Always a great experience here. The staff always say hello when I enter. The only negative thing is sometimes they wont sell me the donuts from the display. But my son doesnt care he will take whatever whenever.

Subpar drive through experience and a horrible outside. I came by on a Friday night. Tons of donuts thrown on the ground by the dumpsters, swarming with bees. I mean like 100 donuts. I had to keep putting on my windshield wipers to keep them away from my car.Not too long of a wait time but no please or thank you, even when I said those things. Maybe I’m asking for too much.The donuts were good but the service and outside appearance were lacking.

Stopped here this morning on our way to Stone Mountain. Pulled in shortly after 8am (not sure of the time) and got in line behind about a half dozen cars. A couple of the cars in front of us have up and left . Waited 5 minutes from when we got to the ordering speaker until they took our order. Wanted a dozen glazed and a dozen Halloween minis. We were told they didnt have the minis and they wouldnt have Halloween donuts until 10am. I work for the competition in another city, and my thought was why dont you have Halloween donuts? They need to have someone there to decorate for early morning orders, period. When we finished ordering, I looked at the clock. 8:18. One car ahead at the window. The person inside seemed to be having issues of some kind. The computer or something, all 4 employees were gathered around the register when we finally got to the window. They were slow to take the money, but we got fresh donuts. When we pulled out from the window, the time was 8:39. Completely unacceptable. We will drive out of the way tomorrow for our donuts.

I love Krispy Kreme. Sadly this location is not up to standard over the past several months. On multiple visits I’ve received horrible service and product. I just have picture from two most recent visits. Update: 7-11-21 - I’m over it !!! Either this location is just plain awful or the recipe has changed, the glaze is like fondant the donut was super thick. Just gross.

Waited in the drive through line for a while next to disgusting dumpsters with old food scattered all around on the ground. It was all covered in swarming yellow jackets. When I finally got to place my order they were out of glazed donuts. I ordered a dozen assorted. The person asked me to please wait, then never came back. I drove off without being able to order. I see no reason for anyone to ever go here.

I never have written a review before…. But 3 week old expired milk…… Out of stock on s’mores - Boston creme - and basically half the menu… Ladies and gentlemen RUN … much too nice of an area for such a poor experience. I was asked to wait in the drive thru despite being the only costumer…. Gross …. 3 WEEKS

Limited staff & had to remind the cashier at the window of our buy 1 get free promotion after being asked to pay full price! Other than that the doughnuts was hot & fresh like always 😎

The only word I can think of is YUM. Friendly service. Took my grandkids as a family tradition. My parents took us. I took my kids, and now my grandkids what a great time. Need senior citizen discount. 😆

The service was fast considering there was a long line at the drive thru, but the donuts were not fresh at all. They were hard and the filling was dried up, like the donuts sat out all day and they gave them to us anyway. Thank goodness for the 6 plain hot ones we got or all would have been awful.

I ordered about 10 dozen glaze donuts for my school camp out,and it was great. We also got 2 big boxes of coffee and creamer and lots of sugar. Didnt have a problem what so ever, and it didnt take that long for our order

This Krispy Kreme has subpar customer service. While I understand that many companies and restaurants are understaffed, thats still no excuse for bad, unconcerned and dismissive customer service ON PURPOSE. Just like people make a personal decision to not work, these people have made a personal decision TO work. Therefore customers should not be on the receiving end of what appears to be a bad decision for them as demonstrated through the attitudes and customer service given. Ive been to this KK a few times and they hardly ever gave coffee. One time I ordered a hot latte, they made it cold and the employee looked at me as if i was wrong for not accepting an incorrect order. Most recently I ordered hot doughnuts and received icebox doughnuts DESPITE the hot light being on.

As much as we all love Krispy Kreme this location is struggling with some management and operational issues. It’s in a prime location but the service levels are way off. Lots of trash outside makes me wonder about conditions inside. I haven’t written them off completely, mainly because the next closest one is in Duluth but it’ll be a while before I return.

I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I tried to order 2 cake donuts and was told that they were out of cake batter. What!😳 its 2pm in the afternoon on a Saturday! Anywho I go ahead and order 2 regular glazed. Cant go wrong with that, right? The pictures paint a thousand words; and there was only one. DUNKIN here I come!😶

We stopped here for donuts this morning (8/28/2021) and immediately changed our minds after seeing swarming bees and piles of donuts at their dumpsters feet away from the DRIVE-THRU. It looks like someone intentionally dumped and left the donuts there. Besides looking unsanitary, its also dangerous with that many bees swarming around. This location hasnt been open long but judging from the reviews (3.4 stars) it is in dire need of help and improvements.

