I’ve never ever had a problem with getting my drink remade at any Starbucks until today. I brought my barely touched drink through drive thru - that I had ordered earlier in the day - and was told it could not be remade. I decided to go inside, and after receiving much push back, I was able to get the drink remade - & it was still made incorrectly. This location is horrible & lacks consistency.

Good coffee(mocha latte) easy to get in and out of drive through even with a larger size pick up.

Delicous yet crowded at times. Nevertheless orders are typically correct, they even have the pastries, warm meals, vanilla bean Frappuccino is my favorite, so cold and tasty! Even down to cake pops. This Starbucks has it all,lol xo

Have had back to back bad experiences. From drinks not tasting good to having order mess ups. My wife isnt supposed to drink artificial sweetener but her cold brew was loaded with it. She didnt take her drink until I got home and was disgusted by it. My cafe mocha barely tasted like mocha and was a strong jolt of coffee. They were also out of a lot of stuff like cake pop, bread etc. Id not be going to this store anymore. Used to be one of my favorite places to hangout but need to find a better cafe now.

Disappointed this time. Yesterday 9/3/21, stopped to buy an ice coffee, drove away and notice the cream has curdled, had lots of floatties. Drove back hit the drive thru explained that the cream was bad, they said the cream was good, but swapped me out. The coffee they gave me was unmixed and when I stirred it up, guess what, curdled cream. I drove around for the 3rd time and asked for a refund. I get it that stuff happens, but I the employees really didnt seem to care, and after 3 tries I would have expected some sort of acknowledgement of an issue.Not the best photo, but this was coffee, liquid sugar and cream. How does this pass the eye test from the barista :)

I normally make my coffee at home. But this particular morning. I didnt have time, which was Sunday Oct 10 around 6:50 am. I decided to go here for coffee and the young man on the drive thru speaker was very friendly and kind. As well as I when I arrived at the window to pick up my coffee. He has great customer service!!! Thank you. I left with a smile 😃!!

I always get my custom drink everyday. The price is very high for same drink at some Starbucks. But I went to Snellville Location and ordered a man Barista sighed deeply. Then my drink was not right either. I dont hardly go to this location as much because of him. If I see the Barista I keep going.

Best Starbucks around. Always get my order right and have I have been going here for years. I drive farther just to go here because they never let me down!

Serious stocking issues. perennially out of items for weeks on end such as sandwiches, breakfast items, syrups such as raspberry etc.Counter service can be spotty depending on the crew on duty.Seating is in place but indoor seating us prohibited.Selection of Starbucks whole bean coffee is limited.Limited hours.

Their stuff is good, the people are great. Prices are pretentious and the menu board needs to be updated. Plus always a long line, but moves fast.

Starbucks always good. Drive-thru staff always nice at this Starbucks. Banana nut bread is just to die for, never tasted better 😋

Go to Loganville instead. We were in line 30 minutes. When we finally ordered we specifically ask for extra whip and mocha drizzle. WE GOT NONE. We also ordered a pup cup for our excited puppy. She got none. They never even told us our order was wrong. Terrible service, wrong drinks and what they gave us was awful. We threw them out and went to the Loganville store.

My favorite location. Great team members.

Never order for delivery from this Starbucks on Scenic Hwy, it’s imposible for them to get an order right. I have placed 3 different orders for delivery and every time either something is missing or they don’t get it right. The manager Joel not only is super incompetent he is disrespectful and very rude. I gave them two stars bc the coffee is good but their customer service is terrible.

Usually just go through the drive thru but today I went inside and Jordyn (hopefully I spelt it right) was so great! She was really kind, helpful and you could tell she enjoys her job. Moreover, the customer service is always exceptional at this location. :)

Service was poor. This is the first Starbucks that I have ever been to that the service was this badThey added a sandwich to the order that we did not order and messed up our drinks (we got a drink we didnt order and a cold instead of a hot drink). While Ill go to another Starbuck, I wont be returning to this one.

I didn’t like the atmosphere or attitude of the workers at this location. Took too long and my order wasn’t correct so I had to wait longer for a remake. The lady worker was in such a hurry she dropped the drink and was just a whole mess like she didn’t feel like being at work. I understand there’s a lot of customers but don’t come to work with that kind of attitude. Totally ruined my morning.

Great service, friendly, patient and helpful staff. I went about 12pm and the line was long in drive thru, but thety handled all customers with the same level of professionalism.

It was terrible. The strawberry funnel cake drink tasted stale and the white chocolate mocha was watery. Wont go back...

Kudos to the Baristas there.. they are always so polite and always make us feel extra special!

No indoor seating but no sign saying you cant sit inside until you’re on site and out of your car. WiFi doesn’t work outside at all tables. If everyone else is open and the employees are sitting in the lobby, why can’t a paying customer sit there? Out of cold drinks like lemonade on a hot afternoon. Building was wrapped with cars in drive thru so it’s a popular or slow location or maybe both. I stopped to grab a quick coffee and get some work done. Long time loyal customer. Very disappointing.

