna take stuff! Make your customers feel welcome in your store and theyll buy more. Just a thought.

I went to the store today, with the intention of purchasing the Saga Cleo wig for $209.00. The store only had the floor model and not a fresh one in a box. Therefore, I asked for a discount. The employee that was helping was lovely, patient, and helpful. She then went into the back room to ask her manager. He offered a 10% discount. I asked to speak to him, and he did not come out of the rear room to talk to me. I am a regular customer and go in the store at least once a month to purchase something. I find the staff friendly, but after this lack of acknowledgment from management, I will no longer be a customer. This establishment has lost a loyal, valuable customer because of a lack of respect for their patrons. All I asked was to speak to the manager, and I intended to give a compliment to the young lady who was helping me. It is unfortunate when a small business does not understand the importance of customer service and how much each customer adds to the health of the business long term. It is cheaper to keep a loyal and consistent customer than to earn a new one.

I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years.. the variety and styles of products is slowly improving. The workers on the floor are great, but the owners need to be more social, instead of talking and greeting customers they act like you’re not even there & hide on the back room watching the store cameras.. instead of talking to me with a question they had, they called the store to have one of the female workers ask me.

I have been having a bad day and I have been going to this store for years but my experience today was different for some reason! The receptionist Katie has a very pleasant smile and was very helpful! If anybody is in this area in need of anything for your beauty products I highly recommend going to this store especially if Katie is working!!! Thanks love you’re awesome!!! 😘😘😘😘

I usually come here when Im in town. I was greeted with a hello which usually catches my attention and determines my shopping experience anywhere I go. I knew today that it was going to be alright. I took my time and examined everything that I cared to. There was always someone around to help if I needed it. Thank you.

So thankful to have found this place! I went to So Good beauty supply just last week and was treated so disgustingly. Miss Katie and Ria were quite the opposite. They were so kind and friendly and offered to help me but didn’t follow me around the store. Miss Ria personally spent the last hour helping me look for hair and didn’t push anything expensive on me. I recently visited this business and I had my 4 yr old with me who had to use the restroom. The cashier called to the back to ask (I’m guessing who was the owner) if she could use it and they said no. I understand they don’t have a public restroom, but in an emergency situation I feel that exceptions can be made. I was going to purchase products however I decided to take my business elsewhere....i would advise others to do the same!

I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, nor while I was shopping around was I approach by anyone in the store until I got up to the counter than Ms. Katie asked, Did I find everything...? I replied, Sure. then Ms. Katie attempt to bribe me for a five star rating by offering a bar of African black soap as an incentive for a written five star review. They have good products but the service is absolutely horrible, the lady my fiance was asking for help from was extremely rude and very snappy. my fiance has never gone to get a wig before and just needed some help but they lady was talking to her like she was incompetent. We will never be going back again...

I wasn’t in the area doing a client’s hair and had to come get some things. First the girl the front counter didn’t know where ANYTHING was. I asked for a small needle and she told me all the bad was big needles. I’m sitting here LOOKING at the box. I said that’s a small needle right there. They told me they would give me a 10% discount for having my license but no one physically in the store knew how to do it. They had to call someone just for that person to tell them I had to fill out paperwork— even though I just showed them my cosmetology license and drivers license. I asked if I filled it out would they do it today and they said it takes TWO days. This is the ONLY beauty supply store I’ve ever been to that made me do all that. I let them know I won’t come back.
