This store is progressively getting worse. How can you make sales when the store constantly looks a reck..Crafting section is lacking organization tremendously.

Sad that everything I wanted was not on the shelf. Was looking for shelves that hang onthe door and other things. I guess the covid situation and no drivers for trucks an DC things stuck at the docks are holding up delivers. So I am not gonna put it total blame on businesses.

Louise in the Garden center was EXCEPTIONAL. I asked about a flower and she have a complete 101 intro in getting a better start with planting this upcoming spring. She was very knowledgeable. She picked my spirits up today.

Walmart experience is worth it. The new relocation of every item makes shopping an easy thing. Just look up at each aile sign to find the location of your item . Happy shopping

The parking section was horrific. The garden center is the best between the supercenter in lawrencville Duluth and lilburn. I found a few exotic plants. I also unfortunately found cactuses that had flowers crazy glued to them :( overall great experienceBathroom was very clean. Staff was helpful.

Was followed by obvious employees who apparently thought that I was stealing and had no reason to believe so. The pharmacy workers were the only bright side to this horrible store. Their cashiers were very courteous and polite vs their cashiers who just couldnt wait to get off n go home...

Very pleasant! The place was very clean and was Covid-19 ready. At the checkout, I dealt with two cashiers and both were very courteous and showed appreciation for my contribution to this particular Walmart.

Although they were still out of the Magic Vacuum Bags (2nd visit in 2 wks), I was able to get in & out quickly with products, by parking near the Garden section.

They are CONSISTENT with being disgusting, which makes for a terrible shopping experience! (If there is something good that comes from this review, it is the word CONSISTENT)! This store NEVER EVER has enough carts…consistent. This past Monday I literally had to go back outside and look for one or beg another customer to grab their cart. How are you out of carts early in the morning??? I was not able to find one outside, went back inside Walmart and waited. By this time I along with other customers waited for someone to round up carts, a Walmart EE brought three from outside and it still was not enough for everyone! Now I’m at the point of shopping but guess what. They were out of most items on my list (which is very consistent with this Walmart and was always an issue before the pandemic, staffing shortage and supply chain problems). Finally, I’m at the register paying for my few items after waiting in the long line (Consistent). Why am I waiting in a long line in the morning? As I headed out of the store, I had to show my receipt to the same Walmart EE, who stood on the side watching me look for a cart when I first walked in the store. (Is it possible to have the receipt checker dispatch someone when they are low on carts . . . the death of common sense and customer experience). These terrible Store Managers have the audacity because they know there are not enough carts, and what they do have, are raggedy, bent and broken; they do not have enough staff to maintain the store; the bathrooms are disgusting; the employees are rude; the lines are always long BUT they will consistently and literally have someone check receipts when leaving the store. Additionally, I’m recognizing a trend with the Walmart stores that are normally visited or frequented by people of color with a high traffic rate, they do things like put up entrance gates, have employees check receipt, etc. I’m assuming it’s theft issues but not every person of color shopping at their stores are stealing, which sends an interesting message. I’m NOT saying they are discriminating but there are some questionable, visible practices that’s alarming. With that, congrats to Walmart for being CONSISTENT! And don’t forget…once upon a time there was a K-Mart.

They could do better with some of their cashiers attitudes. I mean i understand they deal with a lot of personality that comes in and out there on the regular but some of them need to pump they breaks and learn how to be patient

The food at this location was just OK. The steak at the Buckhead location was phenomenal which is what I compared the food at this Marietta Street location to. The waiter was great! Very personable ! We had a party of 3 and we had steak salmon lobster and shrimp. The portions were very small. The cheesecake and tea was very good!

Dropped by early morning and was able to get in and get out. Shelves were neatly stocked (music to my OCD ears), not too many people, and the staff was polite. Thanks guys, you are appreciated!

This is such a nice Walmart, clean, always a genuine friendly greeter that makes eye contact and says hello. Shelves are always stocked, produce is fresh and neatly stocked and is pleasing to the eye. Cashiers are friendly and helpful and will gladly converse with you. Its a pleasure shopping here.

Nice and clean . Customer service was great. I had to use the electric cart it started doing its own thing. It would go in reverse without me touching it.

Was easy to get to the route was very clear not a lot of traffic usually around earlier in the day or later at night

Nice Walmart to go to.. they got a good selection of laptops and electronics. Some Walmarts dont have the same products but this one had enough. Even the ones on display worked.