They refuse to make Pumpkin Spice donuts. It’s a seasonal item so it’s crazy that they refuse to make them during the short season!😖

Good donuts and speedy service however the photo attached, which I took by the drive thru, this is unsanitary and no reason it cant be disposed of properly. It was literally only 1 more footstep to the dumpster. It drew a ton of bees, mosquitos and a foul smell.

Arrived at 8:55pm on a Saturday night to order doughnuts through the drive through. The drive through speaker wasn’t working so we pulled around to the window and the associate at the window stated that she was so sorry but she was advised by her manager she couldn’t take any more customers because they were closing. We stayed that according to google they were open 24 hrs/day and she was basically like oh well. We told her all we wanted was a dozen original glazed and she said we can’t because we have to start packing for stores tomorrow. The least you could do as a business owner/operator is update your business hours on google so that patrons don’t go out out there way to shop your establishment only to be told they can’t.

Update 10/30/21I gave snellville a 5th or 6th chance for redemption. I asked at the order window if there were hot donuts. I was told yes. I ordered 1 dz and said make sure theyre hot. And then wanted to order another assorted dz. Nothing but glazed, lemon, a couple of the Halloween donuts. No creme, no chocolate glazed creme, no custard. I get to the window 15 minutes later. I was asked whati ordered. I told them. I get the dz assorted with hot which were 2 small glazed hard over-fried donuts stacked nc I asked them to fill in with glazed bc there were no other donuts to buy. The dozen I ordered hot were stone cold. I tried to give them back for hot donuts that I could see on the belt. I was told those were small donuts. Why on a Saturday night Halloween weekend at 745pm would the store be making small overcooked donuts? There should be a belt full of hot glazed donuts to sell. I paid$24 for stale cold 2 dozen donuts. Im done with this snellville store. Ill drive 20 miles out of the way to pleasant Hill or buford drive to get hot donuts from kk if I even give kk a 5th or 6th chance . At least those owners seem to know how a store should be run. Snellville is not doing kk any favors.9/2021Over the summer went here 3 or 4 times only to be told at the window their card machine was down and they were cash only. Every single time. Called the last time before I drove there and the person on the phone was unaware the card machines were ever down and acted surprised. Another time I asked if there were hot donuts they said yes, I saw them coming off the line and was given stone cold ones. Franchise owner needs to sell to more successful owner bc they know little about business

When this location first opened up it was Great! But as of late this place has went downhill fast.The last few times I have went there they said they have no doughnuts, and whenever I try to use my rewards app they say there registers are not working to scan it. The customer service is lacking also.Ownership and management need to get their business running at a higher standard than this.

I ordered the St. Patricks Day doughnuts because they were so cute online. The ones I recievwd look awful and nothing like the ones advertised. Im so disappointed. I called the location several times to complain but the phone rings 10 times then automatically disconnects.

This Krispy Kreme sucks! I have only been able to get the donuts I wanted 1 time in the last 6 visits. Tonight they closed the doors and drive thru at 8:30. Management needs to get replaced

I have never been so infuriated at an establishment as i am after hearing that my 70 year old mother was refused service by a lazy piece of trash that she had to deal with this morning. His name is Jeremy and if i have anything to do with it he wont be working there long. To shut the drive through door on an elderly lady trying to get breakfast for her grandchildren, because you dont have an ounce of customer service, Shame on you!!!

I dont love leaving bad reviews. I love their donuts but their employees need better training. I shared photos of my order + what I received. I shared this with the cashier and she said itd take a while for a refund and walked away. We placed an online order and waited almost an hour to pick it up because it wasnt prepared. Eek. The girl didnt even have the courtesy to tell us some donuts werent available, she just started filling the box and I guess thought we didnt notice.Management didnt even try to rectify the situation, claiming hes busy.

Strike three!!! This “new” Krispy Kreme on Hwy 124 is horrible! I’ve received poor service multiple times. They’re slow as molasses and have zero customer service skills. Even during seemingly non-peek hours, 11AM or 7PM on a weekday they’re still slow. Also, the app is a joke as well.

