CUTE! The frozen yogurt was yummy and they had tons of toppings. They also have bubble tea and some pastries. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area. I will definitely return abs get bubble tea. It’s right next to Bath & Body Works and easy to miss.

This place is awesome. The staff was so friendly and they made sure my whole family was taken care of. I got their key lime pie and macaroons which were great. The key lime pie is hands down the best I’ve ever had. My whole family loved it. Customer for life!

This is a place I would frequently visit to enjoy a nice treat with friends or family. The environment use to be welcoming and joyful. I believe they had a management change and since then the establishment is run down. When entering, there is a mask requirement but the employees themselves were not wearing masks. The floors were sticky and had trash and toppings. It gave me an “old gas station” vibe with all the hand written signs on paper. Apart from the limited flavors, there was a limit of 3 toppings for the $5 deal. I am sad to say this will be my last visit. I had a great memories here.

Me and my kids used to love this place! We visited around 5 or 6x a month! It recently reopened and it must’ve had a change of ownership or management. The cashier had a hard time understanding what I was asking for now that they have the ingredients shielded off from the public.They have very limited ice cream choices now, the place is not as clean and open as it once was. The vibe is just different.I hate that this change makes me not even want to go back. I gave an extra star only because the frozen yogurt and the ingredients were still tasty

This place used to be really bright and inviting but now it’s like dead. No music and it just looks dark. And they started charging for large cups more. What happened to 5 dollar cups ? And fresh fruit and unlimited toppings. Honestly I would just buy this place and flip it to what it used to be. Sad what new management has done

Dutch Chocolate and Vanilla did not taste good at all. The Vanilla had no flavor and the Chocolate tasted like metal. Didnt enjoy it. Shouldve tried the Sherbet instead.

I had the bubble tea, and I cant lie the boba was terrible. It was flavorless and the texture was...off. I wouldnt recommend, but then again Five Spot is technically a frozen yogurt shop. Dont go here for good bubble tea.

This place went downhill fast. First time coming since pandemic and it was underwhelming to say the least. The flavors are basic and limited. There is a limit of 3 toppings for the $5 cup, which seems smaller than before. Also, the business has a “masks required sign” in the entrance, but the employees working inside did not wear any type of face masks. I used to come here frequently, but it seems we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. This place is just meh.

WOW!!! Very disappointed 😞 most of the machines were out of service. And the in service machines had lever issues that require signs explaining how to replace after use. I had my yogurt in my cup and now it was time to choose my toppings, no caramel, I chose Blueberries and Granola and the lids on the toppings were extremely dirty. The associate who served me was nice and she also cashed me out best part of the experience. Time to really evaluate this establishment for further quality service and operations or time to close this store.

I went here a couple years ago when I believe this particular establishment was under different management (I do not know if this is true) but when I visited here again, my expectations were high. However, I did not expect to see this once amazing place to go to after a long day to relax and have fun looked beat down and unappealing. Much of the toppings that once were served were gone and the choices were very small. The only thing smaller were the choices of frozen yogurt that really had no flavor. There was a employee that was serving some other people and my grandmother was asking for hot fudge with another employee, who did not understand what she was asking, so she came over and said we dont have hot fudge and proceeded to pick chocolate syrup and say in a snarky voice we have choc-a_late sauce. All in all it was upsetting to see a once cool and respected frozen yogurt place turn in to this cold and rude area.

My daughter begggggged me to go here today. I told her I wanted brusters but because we had so many memories of enjoying the froYo at 5spot, she just wanted to go for the nostalgia. I was shocked upon entering. The place looks like an old abandoned office with furniture pieces stacked together, doorways taped off and most of the flavors were not available. It looked very run down. I couldnt believe it. My daughter still being optimistic, tried to get some yogurt out and it was just runny. That should have been a clue to just leave. She asked to try some of the flavors available and she also forced me to try some as well. Yall they were ALL RANCID. Like, spoiled milk rancid. Each and every one.I honestly almost threw up. The girl at the counter told my daughter they were draining the other yogurt flavors out because they were sour tasting. So whhhyyy are you selling it??? Honestly, I wasnt going to leave a review. My daughter was so heartbroken she said to just leave it alone and that Covid has been rough on business in general. We went there around 3pm. Its 6:24 and yes, my stomach has started an all out war with me... In every way. 😫😫😫 Needless to say, Im never going back. Ever. And thats so sad because it was something my daughter and I enjoyed so much.