This store pickup is ridiculously terrible! They dont answer phones, your stuff is never on time & they are just extremely disorganized! I try my best to avoid pickup if possible, bc its always a MESS! There needs to be an adult that oversees it. The young men are trying their best, but its a HUGE responsibility to put on kids!!!!

Best Walmart Ive been to in years... But still more to be desired.

Yesterday night I checked out through the self checkout facility after Shopping and walked to my car. It was there that I realized that I didnt have my car keys. Panicking I went back into the store and went through the shelves that I been to. The keys were not there. I went tothe Associate at the Selfcheckout section and told him my misfortune. He didnt care and asked me what I wanted him to do. I was near tears as I considered the effects of not being able to drive home. The Key for the house was with the Car Key. As a last resort I went to the the Front section where I found a Lady and Gentleman who I shared my misfortune with. They must have beenManagers of the store. The gentleman asked what the make of my car was. I told him where, upon he went to a cupboard, opened it and picked up my bunch of keys. I could have hugged him and the Lady but its not allowed. He explained that a Customer had found the keys and brought them. God Bless the person who found the keys. The Gentleman and Lady belong to a specie of nice people that is becoming extinc compared to the Associate who didnt care.t. I couldnt thank them enough.H

Im ❤ my Loganville Walmart. Always someone willing to assist and the selection is great even during the tight days of the pandemic things have been good.

Very congested and hard to navigate during peak hours so I suggest coming in early morning or late evening. Otherwise, one of the better locations than surrounding locations. Clean, always shopping carts being brought in and safe location.

Always crowded. Located on Scenic Highway so have to expect the big crowds on one of the busiest roads in the area. Parking lot is huge, but can get pretty tricky to navigate with cars entering from every direction. The store itself is good and always seems to be in stock for most items. If it wasnt so packed it would have gotten a higher rating.

Tonight I came into Walmart and I was helped by Brian an employee who was in the electronics section. He told me that he would help me with the photos that I was trying to have printed out. He showed me how to edit those photos and make it where you could see the photo and the important part of the photo. I really did not know what I was doing so I was really grateful to have somebody to show me how to do this process. He also explained to me that I could go to walmart.com and have the photos ready when I came to pick them up the next time. I will definitely be back to the store because of his employee. It was really vital that I had these photos printed tonight and he was able to guide me through the process. He deserves a raise for sure in my book. I also observed him helping multiple customers at the same time. I never saw him slack off at all or even take any kind of break. He was bombarded by many customers and was able to help everyone of them almost simultaneously including myself.I will definitely be back and I will definitely be asking for Brian the next time I need help with anything.

I went in to do a simple return and received the best customer service I have in a very long time. Tanya from the service center was extremely personable and kind.

The lady at the pharmacy was very respectful and professional.She was pretty fast getting a prescription for me and had a very nice glow in spirit. I meant to express this earlier. My apologies to her.

All Walmarts are not alike! I pass by 2 Walmarts to come to the Scenic Hwy. location. Wide aisles, merchandise in great selection, and the layout is genius. I will always go out of my way, drive further just to shop at this location. Corporate should look to this store as a model.

Out of all the Walmart centers near my home in Loganville, this will be my new store. They have all registers open. The customer service is impeccable and they were responsive to my needs.

Its WALMART...you pretty much know what to expect. You have to use self checkout if you dont want to be there ALL DAY because of course....there are only 4 LINES OPEN!

This review is for the wait time on getting an item from family planning. This area is now under lock and key. Im assuming for loss prevention. I had asked several employees who were walking around to page someone for family planning. Some had no idea who they should ask and others sent me to customer service. It was around 915 and of course customer service was closed but was advised the manager would be right up. I waited 30 minuets or so and no one ever showed up. So I went to look for another worker. She then went inside customer service area into a door and came out stating to head to family planning and someone will unlock it for me. I go and it felt like an eternity waiting with no signs of anyone ever coming. So I left. I believe walmart is losing more in actual customer who need something from in that locked area then those who come to steal.

Recently remodeled. The bathrooms were clean and remodeled. Nice. Good customer service so far. Good stock so far. I usually get a good parking spot. I love the fact that they play music on an outside speaker now since the pandemic started to entertain people who are walking in or waiting in the parking lot.

Just did a curbside pick up for this store. The process was very easy. It took less than 10 min. The person who brought out my item was friendly. Thank you Snellville Walmart for having the item I needed when my normal Walmart didnt.