Wasted my time driving to this location. They said they dont make fresh & hot donuts. When asked how long to make fresh donuts, their reply was 1 hr..Shut your place down if youre planning to run abad business!You want my money then make fresh donuts or you will loose all your customers.

The trash cans are literally placed right next to the restaurant (you actually have to drive around them to get into the drive through) and they were overflowing with trash while flies and all sorts of bugs were swarming around them. When we pulled up to order they told us all they had was original glazed, nothing else. The customer service was not great and we ended up pulling out of the line and going elsewhere because they were taking forever to give people their orders (we only had two people in front of us). Don’t know what happened, but they were so much better when they were at the previous location on 78.

This location is not 24hrs. They wasnt even open at 8am. The one on Pleasant Hill at least opens on time.

First time at this Krispy Kreme and it will probably be my last. Like other customers, I couldnt help but notice their overflowing trash with hundreds of huge flies all around flying right up to the car line. As well as a river of white creamy liquid running through the car line? When we got up to the window we were told that they didnt have any glazed donuts. What?! The thing they are known for they didnt even have at 11:00am? I have never heard of such a thing over the decades Ive been going to Krispy Kreme. That was our whole reason for going there.

Donuts are great, that is why they get 2 stars. Apparently, they are understaffed and the day before I spent an hour sitting in traffic to get there, only to be told they were out of donuts! How does a 24 hr krispy kreme run out of donuts? My wife asked if they would have the hot light on soon, and they said maybe in an hour...what? So, I went back the next day and they were out of chocolate, and out of pumpkin cake, and a few other things. I would suggest a different Krispy Kreme.

They have bugs!!! Today, just now, we got a dozen donuts and the box was filled with tiny little black bugs. We turned around in the parking lot so fast and returned them. They had the nerve to ask if we wanted another dozen. 🤢 I’ve never seen anything like this before. So much so, that I felt obligated to warn the public.

Came to this location this morning. Now as I sit here writing this review at 8:15am, this location is not even open. The store is dark and it doesnt even look like anyone is inside. Poor service. Once they finally opened the drive thru. I asked for a dozen glazed donuts and they said that it would be an hour because they were currently making pumpkin spice. Worst location I have been to in 15 years.

The dumpster is ALWAYS OVERFLOWING with trash and there are flies and crows everywhere. DO NOT EAT HERE. Just passed by and there are two trash cans overturned. This is not a one time thing. It is disgusting to come into the drive through and be face to face with this mess… and don’t let your windows be down you can smell it even when the windows aren’t down. As a reputable establishment this should not even be an issue. Clean up your trash, none of the businesses around you look like this!!!!!!!!

They are never open when they say they are, they always close early, and it’s literally every-time I go the drive thru is extra long, and we can’t enter the lobby. A lot of young kids work there so they don’t really care about giving good customer service it seems to me. They need to just move this Krispy Kreme and put a place here where ppl can get their food and not have to wait an hour in the drive thru! It’s literally donuts how do u take that long putting donuts in a box? #getridofkrispykreme those 3 cars have been sitting out there for atleast 30 minutes now no lie

I have been here multiple times and they never seem to have hardly any doughnuts. Been at different times of the day and always the same thing. You are a doughnut shop, how do you stay in business without having any doughnuts?

Sloooow service in the drive through 9/25. I didnt get the variety I ordered. About 5 employees in the store and I was in the drive through for over 15mins. Not satisfied.

This location never has the hot sign on, so you never know when they have hot doughnuts. I always have to go inside to check for hot doughnuts and most of time they dont have them. The reason I am given is the machine is broke. I hate this location and it is fairly new.

I love krispy kreme but this location is just plain disgusting and usually out of most items I want to order. I was there the other day the trash directly beside the drive through was the most disgusting sight, all kinds of food and trash thrown around multiple trash dumpsters on the ground looked like large piles of dough with bugs swarming around it. It was so dirty all around there especially around the drive through area and where the delivery trucks were parked. I lost my appetite and left because if the outside looks like that, no telling what is going on inside.

Well it was scary for me, I just got out from kidney stones surgery and my mother and I was stopping by to get donuts for my father.I understand that you would have bees, but there was not just one group of bees flying everywhere there was 3 and they was chasing one of your employees.Then they covered our car and most of the bees flowed our car. Talk about panicking and I did not have my eppie pin. ( just one sting would of put me back in the hospital where I just came from).I did call and report what we went through and not a sol called us back.Staying away from that location

Always slow with the orders. Employees look at you like deer in the head lights when you place your order. Then they look for someone to help them fill your order. 3 donuts and a cup of coffee wait 10 minutes then you get your order. Best damn donuts ever when you get them.

