I gave them a one star because I cant put zero stars. This is the absolute worst company i have ever run across. Not only are their prices extreme but their services are down more then they are up. When you call they tell you that there is no issue and no one complained even though its the whole subdivision down. Then they argue with how long it was down and at the end of the day you are lucky if you get a credit of maybe $2.00. IF you have other options go with the other options.
A good welcome as soon as we walked in to the store. Seemed busy, but was quickly approached by staff. She was very helpful, I explained what I was there for and was hoping she could help. She pulled up the information, scanned the equipment I was returning and gave her condolences for the loss of my father. Then gave me a receipt for the returned equipment and I was out the door. Probably there a whole 10 min. at the most. Very happy to have done business with them.
When you go in ask for associate Shelly. She is the best! She had to fix our phone service, redo our cable service and fix our bill. She did so while also helping another customer on the phone and maintaining an amazingly high level of professionalism.
Good..but..I simply needed to drop off a modem and pick up a dvr...I waited 30 min...finally walked up...they said..sorry..heres what you need..sorry you had to wait

Timothy was awesome. But the front desk clerk literally threw my cable box and remote in boxes underneath the desk behind her. Comcast itself needs some better manners when it comes to how they treat long-time customers. But in this dispose-of-everything-after-a-year world, guess it is how things are done.
This location itself is pretty good. The staff were helpful in regards to returning equipment. My over all Xfinity experience is trash. I got the equipment for over 4 months with no service so I stopped paying for it after the first month and they charged me almost $300 even when the supervisor told me on the phone he don’t think I should be charged at all since it shows Zero service used. Regardless they sent it to collections and did not email or call me back to inform me of their decision. The Superviser was helpful on the phone but the billing department don’t care too much about anything other than taking my money. The people I talked to were extremely helpful but Xfinity still want my money for the internet service I never had.
All I wanted to do was return cable boxes and the greeter makes me wait 30 mins. When my name gets called the guy says just leave them right there. Smh

Had a 4:00 appointment. Was skeptical because it was quite busy. Not an issue, we were called at 3:58 and on our way by 4:02. I believe Christopher was our rep. He was nice and had us on our way.

I went to Comcast with plans on purchasing 2 new remotes due to my 2 year old throwing the other 2 in the trash. Little did I know they were not going to charge me for then. Thanks!!

Lousy service. Slow. Asked me to wait outside, because of compasity, understandable if not for the rainy day. Close to my location is only reason for its use. EVER. PREPARE MENTALLY before use.
I came to get a new phone and back up my old phone to tht new phone and Timothy helped me figure it out for 3 hours and he got everything working great even when it seemed impossible to hook all my stuff up from my old phone to my new one.
They were amazing. The process was quick and easy and the staff was really friendly.
Trash service internet has been down for 3 days and they wont give any time span when it will be fixed. Trying to call then and only a robot to speak heading to the store today.
Grace the xfinity rep in Snellville, did a awesome job with getting our numbers ported over from another mobile carrier and all files from the phones transfered. She navigated six different phones quickly. Multi tasked solved numerous issues and got us all set up. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It wasnt until we got to grace that we were able to get anything done. Customer support 800 number was a complete waste of time. And had we not had grace as a representative we were on their verge of leaving comcast xfinity altogether. She helped change our minds. If all of the reps were as smart and friendly and willing as she was xfinity would be the best. She is a winner and xfinity needs to be proud that they have someone of her caliber on the team. Kudos to grace

It took over 40 minutes just to be seen. I was told I had to wait outside for the next available associate and was never called. People were put in front of me when I did finally come back in the store. I was totally overlooked and ignored. I was told I had 3 TV boxes and was being charged for all three and I have only 2. I tried calling for an appointment to be seen again and never could get thru. Theres got to be a better way to get this done! This is not a very efficient place to get this done!!!.. Shame on you X Finity!
It took forever to get seen. There were only 4 people in the store and at least 10-12 employees and it took me almost an hour and a half to get out of there. All I was doing was exchanging a box and fixing my mobile phone which by the way still isnt fixed!
Ok customer service. Went there once to pickup my equipment. Waited 10 min at door and then another 10 sitting on the couch. When called felt like the person did not even want to be there. Also you cannot find the phone number to the store. I never got confirmation that my order is ready for pickup