Walmart is Walmart! I did not like shopping in crowds even before the pandemic....and even more so now for obvious reasons. This Walmart had exactly what I was looking for and because I went to the store midday I was able to move around with ease. The cashier who checked me out was very pleasant (this is not my usual experience at this location) she greeted me, asked how my day was going, and bid me a good day.

Love shopping @ Walmart for grocery and household items, and yard items.

I had an elderly disabled friend with me and there were only 2 motorized wheelchairs available. 2 motorized wheelchairs were out of commission with junk piled on top of them. As busy as Walmart is, you would think they would have a lot more motorized wheelchairs available!!!!! He had to just sit in a chair and not get to go around and shop. I got what I could find that he needed. They should have I would say 7-8 motorized wheelchairs so more disabled people can shop, instead of waiting to see if 1 of 2 motorized wheelchairs come available. A 1 🌟 experience.

Good place to buy groceries but there no cashiers helping customers so there are big long lines waiting to pay on the self pay an other problem is the space to put groceries after been ring up there is a lot to be done specially quit that sistema of autopay too many people has problems with it.

Well organised, well stocked, lots of bargains, and friendly staff. Id like it more if masks were still required since there are always more than 20 people present in the store and, I doubt that the majority of them have received their vaccines.

Great Wal-Mart! Definitely better than the other two around this area. Clean and well stocked, great selection too. Very busy but its on scenic so thats not a surprise.

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart because most of the merchandise is in its place and its clean. I have another Walmart that is much closer but I rather drive the extra 15 minutes to this one.

The sales person who helped me today was very helpful and polite. However, I have been in this Walmart before and was treated very rudely by a salesperson who was totally unwilling to help.

The employees were plentiful and available whenever I had a question. Lines werent long and everything on my list was in stock! Store was clean. Today was a good day😁.

Im so unhappy with my visit today. I asked a worker if they sell class rings and she gave me an attitude and she told me next time call place. There was no shopping carts when we came in and when we came out no one did not really want to work and the workers are replaced with machines and I dont think thats a good idea because it lets people not to work and how can we make a living when theres no workers some of the people that talk to in there the workers were very rude and unpolite. If I could only put no stars. Walmart is nothing like it used to be.

Went in for two cans of spray paint. None of their self checkout lines take cash which I just ask happened to need to use on this trip. My wife and I had to wait 30 minutes in one of the two actual lines that were open...ridiculous! Im not even going to start with the couldnt care less if you were here employees. Big dang store. Clean with wide isles. This store doesnt look big from the outside but it ia very deep. Has to be one of the largest in metro Atlanta. I give it 6 star rating. Its above average.

Most of the electronic carts were broken, and the ones that weren’t were unavailable. I had a knee injury two days ago, so this store is effectively inaccessible to me now.

What can you say? Walmart had the items I was looking for. The store was clean and checking out was fast.

One of the dirtier and more dangerous Walmart’s, the average speed driven through the parking lot is 45mph, so be ready to jump out of the way of cars on your way in. Once inside you will be greeted by Walmart’s Covid enforcement officer. On your way out you be shaken down by the same person who will heavily insinuate you are stealing while making sure to physically touch ever item you’ve purchased.

Products are incorrectly priced and the front end staff refuse to honor the posted price. Called for the manager, who refused to come, but sent word by the front end staff that they would honor the price. Customer service seriously lacking ... or training.

Store has everything that I am looking for. Not always the best at customer service, but I had no issues this time. Actually had a great interaction with the greeter at the door and she was super friendly and took time with me and others as they came through the general merchandise side of the store.

Customer service from the cashier was ok. The only part is that he forgot to take off the waistpack off my bill.

One of the BEST Walmart Stores Ive ever been in. Restrooms stay clean. Thats always my go to reason to shop anywhere. If your restrooms are clean that mean you staff attitudes are nice 🤣

Everytime i go to Walmart, I regret that choice. Choice of stock is limited, alot of empty shelves. Never find what Im looking for, and if I do its a cheap alternative. So I ordered what I needed online, Walmart.com free next day delivery-well the delivery took 3 days. Finally the box arrives and... it the WRONG item. A Mainstay beveled mirror vs a 14 bedframe, wait there is more. Not only do I have to take the WRONG shipped item back, they gave me a timeframe to do so-Amazing- absolutely brillant! The only plus side is that there is a box store to return in person. No more Walmart for me, this was the last straw that broke this camels back.