Your dumpsters were swarmed with flies. I know sugar attracts flies but this cant be normal. Never seen a smoothie king’s or starbucks dumpsters looking like this. These pictures do it no justice. I wish i could post the video to show how many flies there were. Of course i got out of line. This was disgusting to see!

Don’t go to this location they never have hot donuts even if their “Hot and Ready” sign is on. This is the worst location I’ve been too. If you want a good Kristen Kreme experience, go to the one in Duluth.

This is twice Ive been to this location. After waiting 20 min in line I was told sorry we are out of donuts.I remember when they kept making them so they didnt run.Just reopen the store on hwy 78 so we dont have to drive 25 min to find out you are out of donuts AGAIN

Out of almost all donuts. Told it would be only be a 20 minute wait. Waited in the parking lot 20 minutes, then told the donuts were not cooked all the way through and it would be another 20 minutes. Long wait inside the store. No adults, all the staff looked like teenagers. It was a train wreck. At least none of the staff were rude.

It says 24 hours but no one would answer the phone. Drove to the location and was told their machine is down so they have no donuts.... seems like all the reviews are stating the same and I’m glad I read them. I definitely will not be returning.

The workers who work there are stupid and slow. I had to repeat my order 6 times!!!!!! They need better training. Krispy Kreme needs to reevaluate who they hire. They need people who are quick on their feet and can get customers in and out. This is ridiculous.

This location NEVER has any flavors. The hot sign is NEVER on. The swarming bees is true as well. The line is ALWAYS long because when you get to the window they’ll name everything they doNUT have lol . Anyway, I highly don’t recommend this one.

This location is horrible, the employees are always standing around with their cell phones in their hands. Never looking busy, but the drive thru lines are always long. Not pleased with this location at all, Ive gotta find another location with employees that look like theyre happy to have a job.

At 2pm they was not given fresh donuts. I brought it back. Later that day and the belt was finally rolling not like earlier. Look like chicken just laying there. Nothing on the belt. Just yesterday.

When this place first opened it was nice, I went to get some donuts recently there was 8 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the girl say we dont have no more donuts. I have family in from Spain and wanted them to try a Krispy Kreme donut, but for some reason at 830 am on a Sunday of all days, they didnt have donuts. Its sad you can find anyone that just goes to work and does there job. Employees were sitting in the back talking and after four min. Or so they came out and told me it would be an hour and a half before they had anything. Suppose to have hot donuts from 6 to 11 but had none till 10..... Sad

Call the place before going there to make sure they have the donuts that you want available. The past couple of times I have been there. They either ran out of donuts or they have a very limited choice on what you can have. I rather drive a longer distance to a different location to make sure they have what its being promoted on their screen.

Was turned away from buying doughnuts at 10:45pm on a Saturday night. You guys do not close until “11pm”. This is not good customer service, especially in the food industry!! I wonder what Corporate would say about this SMH

Went to Krispy Kreme on Saturday, 8/7/21 around 3 pm & wanted 2 dozen chocolate glazed donuts... The Cashier let us know all they had was either regular glazed or strawberry glazed... We asked could we wait for the chocolate glazed to be made & were quickly told by the Mgr in charge with a smart mouth tone & rolling of his eyes as well, said that they told me they have only regular glazed & strawberry glazed & there would be no other donuts available except for those 2 kinds... I did purchase 2 dozen of the regular glazed & took them home to Conyers... We took a bite & they were not soft & the glaze was very hard... I want be returning & am not impressed with the staff or Mgr either... The Corporate level needs to educate their Mgrs & Staff on premiere customer service & the Corporate level needs to also train the Mgr on how to keep each flavor of donut properly stocked... We were told by the Cashier that this particular Mgr in charge only makes enough donuts for his shift & the next shift Mgr has to make enough donuts for his shift... That doesnt even make a bit of sense... So I guess each shift fiends for themselves??? No teamwork or having each others back I guess is the norm at this location... WOW... This location is going to go down the toilet fast... Hopefully Corporate level will see this post... Your donuts are way over priced, if your customer service & product doesnt measure up with the price... I normally dont speak negatively... I just let it go... I guess it just irritated me because of me driving from Conyers to Snellville to buy these donuts & both the donuts & the customer service were not up to par... Sorry... Not sorry...

