Great place with great prices! Very clean and organized. Only issue is the staff always seems short and I feel bad for the singular worker doing so many tasks at once.

I will never shop here again I got 230.00 worth stuff from her I got car charger remind u I was out side store trying see if car chage lr work on my phone it didnt I try take it back in and man tells me I cant return item like why yall dont tell people that before they buy the item wow smdh

This place does everything the you want from a family dollar. Its nice and clean, if a little cramped. Prices are good.

The manager Stephanie needs to be FIREDThis lady is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met in retail customer service. This family dollar is in the area so it’s convenient and EVERYTIME I come in here she’s so RUDE. I’ve seen her disrespect elders and myself. Today she threw a receipt at me and told me this is her store she can do whatever she likes. Family dollar fire her. There are tons of people who would be grateful for a job here.

Crowded, disorganized and the clerks are so completely wrapped up in themselves they are hardly even aware of your presence. How does one go through the checkout line, purchase your items and exit the store without even being spoken to in the process? These folks are talented like that. Sigh.

They were out of basically all of the essentials but the employees were so awesome that they have literally carried the store to 3 stars. Whether thats good or bad, Idk but thats what it is.

The Store is cluttered hard to move between the isles, the customer service was great. The prices are great. Ample parking spaces and they have late hours!

The black female cashier with the glasses and dreads clearly does not know how to handle a busy line the proper way. Leaving the other cashier to pick up her slack and he kept things in control. Her attitude was very careless. Throughout the whole checkout process. Now I see why this store isnt getting any volume.

The setup of the store was confusing, when you walk in you have go around all these different products sitting in the way. But the worse was the cashier, she was on her phone and took her time to step back to the register. She did not speak or apologize for letting me stand there. She appeared to be very dis-interested in the customer, nasty attitude. I will not spend my money in there again.

Manager with the glasses is beyond miserable, if you dont like your job then quit there is someone who would love to take your position and show you how to give exceptional customer service. She always is mad, with the ugliest look in her face literally EVERYDAY. SMH

THE MANAGER WITH DREADS AND GLASSES IS THE WORST! At first I thought maybe she was having a rough day but I’ve been coming here for a while and she clearly hates her job. She seems miserable and disinterested, condescending, rude and takes here precious time.This woman has a dark cloud over her head and it rubs customers the wrong way. As a corporation something has to be done. It’s always so depressing when she’s there. Help this woman please.Family dollar are you not treating you employees right?Get someone who at least can pretend to be happy!

Tiny bit expensive but great service and selection

Employees are very nice and its easy to find what youre looking for.

It was at Family Dollar..they had nothing I went there for.

Its a little small hardly, barely any walk space to get to the register. The guy was nice and I love the customer service

They dont accommodate for handicapped people. They had boxes, displays and shopping carts filled with products blocking several aisles. Cant remember how many we had to move out the way to get the wheelchair through. When we finally got back to the front of the store, I informed one of the cashiers but she didnt seem interested in my complaint.

One of the older employees is always on her phone (Instagram/FB). She doesnt even bother to hide it. But the young man, by the name of Isaac ( I think) Is Always courteous, helpful, and has a pleasant attitude.

This store has everything looking for clean fully stock shelf.

The guy behind the register kept sneezing and touching stuff. Very unsanitary!

Family Dollar wow i spent $61.27 why is it so over priced and its a Dollar store little thing cost over 2 bucks like tge edge control little container cost 6.00 and said well damn i could of just went to Wal-Mart n got it for 3

The manager at this location can be rude shes incapable of holding her disrespectful comments towards a customer to her self I overheard a comment made due to customer being incapable to give an extra dollar for sales so she can obtain her bonus and when the poor girl said she couldnt she stated it looks like you cant. Just rude. Uneccassary.