I have never seen this place so filthy! Extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness I experienced today. The employees were gathered around talking and laughing when they should be wiping those filthy counters, machines, display window and mopping the floors. On top of that, it smelled! I really hope someone from management sees this and does something about it ASAP. The young employees couldnt care less.

Terrible experience. I wish I didnt have to leave a star. It was my first visit and I will never go back. The product quality was abysmal and the service was ATROCIOUS. The prices are misleading as well. I ordered three milk teas.The barista looked as if she were disgusted that I bothered her with my business. She was very curt and took almost 20 minutes to make THREE teas. The sloth from Zootopia would have been a speedier option. When I finally tasted the tea is was DEFINITELY NOT worth the wait. The drink was so bitter. My taro slush was pure liquid. No ice. No consistency. It was a runny watery mess and I threw it out. I paid AND TIPPED up front so it was a waste of almost $20. BUYERS BEWARE.

Its $5 and you get what you pay for. The toppings are messy/empty and the floors need to be swept and mopped. The staff is pleasant theres that.. oh and the yogurt was watery.

I called the location to asked how late they are open tonight and they told me they close at 8:30pm. The hours in Google and on their door say 9pm. I got there 17 minutes before closing at 8:13pm and the doors were locked. This is my biggest pet peeve with small businesses in this area. When they have hours posted online and when potential customers call to confirm theyre open until a certain time the dont tell the truth. Or if something happened put a sign on the door. I came there with my family and they just waved me off and went back to counting down the register. No apology. No real acknowledgement. Terrible experience.

Used to be my favorite place for several years, but the new owners arent taking care of it the same way. Looks kind of run down. They also stopped making all frozen yogurt 5 dollars or less, which defeats the point of the name. The rewards system additionally vanished, so any previous rewards no longer are available. Wish them the best though, but Ill no longer be a customer.

This was my first time here and will definitely not be my last! I had the frozen yogurt and it was so delicious. The environment felt so fun and happy. Good music! Great variety of tasty toppings! I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone I know!

I was looking forward to yogurt with fruit, only to find out they had no fruit, everything was messy and toppings were not fresh, (the little they had).also the place had a unpleasant odor when I walked in. My family will not be back.

It has really gone down hill. The place is really dirty, especially the bathroom! The floors in the dining area dont look like theyve been mopped in a long time, tables were sticky, many broken machines.

Five Short is a nice place to go when you want a frozen yogurt fix. Onc of the top selling points of coming here versus the myriad of other froyo places around is that no matter how much yogurt, toppings, or syrup you put in your cup, youll never pay more than $5. ($5.30 with tax, but whos counting?) They promote 16 flavors of froyo, but the last few times Ive been there theyve only had about half of the machines working. Im not sure if its because its wintertime and business is slow, or if the machines are actually broken. Ive always still managed to find a flavor I like, but I would like to have the options advertised to me. Toppings are standard fare- sprinkles, fruit, nuts, cookies, candies, etc. There are also sauces; chocolate, caramel, marshmallow, and condensed milk. They just added a bubble tea bar inside the shop which I think is super cool, but I have not tried any of the teas yet. Overall, if youre in the area and want a quick froyo that wont break the bank, this is your place.

I just went here the other day and I do not recommend it. They stopped doing the $5 max on the yogurt cups which doesn’t make sense seeing as how that’s kind of what they were known for. Because of covid-19 they have to fill the frozen yogurt bowls for you which I did not have a problem with, however that means you can’t control how much they put in the bowl. I told the employee I didn’t need a lot in one bowl because it was for my 5 year old. He packed that bowl full with the flavors I requested. It was a lot of frozen yogurt. He basically put as much in both bowls I bought as he could. When it came time to check out it was so expensive. Since they took away the $5 max I ended up paying $14. The frozen yogurt is good, but it’s not $14 good.

