I was awaken by my home security panels screaming off the walls. Needless to say I was somewhat startled. I immediately contacted J&J security and was greeted by Johnny Frame. I explained my situation and was asked to perform a system check. The check revealed that the battery level was low. Johnny without hesitation told me he was on the way, Within 30 minutes he arrived and troubleshot the system. The battery was replaced the system reset Johnny was very professional throughout the service call. I wont hesitate to call J&J security for future security needs.