Went with internet service they so highly advertise well service never was connected to my property, guaranty 30 days money guaranty refund is a scam didnt got my refund and its a month later, customer service are ppl in Thailand not speaking english and not giving a dam about customers-they lie lie and lie. Had an appointment to pick up equipment, was in the parking lot kept getting the text at my appointment was in 10 minutes five minutes etc. I get up walk to the door and they go oh no our Internet is down we don’t have any appointments today. And I ask why they couldn’t notify anyone that they didn’t have their appointment today. Their answer was we can’t communicate with Xfinity. The employees then we’re all standing outside drinking Red Bulls and chitchatting. I drove 30 minutes becauseThat was the nearest Xfinity store.
If you have unlimited money, enjoy resetting your connection every 45 minutes,no customer service, never having half of the connection or speed you pay for, and being talked down to while trying to correct all of the above, choose this service.They make the AT&T death Star appealing.2 months... have to restart connection everyday. Sometimes upto 6 or 7 times.Just to stream from one device.No help.No service.No minimal respect towards a customer.This is why big companies should be regulated and controlled. Dualopolies are a scourge to the customerReseting my connection for the 8th time...In 5 hours...10 times in 6 hours...Edit, so after a few months, I have narrowed down the throttle. About 350pm to 1030pm, xfinity shuts you down every 15 minutes. I am guessing to please premium payers vs normal cash cows
I went to this location today. I needed help with a mailing label to return my mom’s phone because the per mailing label did not come in her email. Let me tell you Asha M was outstanding. She got on the phone with customer service had them to resend the label. She went into my mom’s email box for me and print the label off that’s what I’m talking about customer service. Thank you so much 😊
I like this location and I go mid afternoon Tuesday through Thursday and never wait. They have been helpful and friendly on every visit

Written 26 December 2020:Great Service from A. B. @ Snellville 30078 store. Helped change-over from deceased family member to new account. BUT, Missed Telling Us 24 Month CONTRACT And EXORBITANT Fee If Not FOFILED. Big problem since my brother-in-law unsure of where he will be in March 2021.
RUDE worker. Husband needed a new phone, wanted to give him mine & buy me a new one. LAZY worker said cant do that. LIAR. When your employees have attitudes and are lazy liars, your company LOSES money.
Love the new setup for exchanges. In and out....love it. The people here are very nice and graceful.
We came in to get a step up kit for home internet and voice and we waited outside the store for a moment since they were reducing internal density. But we were let in after only a few minutes and then we were help by an efficient and friendly employee. We got what we needed and were set up quickly, something that is paramount in this day and age.

I went to this location to switch my numbers on a phone that I am returning for a refund. Once I got home I noticed that my old phone had a new number activated on it and they kept my old SIM card. When I went back up there to get they told me that they couldnt fine my old SIM card and I had to call technical support to get it reactivated. As of today I have been without my phone because I had to order another SIM card which will arrive in 3 days or more.Now thats crazy...…..
I came here last week to pick up some equipment. The girl at the front with glasses and reddish brown hair seemed like she hates people in general. On top of that the girl who gave me my equipment didn’t add internet to my account but gave me the router. I had to spend an hour on the phone just to get everything set up
Unfriendly greeting upon entering from the girl at the front desk.My order was not completed as promised and did not find out until several days later when my equipment never arrived.
The sales rep that help me was wonderful. He help me lower my bill and gave me better equipment for my services. He told me what I needed to do to get better services. Because I had just lost My Beloved only 3weeks prior to my visit. He was sensitive to a very difficult process and time, he did so without making me cry or or dwelling on the matter, but played close attention as to what would be best for my household. Thank You

I work from home so opted to go to Snellville an hour away. Once I get to Snellville they tell me the modem is out of stock and MAY come in on the 3:30 truck to come back then. Unbelievable!