Best ive had since my location started closing at 2pm

This location is one of the few locations the stays open until 10:00 p.m. Even though I am not quite sure why because if you make there anytime after 9 they are out of Frappuccinos. 7 trips..7 times I have left empty handed.

Very pleased with the sous vide egg selections. Definitely worth a try if you need a delicious snack. Of course the coffee is always a highlight.

Super friendly as always, may have a long drive thru. But they seem to manage the time well. I would also suggest to get the Starbucks app so you can earn points.

I have never had a good experience here. Today my boyfriend and I were told to get up, we couldnt sit and wait on our delayed order. Yet when we walked in someone was sitting.

Line is way too long. There hasnt been any lemonade for months.

Great customer service but the wait time is awful and running out of stuff! I rather go to the startbucka down the street by Waffle House, service is quicker.

This is my usual go to place for a quick cup of coffee and catchup with friends on short notice. Super friendly staff, the place can do with a little more deep cleaning though.Other than this I love this local spot.

Ordered online and used drive through. Order was ready and correct when I arrived, everything already charged to my Starbucks card. Just need to figure out how to order extra hot online, lol. In and out fast!

Newer location with a long, standing table and workspace, which is great for those with laptops. The wait for drinks inside the cafe was slow comparative to other stores, but it might also have just been the shift or amount of customers at the time.

I waited on the long drive through line for items that were not available and they were not marked off on the menu.

Great staff and quick service through the drive thru. My orders are always made correctly. Its confusing to get to the entrance. If you are coming up Scenic, you cant make that left. You have to go left in Wendys or drive up to the gas station. The Eggnog is seasonal but its delicious.

3.16.21 i placed a late order that had my pickup at 9:36pm. I had a lot of work to do so i needed a pick me upper which is a 20mins drive 1 way from home. I pulled up 4mins till and waited. Walked upto the door but it was locked and the tall big guy seen me but any how another guy gestured and i said i placed in order he said go to window...so i drive to the window and greeted by Rahul who says that the lobby closes at 9 so i responded how would i know that if the app said to park and pick up. My issue is why wasnt my drink ready and had to wait for it to be ready. I dont think its a location issue its app and people behind the counter on 2 different agendas. Then the drink Venti Cookie Crumble frappe was 😑 lame half of it was whip cream. This was not my 1st time trying this drink and very disappointing.I also gave it a 3 because the line is ALWAAAAAAYS LONG 🤦🏾‍♀️...you might as well go to Target across the street or drive to Kroger up 78. Dont go there during traffic times. If you go make sure its after 10 and before 1pm...then 1pm - 4pm...

This Starbucks is very good only complaint is that the drive through is weird Sand pretty cramped.

Didnt have the hibiscus tea after I drive from another location to get it. I did get the backup item, so all ended well.

This is my daughters second home. I used to go when I was traveling long distance for an espresso shot, good stuff. Now she has me hooked on Macha green tea lemonade. I dont usually drink lemonade but this stuff is good and the food is good also. The staff and super friendly and I am waiting for my cheers moment with my daughter. You know as she walks in everyone says her name, because that is how much she goes.

Sometimes good, sometimes awful. Not worth my time or money to risk getting a poorly made drink. The morning staff at this location is very friendly.

Service is slow and employees are rude. Went inside to pick up my mobile order and they have tables set up about 6 feet away from the door to block you from coming in. My problem, customers picking up mobile orders are unable to social distance. It was an area that was maybe 40 sq foot and they had 5+ people waiting there for their mobile orders. Disrespect for social distancing. A barista with a child like voice yelled at my friend and I when we tried to just barely get past the table to keep distance. Meanwhile they have about 8+ employees working on top of one another behind the counter. Smh. Do better.

This Starbucks team is friendly and provides great customer service. Let me not forget to mention that they make one of the best Hot White Mochas. They are always on point.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. The line was super long to get both in and out. The coffee tasted watered down. We will not be visiting this location again.

The drive thru is always soooooo long. It took me 25 minutes to get my drink and they still made it wrong, even though it was just an iced coffee with extra cream.

The hours posted online are wrong by 3 HOURS!!! Who does that? Just awful.

Beware. This location is slowly going down hill. First of all, the location is horrible since it’s so small and you can barely get in since they’re adding that new place next door. The stores hours have also changed since staff prevents you from going through the drive through at 6 pm now blocking it with cones.Go to the Starbucks further down the road near Webb Gin.

Whats the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait in the drive through to pick it up? I get that its a covid precaution but just disable it if its not useful.

The services isnt horrible, but they are extremely slow. Waited in the driveway for 15 minutes before the line actually started to move. Inside wasnt much better.

My first experience was terrible my Carmel ribbon crunch frappe was all water and whip cream after I asked for extra whip cream and caramel.I then had to drive all the way back from home for them to remake the manager also gave me an attitude I love Starbucks so I gave them another change but I was disappointed with rude staff and have to deal with them messing up my order . I recommend the Starbucks in target as an alternative.

Horrible, I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong drink and this is not the first time they did this to me.

We went through the drive through, there was a line of cars but they got through them reasonably quickly. My venti double chocolate chip frappacinno was perfect!