I swear i truly love Krispy Kreme however this location ALWAYS gives old donuts, the donuts are never fresh. This morning i ordered a 3 pack and they were cold and old. Which is so sad. I will no longer visit this location!

First, this is the new KC it was good the first two months of opening. Now, they are terrible they never have donuts, the free donuts for covid shot are terrible. Maybe I just had a terrible donut. I was handed a smashed, mushy, donut the taste was appalling. New management needed or management needs to step up and do their job and not just get a check . KC is known to be a awesome place for the best donuts and the freshest donuts. Also they are not 24hrs which is reflected online

Would give 0 stars, every time we have gone to this location all of the doughnuts have been out of stock (only original glazed in stock). Do not go to this location until something is done with the management. It is a shame to the Krispy Kreme franchise and driving customers to Dunkin/elsewhere. It is sad when QT has better quality doughnuts.

If you intend on coming here after 11:00 PM. IT WILL NOT BE OPEN. they clean the place at 11:00 PM and ignore the drive through past that time. 8 cars left as I waited in line only to be informed when an employee doing a garbage run stopped by the drive through to inform me the machine is down. The machine was down due to them cleaning.

35 minutes in line. I repeated my order four times at the speaker, then twice at the window. Both of my iced coffees had no flavor, sugar or ice in them. I will never go there again. And have currently been on hold with customer service for over twenty mins.

The Krispy Kreme on Hwy 78 in Stone Mt/Snellville area closed and they opened this location, which had been an absolute bust!! They never have any special doughnuts. If the original glaze is your only preference, your safe. Otherwise you will be disappointed. ALWAYS OUT OF PRODUCT. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!

Visited to get a donut and coffee... The coffee tasted bad AND was straight up room temperature cool. Not sure what happend. Stick to the donuts, so good, but the coffee is undrinkable.

They have a window inside so you can see them making the donuts!

I saw the hot and ready sign and did a sharp turn into the lot. There was a long line for the drive thru but I waited patiently. I saw the menu sign but did not see a speaker or an order here sign. The 2 cars in front of me drove passed the menu thingy. So I did as well but I guess there was a place to order that we all passed. The cashier guy (though very confused because cars behind me knew where to order) was very gracious and gave me the dozen glazed donuts I wanted eventhough I missed the ordering spot. The donuts were so good!

This place is ridiculous on all levels. We ordered 113 dozen donuts for a School function 2 weeks ago. This morning no 1 donut was available for pick up. A General Manager, a Store Manager and District Manager didnt seem to care about 800 disappointed elementary students. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Yes refund please.

They closed the location down on Hwy 78 and opened this location. Horrible decision! Horrible service! I have been here 4 times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I will not be returning. The first 3 times it was line long and limited product. This time after being in the line long, he said they only had 3 different types of donuts and then when we get to the window the donuts were very cold.

No hot donuts? They had them delivered to this location this morning. You go to Krispy Kreme for hot donuts. Could’ve gone to Quiktrip for these same delivered donuts.

Long wait in line at the drive through, over 25 minutes with just 4 cars in front of us. How long does it take to box up some doughnuts??? Other locations are usually pretty fast, but not this one. While in line, saw two cars drive off, tired of waiting. This is a failing business model. I ordered a dozen mixed, and they completely got my order wrong even while I waited an extra 5 minutes at the window. I also ordered a bottle of Coke, and they gave it to me already opened!!! I am not going back to this location ever! Not worth the time or the money. If management continues to let this happen, this location will be out of business inside of a year.

Not good tried to go in not open packages piled up bye door so went through drive thru had huge swarm of bees are yellow jackets bye drive thru at dumpster are whatever the thing was if windows of car happen to be down everyone would be stung and then they say all we have is plain donuts and only take card so we left

Only gave a three stars because each I time i been so far, the original glaze taste more like blueberries. I thought my taste buds were off, so my spouse tried and experienced the same thing. Second batch same way. I recommend checking the glaze or separate from any blueberry products. Other than that great spot!Update: Changed to two stars. How are you out of original glaze on a Saturday, and its only 5pm. 10/31/202. everybody cant eat chocolate