I went in yesterday cause I was craving some frozen yogurt. I don’t eat frozen yogurt often so when I do I always get samples of the flavors, usually you’re able to sample flavors. Maybe COVID changed the rules but I still think it doesn’t make sense and isn’t fair. I don’t want to buy a whole cup of frozen yogurt and end up not liking it. Waste of money if you ask me. The staff could have been lazy and just didn’t want to give me a sample or it’s just the new rules but i couldn’t really tell 🤷🏽‍♀️ Ended up leaving & most likely won’t be returning.

We went in for Father’s Day and there were 2 employees working. Neither of which acknowledged us at all. We got our ice cream and then waited at the counter for someone to come put in our toppings. They were both too busy looking at their phones to be bothered.

Best frozen yogurt place I’ve been to in a very long time. They have a good verity of flavors and toppings options. I will definitely recommend it and try the bubble tea as well. Have activities for the kids, neat and clean environment. Love it

Excellent place to visit with family and friends. They have a vast array of toppings available and a good variety of frozen yogurt flavors. The Boba tea has amazing options such as fruit flavored teas and milk added boba teas and coffee. The ambience is very inviting, fresh and airy. The place was extremely clean. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place. My daughter dropped here yogurt cup, and the manager gave her another cup, no charge. Great experience.

One of the employees was adding and cleaning the toppings area from the from yogurt side and was picking out marshmallows with her bare hands. Not even when she noticed that I was looking at her did she bother to put on gloves. Not sanitary... Then another employee came to clean the area with a towel that looked like it had not been washed in very long time. I will not go back again.

Five Spot Frozen Yogurt.. When I first heard the name, it intrigued me. I really hadnt had a good frozen yogurt until I went to Five Spot. It isnt just the food, its also the staff. Every single time I walk into this place, I see a smiling face, no matter what mood he is in, employee Orlando Jeffrey is always making sure everyone is having a great time; that the place is nice and tidy, socializing as well as making sure the people leave fully satisfied. This person and food, I can always count on to make my day so I can be satisfied and leave with a smile. So come down and meet Orlando and leave with a satisfied stomach for a great price.

Where else canyou get a 16 oz cup of yogurt with toppings for just $5? Nowhere but Five Spot! Love this place. Everyone should know about it and enjoy Five Spot.

My old review from a year ago is below. I came back and changed it to one star. The only positive experience was the cashier. This place is completely gross. When you walk in youre hit by the overwhelming stench of a dirty bathroom. The main door and door handles are filthy. More than half the machines are out of order. This place needs a health inspection. I couldnt get myself to eat here. Only if you want to die of food poisoning.Place is clean and quiet. I am not a fan of the seating setup. The chairs are lined up against the wall. Its odd if you are with someone else, or a group of people.The frozen yogurt was decent. Some of the machines had hand written out of order signs. Also, when I pulled some of the leavers the yogurt came out like water, instead of the thick creamy consistency of frozen yogurt. My nine year old loved it despite all this. There are many different toppings to choose from.

The price change that occurred is awful. I prefer self service so I hope that comes back soon and I hope the $5 only promotion returns.

The fro yo was not bad, I enjoyed my vanilla bad. The place smelled like feet though and the bathroom was very unclean. The photos online were very misleading. I thought I it would be a nice experience, but the place was very unkept. If this was changed, the experience would be much better because the food was not at all horrible.

The only other place as good as Tutti frutti. The employees here are so nice. They greet everyone when they come into the door and make rounds asking if everything was okay. They always offer free samples too.They have a wide selection of yogurts, my favorite is the raspberry. I love the fresh fruit toppings they have always ripe blueberries and blackberries.The only con is they only offer coffee to drink. I wish they also had water, teas or lemonades.Clean place and great overall.

A clean joint, with flavors and toppings that were up my alley, and the girl working there was a sweetheart.

I loved the selections of flavors, they have both frozen yogurt, and sorbets the place was clean, customer service was good, and the sample cups were the perfect size just to taste. I took away one star, because the frozen yogurts and the sorbets where way to sweet. You know so sweet it slightly burns your throat, and you may need to drink a bottle of water afterwards

Pro tip: clean your establishment. The overall cleanliness of this place makes me wonder how its still in business. When I walked in, the employee had the broom bucket held up against the condiment table and was wiping the crumbs into the broom bucket. Just very dirty, and the restrooms smell like urine.

