This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I walked up and was not greeted by any of the 5 people working. They lack serious customer service. They were very unprofessional and couldn’t even find my prescription because they entered my name wrong.She rang up my order n told me it was 52 something.. I’ve never paid that much for ANYTHING.. come to find out they didn’t have my insurance on file… no one even asked. I got so annoyed n had to step out. Left it all. I’ll come back later. But it’s my first and last time going through this pharmacy. It was the absolute worst…
Pharmacy employees always rude. They act as if you are bothering them. Wait is always long. Get texts stating meds are ready but aren’t ready and still long wait when you pick them up. No one is ever friendly. Switching to Walgreens in hopes of better service.
Waited on hold for 30 minutes. When finally connected pharmacist uncooperative and rude.
If I could give zero stars I would. This review is for the COVID testing. The man who answers the phone when you call on arrival and does the testing is very rude and needs to check himself. If you don’t like your job then find a new one or stay your tail at home. THANKS!!!!!
Their pharmacy is horrible & slow. Everytime they mess up the insurance and over charge. Then, you have to drive back there and wait forever for them to give you your money back because they wont do that over the phone. BUT THEY STILL DONT FIX IT IN THEIR SYSTEM AND LIE TO YOUR FACE THE NEXT TIME WHEN YOU ASK THEM IF ITS ON THE CORRECT INSURANCE ...ya know...the insurance provider that is on the insurance card that I just handed to you!! How hard is it to check??? They simply dont care and are lazy.
Never get them on the phone. You have to go. Very poor aervice
If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t care about patients at all. I was prescribed a medication and chose delivery because I have the Flu. I’m didn’t have a choice to go pick it up. They delivered the wrong prescription yet still charged me! Would not answer my calls about it. No apology at all! Worst service ever!!!!
Had a prescription sent from dr to this pharmacy early in the day Saturday. Waited a reasonable amount of time and called to check. Automated line said in process. Called 2 more times Saturday with same status and by then pharmacy had closed. Called at 10 am Sunday, with same status, but this this time I chose the option to notify Staff I was on my way. I waited an hour before leaving, but when I arrived, I still had to wait. Pharmacist said it was due to electronic prescription, but that wasnt true. Dont know how much I can trust this pharmacy now.
This is a great pharmacy. Staff works very hard.
If I could give 0 I would .Really bad attention . Schedule a covid test waited 30 mins in line. When it was finally my turn the associate it was male, was really rude having an attitude ignoring me and yelling talking really rude. Took other 30 mins to finally give me my test kit when he finally gave it to me he said please hurry up theres other people in line. Dude if theres other people its because of you taking forever and being rude. He did not show any kind of respect for me being a Girl and being with an infant he was just being a male chauvinist in all ways . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.
Every time we come in to this location every staff member we have crossed greets us. Today we met the manager and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Walgreens closed and my prescriptions were automatically sent to the CVS that was across the street in Snellville on 124. There is no comparison between that location and this one. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to this location.

The Pharmacy needs help Badly, takes forever in the Drive thru, and it doesnt matter what place your in line,that skip right over you
I used to get my refills at Walgreens on scenic hwy for ten years, never had a problem. When they closed I transferred my prescriptions to this cvs. Try to refill my meds only to both times get bad attitude from the lady behind the counter at the pharmacy. The second time I waited on line for ten minutes just to be told I need to wait till she took care at the customers behind me. cvs needs to google “customer service”. I’m transferring my prescriptions to another Walgreens even if I have to drive further.

I had a Bad Customer Service experience and I just couldn’t believe the Lady! I call to see if my Son medications were ready for pick up. She hear me because she is answering me I wasn’t rude and in the middle of me giving her my son name she just hung up on me. Now when I call right back she answered the phone and I ask her if she hung up on me and she replied Yes!! I couldn’t say anything But Wow and ask for her name she gave to it me spell it out and everything older lady just rude. I just don’t understand what happened to having Great Customer Service and working with Healthcare People Medicine??
Just sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting on the photo department. Hung up called again waited another five minutes. Called again just hit zero somebody answered right away. Thats the way to conduct business great job CVS
All the clerks was nice especially the pharmacist the (older gentleman )from the front of the store to the back
This store has great staff! Today my car broke down in their parking lot. The manager personally came out and spent at least 30 minutes helping me jump my car. Unfortunately I ended up having to call a tow truck, but they invited me inside to wait, and they were all very kind to me during this frustrating episode. They even put my ice cream in the freezer to keep it from melting while I waited for the tow truck.... Now thats great customer service! 😊
I came to fill a prescription for my nephew that was not in stock here. The young lady working the pharmacy told me to try the 24 hr location in Lawrenceville, and I explicitly asked her if she was able to check whether they had it in stock before making the 20 min drive, and she assured me they did. They do not, its on back order, and I cant fathom why she would trouble herself to send me on a wild goose chase- she could have jusy said she didnt know, and I would have called and checked myself. I have learned from this experience to just go to walgreens in the first place, where I was helped efficiently with no issue.
This is my favorite CVS. The employees are so helpful and they have a good supply of items.

Service is not remarkable but not terrible. I use my Samsung Pay to make payments and it works occassionally. Im at 7 out of 10 tries. 🤔
For my prescriptions and it was done before l got there.
They have some things you cant get at Walgreens, but thats the only plus. The store is really drab and uninviting
I like this pharmacy except the fact that it is always slow checkout. At night there are no cashiers to be found. I have to go and find them.
