He worst employee at the Shell gas station on 3125 Lenora church rd Snellville Ga 30039.All ladies beware, if your car is stalled, she is going to get your car towed .The gas station assistant (I think she has an Indian accent ) got my car that had a flat towed asap while I was gone to get the insurance company to arrange for a tow to the nearest tire repair place. She was fully aware of the situation as she was the one who gave me one dollar -quarters change to try and inflate the tire. The store was not busy so she was watching the whole episode. She called the towing company and told them that my new car was abandoned.She may not understand the language because a car with a flat tire parked safely within the safe limits of the gas station parking lot, far away from any signs and for a short period of time is not abandoned by any standards.Once the police officer who helped me to push my stalled car told the towing company about the episode, they were surprised at her ignorance. It seems her boss saw the car and asked about it. She acted like she did not know anything about it and the boss who hardly ever visits the store, did not even bother to look into the cameras to see what had happened, authorized her to call the towing company. At times I wonder who hires people like this her. Maybe it must be the cheap labor but understanding the rules may not be essential in her manual.The towing company is located in Marietta which is about 45 miles from Snellville. They dont take credit cards so I have to travel in another car to Marietta, pay them $195 and pick up my car and have it towed back to my place in Snellville as it cant be driven with the busted tire. The cops are wondering why they have a contract with a company so far away.Maybe they dont care about people and may have got a good kickback in the contract.So her lack of regards caused me $195 plus an unwanted trip to Marietta and all the heartache.By the way, she has never apologized to me for all this unwanted stress.