Great service, and great options. The have a Gelatto flavor that is really good. I also like the Mango and Raspberry flavors. Each of these are only 80 calories per 4 ounces so I fill up my cup without any guilt and I never have to pay more than $5. AWESOME!!!

Me and my son came here one evening because we love frozen yogurt! I put the hot fudge on top of my yogurt. I should’ve known it would be nasty because it came out very thick and weird looking. The taste of the hot fudge was disgusting. I asked them If i could remake it and I’m guessing the guy who told me to just scoop it out was the owner. He said I would be wasting yogurt. I couldn’t scoop it out becauSe by then it started to melt and it was mixed in. I’ve never had this problem before but I couldn’t force myself to eat it! I don’t like it, I don’t like it. After that, I asked for a refund because he was being ridiculous. The owner then proceeds to tell me “ we don’t do refunds.” I didn’t like my ice cream but now your telling me I have to keep it. The owner then told me I could use a kids cup and get a new one! I had a adult sized cup! I’m never coming back to this place again. Customer service is everything and there’s was poor!!!!!!

The place is awesome especially the new owners. I tried the Oreo ice blend and the ocean heart drinks and the guy there (Zuber) makes it amazing. I even Uber eats from here while at work and they deliver it really fast. I highly recommend this place. It’s sooooooooo clean and amazing:) LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Had coconut, mango tango, and strawberry yogurt. Good flavors overall. Wish they had more toppings. Not as refreshing as i would have liked but it was good. Would rate 5 stars if they had more refreshing flavors and more toppings.

It was ok.. I ordered what I thought was a smoothie. It had a funny texture and was made with some type of jelly stuff🤮🤮... but the frozen yogurt was cool had plenty of toppings.

I could spend all day in this store. They have anything you could need beauty wise. They are a little pricy and it is hard to find someone to help you.On a side note. They have a salon in the back. I have been getting my hair cut there for two years. The prices are comparable.

My husband and I came in this afternoon and I was honestly expecting more. Noone asked us if we wanted to try a flavor nor did they have the little cups around. We tried the coconut,mango and strawberry flavors. Only one that was refreshing was the mango one and In my opinion frozen yogurt should be refreshing. Overall, good customer service and the place was neat and clean

Lately i dont know whats been going on here the hours show friday-saturday 11am-11pm and sunday -thursday 12pm-10pm i tried taking my family here after work and they close the shop early and it wasnt even the scheduled hours and no holiday hours. they need to either stick to the hours or change them.

I never write reviews but I’m shocked at the condition of this place. Very very unclean inside, floors are sticky, all tables dirty and food/ice cream stickyness everywhere. I think we will find a new ice cream spot.

I like coming here on summer nights to enjoy a little bit of frozen yogurt. The location is good in the middle of Snellville and the service is also good. I got the White Chocolate Mousse frozen yogurt which is my favorite but they also have a good variety of fruity/sorbet type of frozen yogurt flavors. The toppings are fresh and a good mix of fruit and chocolate.

Horrible! The majority of the yogurt was out. Parents were letting their kids play with the yogurt that was working and the employees did nothing to stop the kids. This place was my favorite, its been a while since I been here,very disappointed how the owners/employees are allowing this establishment to go down.

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting had bowel movement still in the toilet. I couldn’t even think about eating yogurt or anything else after this . I don’t think they clean their restrooms . If that’s the case do they even wash their hands before dealing with the yogurt toppings ?? Just grossed out

I gave it two stars only because the employee was nice and the topping area was neat and clean. BUT I was disappointed in the selection and quality of the yogurt. There were at least 4 machines down and the remaining flavor choices werent great. Then the quality of the yogurt was not good because instead of creamy we got a slush/icee texture. Facility was dirty. Floors were gross and the little desk they have the Xbox on was dusty and dirty. Windows had hand prints and yogurt smeared on them. It was just gross! They had only been open for 3hrs and no one was in there which made me believe no one cleaned the night before. Neither bathroom had paper towels and they were also dirty. Chalk board def hadnt been cleaned in days. It was covered in chalk and writing. Like I said it was super slow so I know that wasnt from that day. Their inspection score was an 83. Not good!!!!

The frozen yogurt is good it smells nice in there its clean and when i went in it was nice and cold. i love the pink lemonade flavor and the watermelon and there are so many flavor and toppings to choose from.
