My daughter went in to purchase 3 dresses for her sweet 16 photo shoot and she was body shamed at your store for not being a size 2. Make sure you teach your staff professionalism, empathy and kindness. I will not be purchasing from you and will make sure to tell all of my friends and family as well.

Do NOT go to this store if you are needing to be fitting for a tuxedo at an out of town wedding. They apparently / claim to be part of the JFW (Jims Formal Wear) network and I was told I could go to this store (Flirt Prom & Pagent) to be fitted for a tuxedo for a wedding in Ohio. The initial greeting was warm and welcoming (thus the 2 stars) but once they found out I was just needing to be measured for a tux and have a form filled out they quickly told me they only do measurements for people who are getting their wear through us (quote). I was told to find a seamstress or someone else and pay them $5 to take the measurements. It was very clear they did not want to be bothered by me while they were serving one other customer in the store. I wouldnt send my daughter to get her prom dresses here simply because of the way I was dismissed. They were not rude - but they also were not helpful and were quite dismissive. Not impressed. I appreciated the owners thoughful response and understand where he is coming at from a business owner; however, he did not give me specific recommendations (like: go to this person who is just this far away, let me give you her address / number to call her), he gave me generalized recommendations (even if a specific name was mentioned) and left it up to me to figure out. Instead, I went to my car, googled other nearby places associated with Jims Formal Wear, called the next closest one, and they invited me to come even though I would arrive 15 minutes before they closed. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, and despite having two other customers, did a complete tux fitting for me using the JFW guidebook, even called the groom in Ohio to clarify the exact nature of the fitting they were wanting, and remained with me until 30 minutes after their closing time. And they did all this for FREE. As I stated earlier in the review, the owner of Flirt Prom and Pageant was not rude, and I understand he would have had to call in another worker to assist me, but he was also very clear I would not be assisted, and I quote, since I was not renting through them despite being part of the JFW network. Thus, while truly respecting the owners response, I stand my my initial review and leave it as is as people need to know and only a 2 star review will bring this to attention: if you are going to to wedding out of area and need measurements for a JFW tuxedo, this is NOT the place to go. Flirt is such a beautiful store with an even more amazing staff! Their selection has something for everyone, and Caroline and Caleb (& all staff) are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you find the dress of your dreams. I can’t recommend this store enough!

We had the absolute best experience at Flirt today. All sales associates were friendly, very helpful, enthusiastic, and energetic, just overall top notch. There was a wide variety of dress choices. I highly recommend Flirt for prom or wedding dresses - beautiful selections and service that is above and beyond.

Beautiful store. Incredible selection and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The location is very convenient and there is plenty of parking. They even connect you with alterations. Large selection of Diverse shoe line. Great experience.

Caleb, Caroline and the team are phenomenal! Between my two daughters, this is our 5th prom dress shopping experience and FLIRT has by far been the best! I feel like they really care about their customers and go out of their way to see them “happy”. I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to make my daughter feel special and beautiful. Bought a $500 prom dress that they told me was a “flirt exclusive” and told me no one else would have it because the designer made it exclusively for them... lies. Someone else was sold my dress and now I’m frantically trying to sell it to get another one. Just very upset that I’m seeing this “one of a kind” dress all over Instagram and Facebook. And of course they don’t do returns.

I had called them for a quote for a tuxedo rental for my prom. They told me it would be $110 for the whole tuxedo rental and that is the only reason I chose them was because it would have been $60 less than the competitor. When I went in for my measurements I was told again it would be $110 all together. When it came to the day of picking up the tux, I was told it will be $170 instead of the previously talked about price. When this topic was brought up I was told “I was wrong and mistaken”. This had also happened to another student, so I am not the only one who was told a different price.

The owners of the this store are some of the most incredible people I have ever had the chance of working with! They go out of their way to make everyone they meet feel so special! Highly recommend!