They will tell you something then contradict themselves. This store doesnt have many phones on hand they only have $999 or above phones. They have payment pad to swipe a debit card but they insist on punching the numbers in manually. When they couldnt take my payment to order a new cellphone I had to call corporate and order it and pay for it.i would rather deal with the rude people from the apple store then deal with them again.

Customer service has greatly improved! I changed my package over the phone and was able to pick up equipment at the store the same day. I was quickly greeted and in and out in 15 minutes (I came at a good time). Awesome job guys!
The sales reps are pretty cool. They’re chill and friendly and they do try their best to give you the best available deals. HOWEVER, this 3 star is because of the front desk ladies. They need an attitude check and quick because best believe if my apartment complex wasn’t Xfinity only I surely would have walked out of the Store. The girls rushed me with my questions, didn’t allow me to finish asking what I needed to AND when I asked about another location having certain equipment the lady looked at me and said “ it’s just 25mins down the road you can go there if you really want the equipment “ I was like excuse me ???? ..... yeaaa those girls need to be retrained or something when the stores open back up. But I don’t have much of a choice but to go to this store because it’s the only one in my area. so the best thing I can advise future guests is, when going to this store just say Hi ( Good morning good afternoon good evening ) to the front desk ladies and keep it moving ! go straight to the back to sales reps and don’t let those girls ruin the Xfinity experience.
Had a great experience here was way better then my experiences I had in cable locations In New York and Virginia after a short wait I was greeted and taken care of quite fast the sales woman was great and even walked me to the door on my way out even though she was pregnant. The professionalism was unmatched thank you for a great experience
I visited Snellville store on 7-24-2020 about my service; unable to DVR. I was told all boxes needed to be changed/upgraded. Took the new boxes home and nothing worked after install. I eventually went to another Xfinity store, returned boxes was given good instructions and additional equipment and now service is fine. The service at the Snellville store is horrible. People there are rude and apparently dont know the service options well at all!
Was getting charged for Netflix and didnt ask for it.

Nice and quiet atmosphere, employees are very friendly and glad to help. But the wait can be very extensive. My advice would be to call ahead of time and set an appointment, then your visit should run pretty smooth.

Officially the worst cable company I’ve ever had. I was told that the security deposit I made to start my account would cover the first months payment that was a lie. On top of that y’all make sure I cannot get ahold of a agent to resolve this issue. I asked for customer service and the robot says that y’all want us to resolve our issues on our own and I get sent a link to a robot assistant to resolve my issue when they can’t. I NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NOT A ROBOT. This is upsetting because I gotta pay what I was told I wouldn’t have to pay by YOUR representative.

Horrible! Overpriced and terrible customer service. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get a person on the phone. The chances are they wont be able to fix the problem. Itll take days or even weeks to get resolved. Ive been trying to simply get a cable buried for 2 months. It was cut once because instead of burying it they just covered with leaves. Ive had a new cable going across my driveway since. Now the new one is damaged. Big surprise. Ive made multiple calls all taking up a ton of my time and nothing has been accomplished. I wish I could give no stars as a review. Comcast is a perfect example of a large company uninterested in providing any kind of quality service or fulfilling their obligations. Im canceling my account. Save your time and money. AVOID COMCAST!

The store on Ponce De Leon (Atlanta, GA) entire staff is so rude. I couldnt believe not just 1, but everybody on staff was unprofessional. They were standing around talking loud, telling jokes....apparently the best time to take a breaks. I couldnt believe nobody was willing to assist me with knowledgeable information. I had to call customer service in my cell in order to help assist the staff with correct information. The rep on the line was hearing everything they were telling me thats false information maam. Requested to speak to the manager, and he was cocky and rude regarding the complaint. So I left because the literally refuse to serve me. I had my daughter with me and I felt like I had to protect her, due to the aggressive nature of the staff.I went to the store on Scenic Highway and the entire staff was professional from the time we came in til we left. Even though it was far out of my way I will still go there to handle all of my needs for Comcast.After all of this experience I went through I still love Comcast products and services.Thank you,Loyal Customer
